Routine colonoscopy due to family history. Dr Morrison explained the procedure pre-op, answered questions, and went over results post op. My case was really simple so we discussed the results and that was it. Procedure was at Lutheran - very happy with care of the nurses and staff as well. A colonoscopy isnt the most fun procedure to have, but everyone did their best to make it pleasant as possible. Highly recommend Dr Morrison and the team at Lutheran Endoscopy. Several years ago I had a family member diagnosed with a malignant tumor in the colon, Dr Morrison literally saved her life - I was in on that visit and he spent a lot of time and care discussing the diagnosis and treatment plan so it was an easy choice for me to go to him for my procedure.

I felt I was mislead in the first visit. I only asked a question for his professional opinion then he said there isnt any reason to do a colonoscopy but since I am at that age they would do it. I said in the beginning I dont know. So, I believed it to be a preventative. Day of procedure I asked to be sure then he stated I came to him with symptoms which I did NO such thing. I was referred because I was asked questions and my age. The thing that was completely unprofessional of him is when he stated you came to me for.....you should have come to me before symptoms. Really!? Completely rude and wont be back in 10 if he is there. Learn how to use words and better bedside manner. Now I have to pay a lot because of how it was coded. Not fair. Not to mention his office told me one thing on time and day of procedure I received a call I was late. Hmmmmm.

This Doctor was arrogant and careless. This doctor was only to ASSIST in removing a ovarian cyst.Without permission he removed a foot of my colon, punctured my healthy spleen causing it to be removed.When specifically told not to attach a colostomy bag to me I awoke from surgery to find one attached to me.Things got worse and found that A Second emergency surgery had to be performed due to finding a 2 mm hole in my stomach from his butcher job.Unable to sue him for malpractice due to Indiana doctor protection laws set in place. No malpractice lawyer was willing to stand up for me. They are all dishonorable.Not to mention his lawyer flat out told me I would never win my case if I was lucky enough to get a lawyer to stand up for me. And proceeded to threaten me with lawsuits if I did not sign a form to not sue.Please do not go to this Doctor. He is careless and performed a unnecessary surgery on me causing more harm than good.

On Monday, April 22, 2019 I had my sixth colonoscopy but this was the first with Dr. Morrison. I would give Dr. Morrison more than five stars if possible as he surpassed my previous experiences by far. His staff is caring, professional and efficient. My procedure took place at Dupont Hospital and the staff of the hospital was equally professional. Dr. Morrison explained exactly what the procedure entailed he realistically told me what may be expected due to my history with this procedure. I would highly recommend this doctor and I urge you to get a colonoscopy. Had I not had my first colonoscopy 11 years ago, I am pretty sure that I would not be writing this review today.

After being misdiagnosed in Florida for 6 months, my mother moved to Fort Wayne and saw Dr. Morrison. In one appt. he found the problem. His approach with my 93 y/o mom was patient , and she could easily follow what he was explaining about her problem and the choices for correcting this. Thank you Dr. Morrison for everything you are doing to make my moms life better.

Dr Morrison and his staff are professional, caring and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were very patient. My 16 year old son had a Pylonydalcyst removed, we had many conversations and appts over the last 2.5 months.
