They dont answer the phone called 7 times and they aways hang up

Norma is the best my hair always looks good when she’s done with it, when ever she straightens my hair I don’t feel like she’s damaging it because she uses good products to make sure it doesn’t happen. She is extremely friendly, she’s the only one I trust my eyebrows with. All the bad reviews probably just had a bad day because I’ve been getting my hair and eyebrows done by Norma for 6+ years and NEVER once did I experience a bad service.

I had the worst experience going to this Salon the person i got Rosa. I asked her to cut my hair in long layers and cut like a half inch and she cut like 6 inches of my hair. Then left one side longer than the other side. I asked them to give me my money back and they told me that i just wanted a free haircut. Rosa and another lady that works there they were very rude. I never got all my money back she even said give her the money she needs it more than i do. They are very rude and dont know how to cut hair. Be careful i dont recommend this Salon at all.

Not coming again. I ask the lady to cut my sons hair a certain way, i showed her the picture. She still cut it her own way 😡. Then I told her to just cut down shorter cuz I didnt like it. She said no cuz then it will make it look like I didnt cut it right. 😡😡😡😡

Well i was not impressed.The hair stylist that cut my hairWas very ruff she comb my ear not once but 4 times. I Screamed out she said sorry but she continued to do it again,and again. She hurt me. I wanted to leave but she had already started curting my hair. I stopped there cause i didnt want to drive to mc cart where i usualy get my hair cut.Never again!!......

Terrible place the people who attend there all the time are mainly angry the skinny one who is at the entrance the one who normally attends is very despotic and has no education all the time Sierra at the time she wants is supposed to close at 7 : 30 or 7 at night and sometimes at 6 it is already closed, one asks him why it closed and he says that it is the owners business, he has very bad ways of answering, he is very rude
