We were assured on two occasions with their insurance office that our insurance was accepted and 15. Copay. Even reconfirmed before our initial appointment. After the appointment we have received a 223. Bill stating insurance no eligible. I phoned the supervisor in billing and was informed that’s to bad we don’t have to give correct information to patients. That it was our fault for trusting their staff and company. What a good scam they have going to get money one way or another. When I asked why staff said it was covered she said oh well it’s our fault for believing them. Bad business bad practice and you can imagine their scam of billing your insurance company. For all we know our insurance really is also paying them.

Going to the doctor is never fun but going to see Dr. Lazoff and his team is a pleasure. They always make you feel welcome. The way they all get along and make the patients feel like part of the family. They do an amazing job with helping people get through their daily struggles and always manage to it with such uplifting spirits. I have never enjoyed going to see a doctor as much as I do Dr Lazoff and his team. Thank you all for everything you do!

I went there for an injection and I felt very uncomfortable and was humiliated. I was called into the office where they were doing the procedure and the girl told me to get on the table so I did and she pulled my pants down with my behind hanging out while the doctor ate and they discussed somebody in the office having a midlife crisis. To me it was very unprofessional they didnt have any concern for me laying there three or four minutes with my behind hanging out while theyre talking I dont ever want to go back there. I feel like they should have had more respect for me that day, if you want to eat I would have preferred to wait out in the waiting room and not to hear their discussion on whos having a midlife crisis in their office. Dr Zolman has done two of my emgs and hes an amazing person an amazing doctor but I didnt like the way I was treated that day.

I would highly recommend Dr. Lazoff and Dr. Zolman! Both are very professional, have an excellent bedside manner and treat people with respect! They care about their patients and listen to you. Its not fun going to the doctor but Dr. Lazoff and his team made it fun! They treat you like family! The whole office staff is great!

Chasity and the Staff Nurses are very knowledgeable. Chasity examines your records and cares about each patient. All patients are blessed to have them in your corner to resolve any issues you may have. I have been seeing them for years and would never trust anyone else with my care.

Dr Lazoff was the only Dr that believed and then acknowledged that I was seriously injured, when all other workmans comp people thought I was faking it. They are professional and cool. I have recommended them to everyone who asks me..If I could give them a 10 I would.!

I have been going to Physical Medicine Consultants for almost 3 years. My doctor has been a godsend. I was at my wits end until I came here. My quality of life is so much better now. Chastity Sliger actually listens to her patients. I dont know what I would have done without her and the Office. I love this place!

I drove 33 miles for ran appointment at 9:15, arriving at 9:00. Upon arriving there were several patients waiting in the lobby. During the check in process I was asked for paperwork, which I did not have. I was then told that since I did not have the paperwork I could not be seen and would have to reschedule. As there were several patients waiting to be seen, I asked if I could fill it out while I waited. I was told “No, you will have to reschedule.” I found this experience to cold and having a complete disregard for the time of patients.

I have had 2 hip injections from Dr. Nelson and I am very pleased with him and his staff. Everything was explained in detail to me to ease my fears and all my questions were met with respect. Dr. Nelsons bedside manner were wonderful and witty along with his staff.

I tried calling this morning to reschedule my appointment about an hour before I was supposed to be there. The female that answered the phone was very rude. She accused me of having COVID because I have diarrhea and a low grade fever. I had a COVID test yesterday to get my procedure done. She also told me to stop cursing because I said darn it when I could not find my calendar to reschedule. I do not curse. Granted, I should not have scheduled an upper and lower GI after going there. They have me on laxatives and I tried telling her that. I tried to get in before my follow up appointment and she told me the earliest would be the end of May.I think she was the same female that I had to deal with the last time I was there. She was being the covid police and making the elderly cry and scared. I did complain to my doctor about her.You provide a service. She is the first person that makes an impression about your facility or if she answers your phone. If this is the type of person you want to hire for that position, you will be losing a lot of patients.One of the rudest, impolite and unsympathetic person that I have ever met.

Had a billing discrepancy that caused me to not be seen when I came for my appointment. After leaving a one star review a member of their management called to get the ins and outs. She was very courteous and considerate and is working to get everything straightened out so I can be seen. I feel better about the way they run things here. I feel more like a person now. Some places actually do care after all.

My husband was not told up front hed have to pay his estimates out of pocket that day. Which was almost 400. He left after weeks of waiting in pain and unable to have his testing done.

There is not too many doctors I trust and have trusted in my life, but Dr. Lazoff has my complete trust and respect. He has been extremely helpful and instrumental in my rehab and recovery after a very bad auto accident. His bed side manner is top notch, and I would recommend him to any and all who are looking for a physician in whom you can feel at ease with, and most importantly in whom you can trust with your care and well being.

I was released from this practice because I was told I rescheduled too much I havent rescheduled but one time in OVER a year. These are very rude and rushed people. I have waited over an hour to be seen for only 15 minutes. I will seek a more professional and friendly facility.

I have found everyone in these offices to be polite, courteous and caring. Most generally I have experienced a great amount of pain relief from the steroid injections and found that they always have an answer to address my pain.

I wasnt very happy with this place receptionist wasnt very friendly I was trying get there but got turned around was on phone with the office to get there then when I got there the receptionist told me I had to reschedule I told her I was on phone there trying get to them but wouldnt hear of it so I wont go back ...i was on the phone with them to get there then get there after driving across town very rude

Went to Dr. Stensland for my radiculopathy. He gave me steroid injections and theyve helped a lot. He seems very knowledgeable, so I felt like I was in good hands. The new office is great too! Parking is so much easier now!!

Super new location for Physical Medicine Consultants relocated away from Lutheran Hospital. Very nice building all on the ground floor which makes it very nice for Dr. Mark Zolman. Staff were all cordial and very professional. A little off the beaten path but if you follow the signage by street number you will locate the new P.M.C. very easily!

2nd visit with Dr. Lazoff and everything went as planned. The staff here are great. Very friendly and attentive. Dr. Lazoff is a real professional with a great personality. Highly recommend this group to anyone in need.

Front office staff are rude and find humor in patient struggles. Also policies change with their mood

The nurses here are retarded. the doctor advised me to refrain from any activities that would impact my back after an epidural. the nurse gave me a note for work without any restrictions. when I said something about the receptionist just said thats right. I asked a nurse a month ago if Id need to take it easier after my shot so i could schedule off and she said no. so now i have to pull a 12 he shift constantly bending and stooping. the doctors great but everyone else should lose their rn status

Ive gotten nothing but respect and kindness from ALL staff. Dr. Zolman is incredible. They brought hope back into my life

I have been a patient of Dr. David Stensland and Nurse Practiotioner Chasity Sliger for several years now. I have nothing but praise for their practice. Unlike previous clinics I have been to, these people actually care about their patients well being and helping improve their daily lives. They are thorough and avail all options to the patient. They also do not tolerate drug seeking, which just goes to show that they are real doctors and not cash for drugs. I havent dealt with Dr. Lazoff but have heard nothing but good things about him. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who legitimately needs their services.

Dr. Zollman is one the kindest doctors I have ever had for my pain issues of any kind. He is very consistent with his care. He is a very good at listening and answers all my questions. My goal has always been to function with the least amount of pain. I am able to work and live my life daily. Dr. Zollman and all of his staff have always had kindness and respect concerning my healthcare, also my ablity to function in my life,

The receptionist was one of the most mean and inconsiderate people that I have ever talked to. She was a major b****!!!! She said that I was arguing with her and I wasnt. I was being civil with her and she was not! I do not recommend this place to anyone! If you are going to be so rude to a patient who is in real pain and treat them as a drug addict when they are only wanting help then to hell with you! I didnt want cortisone shots and because I didnt want any I was considered and addict. I even offered to get physical therapy but noooooooooooo. Im supposedly a big drug addict! I can pass a drug test anytime anyday! If the receptionist sees this, I hope karma hits you hard because you are one of the most awful people that I have ever talked to! You shouldnt be working at a place like that if you are going to hang up on someone 3 times! I was not arguing with you at all, I was calm and tried to explain things to you and just kept interrupting me and not really letting me talk! Learn how to treat your patients with respect especially when I was calm! Im pretty upset that I was treated so horrible! This place would get negative stars if I could!! Her name is Vanessa!
