I think Oak Street Health is one of the best facilities to go to. They make you feel like they love taking care of people. Being able to be picked up is a added bonus. Holly Reese-Young is very professional and very caring in what she does.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and cheerful. Dr. Aimee Bell was fantastic as she always is and feel fortunate to have her as my Dr.She always is over the top in making me feel at ease, explaining things, encouraging questions, her bubbly personality is always a treat.Her nurse was super wonderful also. My driver that day was also the best.I would recommend Oak Street in a heartbeat to anyone.

They are absolutely phenomenal that is where my family doctor is at and they most definitely make you feel welcome when you come in the door unlike some other doctors offices and they also have transportation so if you cant get to the doctor they can come and get you

The staff if extremely helpful and friendly. They work with you to improve your health instead of just taking stabs in the dark. I also appreciate how thorough they are when things do come up.

AMi Bell reviewed all my current vitals and checked on the status of my recent surgery. She is an excellent Nurse Practitioner and is very thorough. The professionals at Oak Street are always thorough and upbeat. Going there is always a great experience. My only concern is the problem of receiving timely call backs from anyone at Oak Street.

I absolutely love Oak Street Health! I have an amazing doctor, Dr Lisa Holtsclaw and I have been with her several years now and have nothing but positive words to say about her. Dr Lisa is so attentive and I have even shared some laughs with her. I couldnt ask for a better doctor and will stay with her for as long as she practices. I want her to know I love her inside and out and I always look forward to my visits with her.

I was impressed. When I walked in I seen several people. Thought I would be there forever. Nope! I was in and out fast. I also received the help I so desperately needed.

We have told them I dont know how many times for nearly two years that I am not going to Oak Street,I go to the V.A. but they keep calling anyway. I am going to call them back and tell them if they dont stop calling me I will call my lawyer.Im sure he would be more than happy to help me.😊

I have been here for awhile and every time I need my meds renewed they arent for weeks and then I became very ill with pain and without antidepressants I am in really bad shape They really arent that good

I FOUND THE AGENCY VERY CLEAN,FRIENDLY AND EMPATHETIC STAFF. THE INTAKE WORKER WAS GREAT AND I FELT SHE WAS REALLY WILLING TO HELP IN ALL ASPECTS OF GETTING ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE. I LOVE THE ACTIVITY CALENDAR AND WELCOME BAG AND GIFT. MY DR. WAS REALLY NICE AND EMPATHETIC. I REALLY APPRECIATED THE TRANSPORTATION. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE VAN SHOULD HAVE GRAB BARS INSIDE BY THE BACK SEATS. THE VAN SLANTS DOWN AND I FELT UNSTABLE AND NEEDED TO HOLD ON TO PREVENT SLIDING. DRIVER WAS POLITE AND ON TIME. I REALLY ENJOYED MY VISIT AND WILL GIVE REFERRALS. I AM GLAD TO BE APART OF OAKSTREET.

What a wonderful health care facility! And the staff are Super fantastic!! Reminder calls ahead of your appointment. Very professional staff to greet you and check you in. Dr. Lisa listens to your concerns and needs! They help you with your ordering over-the-counter and/or prescription needs! I have never had a doctor or doctors office be so attentative to a patients needs before, during or after a visit, other than Dr. Donald Giants practice for 25+ years (he just retired in February, 2019)!! Fort Wayne is blessed to have this health care resource downtown (southwest corner of Washington and Clay streets). One of the Forts best kept secrets! And they will provide transportation to and from the downtown location at no extra charge. Im Super Impressed!!!

I have never called Oak Street Health with a problem or question without having to hold for less than 8 minutes. If I complain about holding so long they hang up without saying a word. Also their ride program stinks. My first 2 times I was told I qualified however someone else decided I didnt and never let me know. If you do make it to an appointment they do listen but thats where it appears to end. Ill wish you luck but cannot find, within me, goodwill towards OSH.

It was horrible! They are very odd. Sending people to your home. Railroading you basically. Not caring what you have to say. Praying! Sending junk in the mail! Worst of it was the the phone calls!! Constant! Felt like I was being stalked! Stay away! If I could I would not give them 1 star. Unprofessional.

My wife has been sick since before Christmas and is still sick. She has seen Dr. Steele which put her on some antibiotics that helped some. He had horrible bedside manners, but we knew he was only temporary. She saw Vivian twice with the same sickness and she said it was all asthma related and from her smoking. She did not want to listen to either one of us and barely acknowledged that I was even in the room. She finally saw the new doctor last Wednesday. She had her get an X-ray for her chest still from the same sickness. She wanted to wait to prescribe antibiotics until she got the x ray results back. We got a phone call back Thursday morning with results without antibiotics. We called back to see what she was to do about the coughing and fevers. We were told that they were in training all day. No one called back. We had to call back Friday again to find out what was going on. My wife ended up in the ER all morning Saturday due to the neglect of the medical staff. I feel sorry for the elderly that go in alone and dont have a second voice to speak out.

I am excited about all the buzz in Fort Wayne and this initiative that is taking place with Humana and Oak Street. Our community needed a support system that is about providing resources for patients to help improve health and wellness. The location is great and gives patients easy access to Healthcare and activities. Thank you Oak Street and Humana for providing a service that will be beneficial for our Fort Wayne Community.

I talked to the clinic director and she was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I would definitely not go here.
