When I got the to the office no wait to check in. Then the wait started. I waited for at least 20 min. Until I was called. I had no communication at all. So I had to assume that check in down stairs told doctors office I had checked in. Nobody to ask as there wasnt anybody at the window. So I just waited until called. Once in room I had another 15 min. Wait. Dr. Kulkarni was behind as she didnt have any staff to help her.Also Not a fan of never talking to anybody to set up appt. always have to leave message, and hope I get return call. Overall system is awful. not being able to communicate leaves the patient just waiting and wondering. Horrible, I would switch but Im an established patient and have been going to Dr. Kulkarni for 11 years.

Dr. Kulkarni is a very friendly and thorough doctor. It is also very easy to communicate with her between appointments. I would highly recommend her!

Dr Kulkarni is very compassionate and thorough in her care. She takes time to listen and does a complete head to toe evaluation to make sure your overall health needs are addressed. I highly recommend her!

Doctor and her staff were extremely pleasant, efficient and helpful. They had answers to all my questions and moved the exam along. I didnt have to wait long in either the large or individual waiting rooms. I was very happy with that since I had another appointment elsewhere. 😀

Ami is really a good doctor she can look at you and diagnose you and she will make sure that every part of your body is treated and taken care of i just wish sometimes you didnt have to sit in the waiting room so long before you are seem other than that I like her

The facility is very thorough in their Covid cleaning regiment, yet the staff is very friendly and efficient. Dr Kulkarni’s staff is very friendly and timely, taking vitals and verifying my medications. The visit with Dr Kulkarni was also very thorough and expedient, yet caring and she listened to my concerns. The facilities were very clean and pleasant. I am very pleased with the Lutheran facilities and their staff, and I highly recommend their services.

Dr. Kulkarni is great. She is the first doctor that I have seen since Belinda Smith at Neighborhood Health that has actually taken the time to listen to my issues. I was a little concerned by the reviews that I read (not just on Google) that she would blow off my symptoms as the previous doctor did, but I was pleasantly surprised that she was extremely thorough and attentive. I will recommend her to all my family and friends. I cannot attest to not reaching a live person, as I have not attempted to contact her office since my appointments.

I have used her for years, only issue I was having was not able to directly talk to staff when making a call. Until recently, I mistakenly thought I had 2 refills left on my medications, it ran out. Called the office, as well as the pharmacy called.. no one received a call back, went into weekend,, needed a refill. Doctor happened to be on-call. Her talking down attitude towards me in that phone call.. trying to tell me she hadnt done my refill previously, etc.. This attitude combined with the last few times of not being able to have staff follow through helped me make a decision to move onto a different physician.

I cannot stress enough how much this woman does not care about people. Her bedside manner is truly BAD and NASTY, if ever you felt a doctor did not care this is it. I need several referrals and so far I have gotten nowhere with her. The one referral I did get they told me to call back in 2 months and MAYBE I would get an appointment if they were still available. That referral took me 3 weeks to get and her office refused to get me in they made me call myself. She offered no help and was rude the entire 2 visits I did see her. If you actually want help she is NOT the doctor.

I liked her at the visit, she seemed to want to get results but i have called her office after reviewing my lab work online and have left several messages and no one will call me back. Since this was a first time visit, i believe it will be a last time seeing her because of lack of communication.

I discovered Dr. Kulkarni from a recommendation of a family member and Dr. Kulkarni has been great the few visits that I have had with her. One of the great things I like about her is her attentiveness and her ability to be conversational which I think is very important when trying to be comfortable with a new doctor. I came from a family doctor of over 20+ years to trying to find a new primary practitioner and feeling like I have landed a pretty solid one. In my opinion, you just feel like she is there to listen to any concerns you may have about any bodily functions that are going on and at the same time she is giving encouraging feedback along the way.From the negative reviews that I have seen on here, I do not believe you can blame a doctor for the staff that surrounds her, at the end of the day she is just one person trying to do the best at her job. There is not much control from her in regards to the facility and it’s other employees abilities to give be responsive.So for a primary practitioner, I give Dr. Kulkarni 5 stars and I recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly doctor.

Dr. Kulkarni is GREAT, my only problem is calling, they NEVER answer the phone and you have to leave a message. When they do call back, if Im unable to answer the phone, they dont give any answers, they tell you to return the call...but they never answer the phone, so youre stuck in a round robin of voicemails !!! You need to have a telephone nurse or SOMETHING so questions can be answered right away and end the frustration of calling !!!

BED SIDE HORRIBLE!! Compared too her counter parts in her field of internal medicine! She is rude, and snarky in her doctor responses! With a un caring attitude!I would rate her care, as the LOWEST POSSIBLE!========================================I would say call backs from her staff do not happen!If sick she will ask you too go too the emergency room and not try too re arrange schedule so can see you personally!Staff lost my medical records and than Office found them, four appointments in! She told me she would not read them! What?Takes many tests, and no feed back after tests taken, on phone or even at a scheduled appointment!I feel more communication is needed from her with patiants. She needs too listen and get too know the whole patiant in front of her! She needs too take time too answer, if there is a question. And be more personable with her staff and patiants!She rushes the patiants through appointmenta does NOT take time with period!Lowest rating as possible! Thank you and God bless
