Honestly everyone that works at FTW ENT, my doctor, Dr. McIntyre, everyone at the allergy clinic and all the way to the front door covid screening lady were so pleasant and kind. And I mean sincere kind. They explained everything, contacted back within not even an hour later when I had questions for the nurse after surgery. I couldn’t be happier! Fort Worth ENT is my go too, and I will be taking my daughter there now too! Thank you FTW ENT for fixing my nose so I can finally breathe and my severe allergies! I am so thankful!!!Also the longest thing I had to wait for was a new patient appointment, after that I was seen, surgery scheduled and completed and allergy testing all within 3 weeks!

This was a first visit to FW ENT. I’m sick of dealing with allergies! Dr. McIntyre listened to my concerns and developed a path forward! Although my experience at the facility was good one year ago, they gave me an appointment for a year in advance. Got a text today and went to the link to CANCEL the appointment and was immediately texted back that the appt was instead CONFIRMED. Text was conveniently sent after their office was closed, and there is no way to cancel appointment unless you CALL THEM to cancel. Not a good system at all. Please fix your system to allow a cancellation or a confirmation. Thx.

We never made it back to see the Dr. I hate doing reviews about the staff because the doctors take the hit. However, he needs to aware that his staff is incompetent. Please do not waste peoples time!!!!!!!! we have to take time off of work and re-arrange schedules. It is very important that you give all the information before an appointment so that we are prepared. Also I DONT KNOW is not an answer!! Find out! GET IT TOGETHER GUYS. If you schedule your appointment be ready for no answers, a congested office, full waiting area and take a book and lunch because you will be there for a while.

World class facility and staff.

Visited Monday at 4:45pm. Was sent to exam room and waited for 35 minutes with no visit. I understand offices get busy, but my time is valuable as well. Just left. No follow up. I called back to request my results and got a call from a very very rude person at the office who told me they cannot provide results over the phone. I then asked if they could be placed into a patient portal and then she hung up without asking if I needed anything else. I WILL NOT visit this office again. Very disappointing.

Dr. M did a really great job quickly getting to the bottom of some issues Ive been struggling with lately. I enjoyed his friendliness and professionalism. The staff were helpful. The office is nice. I didnt hesitate to schedule my follow up appointment, and I didnt feel like I needed a second opinion.

Dr. McIntyre and his staff are hands down the best! I’ve been suffering from chronic maxillary sinus infections for years, and have been on every antibiotic possible, including steroids. Dr. McIntyre, evaluated me, started my treatment plan, and I feel better than I have in years. He’s very thorough. His bedside manner is like no other physician I’ve seen. He sits side by side, eye to eye to address all questions and concerns. I now bring my 12 year old to Dr. McIntyre, he’s made this a great experience for my family!

Easy to find location, super nice building, friendly staff, relaxed, easy to talk to doctor. John McIntyre was understanding of my problem and cared enough about me to refer me to someone who specializes even further into the problem than he. I recommend him easily with no concern for disappointment.

The staff was very welcoming when I arrived, which help to ease my anxiety. Recently I have been experiencing hearing loss so my PCP made a referral to Fort Worth ENT. Once I completed my hearing test, Dr. McIntyre came to explain my results. He took time to make sure that I understood my diagnosis completely. I am confident that in moving forward we will be able to resolve my hearing challenges.

Everything went great when I finally got back to see the doctor. It was a very busy day so I will still grade 5 stars but if over the next appointments I have to wait over an hour to get back to see the doctor, I will probably have to change my rating. I sure wont be early for my appointment again!

Dr. McIntyre has been great. Ive been to a lot of ENTs and his manner is wonderful and his knowledge base is excellent. All the staff Ive worked with are great, they communicate well and are loud enough to hear without yelling your business across the office. Ive dealt with offices that werent this way, either mumblers or yellers and it really does help.

Scheduled an appointment over a month ago. Showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early to find out they cancelled my appointment. Why you ask, all bc I didnt confirm my appointment with them. Not once when I made the appointment did the individual advise that the appointment would be cancelled if I didnt confirm my appointment. Then wouldnt even accommodate me to squeeze me in even though I had made an appointment. Receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule, no thanks if this is how you treat patients.

He seems like a decent physician, but he is arrogant and disrespectful and treated me like I was 12 years old. The general attitude of the entire staff seems to be similar. I wont put up with that, so I will not be returning. Also, the staff was misleading about various charges.
