This place is fantastic. I was with Dr Hamlet and everybody was friendly, professional and efficient. In and out quickly and I never felt like I was forgotten. Couldnt be happier with my experience

I have been to them 3 times. Nothing is ever accomplished. Im not surprised to see a 2.9 stars. Actually surprised its that high.

Dr. Micha Smith ,Is an awesome Surgeon, very patient an understanding, compassionate, doctor, I am glad he done both my surgeries.

Had back surgery and was supposed to get pain meds after surgery at CVS. When we got there at 6:30 pm it was not called in yet.(surgery was at 1:00 pm) Waited in parking lot for hour n still no call in. Called them back and they said they had to get a hold of Sam ( P.A.)who supposed to of called it in. CVS closed at 9:00 pm n never got my pain meds till 12:30 pm next day. 21 hours after my surgery with no pain meds. Ya think that I was miserable? Yeep ready to die. Ask for your pain meds before surgery if Ya go there.

Wonderful staff, orthopedic surgeons and Podiatrists. Educated me on and helped me select non-surgical treatments.

I was recommended to Dr. Bergoff for treatment of a painful cyst at the base of my kneecap. My consultation appointment was in August. At this appointment, Dr. Berghoff never informed me he was not willing to perform surgery to remove the cyst. At the initial appointment, an MRI was performed. In October, an injection was performed on the knee in attempts to eliminate the cyst. This proceedure failed, and the cyst remained. Physical Therapy was then ordered for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks of PT, the cyst remained. I then contacted ONE by phone yesterday to ascertain the next course of treatment by Dr. Bergoff, stating that I now considered surgery appropriate. The next day, I received a call informing me Dr. Bergoff does not perform surgeries to remove cysts. Had I been told this in the initial Consultation appointment in August, I would have terminated services with Dr. Bergoff at that time. Due to the initial lack of transparency, I find myself 4 months behind schedule in finding a new doctor.

Watch billing- They will bill you for shoulder immobilizers $160 (after insurance) that you can pick up on Amazon for $20, and the ones on Amazon are better. My other issue was a charge for a follow-up appointment after my shoulder surgery- I was initially told that all of the follow-up appointments with regard to my surgery would not incur a copay. Apparently this is only a 90 day window. On my last appointment (after 90 day window) when I checked out they told me there was no copay, and a week later I was billed- even though I specifically asked when leaving if there was a copay. So I cancelled my next follow-up appointment. The thing I love is they put you on the spot when you check out to tell them their service was a 5 out of 5. If you want true feedback, have the patient submit their rating privately.

This place is amazing! Everything moved smoothly throughout my appointment, had barely any waiting time from work up to testing and seeing the doctor. Everyone was professional and courteous! Best of all, I was finally given answers to why I have so much pain!

I am only rating about how they treat family. I am very upset drove over an hour to see my granddaughter after her surgery they would not let grandparents in to see her just her parents. I could have stayed a couple hours when they released her but I wanted to show her I was there for her and just give her my love. I could see it if it was a bunch of friends and lots of other family but I am her grandma I think grandparents and parents and siblings should be aloud her siblings wasnt there so that wasnt the case. I think you should rethink your stupid rules. GRANDPARENTS SHOULD BE ALOUD TO SEE THERE GRANDCHILDREN !!!

Should you miss a call from them or be out of town you will be terminated as a patient on the spot. Regardless of how long you have been there. This has happened to three other people I personally know. Left to find new care on own.

Goodcare fast treatment the whole truth the doctors and nurses are great

Went there for my ankle. And ended up just being passed back and forth between a doctor there and a rheumatologist and no one helped me figure out what was wrong. Ended up getting a second opinion elsewhere

These doctors here are some straight up worthless, paycheck collecting, morons who really dont care about you. When they see you, Im sure all they are thinking is This guy is about to pay for 1 year of my daughters college tuition!!!

Tore my Achilles 2 1/2 years ago; Dr. Scott Karr did a great job repairing it, and Cindy Fordyce, PA took it from there. Dave Sprowl, PT of TherapyONE supervised the necessary abuse to make things work again. I cant say I Loved it (having this happen), but ONE took good care of me. If the other one had to be done, Id let them and no one else do it.
