I always look forward to my appointments with Carmen, she is very efficient in her work and does a fabulous job with my hair. Her prices are also very reasonable. She is the best and I would highly recommend her.

And she always ensures my hair stays healthy by applying treatments and recommending things I can do at home as well. Shes also the stylist that my husband and two kids go to! Shes amazing!

I love this place! Cassie is my favorite but they all do a great job and listen to you. I drive 2 hours to see them just to get my hair done! Cassie does an amazing job! She has even stayed late just so that I could make it in from Indy to get my hair done. I recommend them to all my friends and Ive never had any of them complain.

Went to see Kirstie for a cut and color....my first time going and she definitely NAILED it. She did what 2 other stylist at 2 different places failed to do and I left feeling amazing and loving my new do!!!! Cassie does an amazing job! She is literally an artist and hair is her craft! She is always so pleasant and such a joy to chat with when she does my hair! I called in and asked if they worked with african American hair. Renee tells me she is good with it. I go in and she has not the slightest clue what she is doing. In fact, she was asking ME how to cut it based on what my LAST stylist did! She was ripping through my curls from the top down completely dry which is horrible on any hair, let alone my 3c/4a hair. I even told her that she was damaging my hair (you could hear it breaking) and she wouldnt listen. I dropped several hints and gave pointers on how to deal with MY hair but she wouldnt listen. Then proceeded to cut it like straight hair. I didnt even let her do the full style. Dont waste your time if you have ethnic hair. White wavy/curly hair is NOT THE SAME AS AFRICAN AMERICAN HAIR! If they dont know how to do it properly, they need to be honest!

I went there this afternoon and Pam turned my brown hair into beautiful blonde hair! I got home and straightened my hair an I am so happy how it turned out an I cant wait till the next month goes by so I can go back to her an get the rest done I will be a customer here as long as I live in Fort Wayne!

The only reason I would even give one star is because because he lady who did my hair was nice. But if you’re trying to do any kind of color, DO NOT GO HERE! I am serious. I went in and wanted to get an ombré type hair color. I asked/ and showed a photo of the colors I wanted at the top and bottom. First of all, my hair is COMPLETELY chemically damaged. I mean the lady had no clue what she was doing and she clearly didn’t even care enough to ask someone to be sure she wouldn’t be damaging my hair. So far it’s been 3 weeks and I have done a hair treatment on my hair every 3 days and it’s still falling out. Second of all, the top faded after 2 days! I paid $150 for this to be done and it faded in TWO DAYS! I wouldn’t have even paid if I had known how bad it was but I had been there 4 hours and had to leave so I didn’t have her dry it. Third, the owner, Carmen, is a snobby woman. She was rude to me and acted like she was better than everyone. So when I tried to call, no one answered (during business hours) and I left a message telling them my concerns and leaving my number for a call back and never got a call back. My hair is awful. In some spots there isn’t even any blonde and it looks so bad, and some places there is only a half inch of blonde and other places there is 4 inches of blonde lol it’s so bad! At the top I literally have SPOTS! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I am warning anyone who is looking for a modern hairstyle! Oh and also the Cassie girl who everyone is raving about on here, doesn’t work there anymore.
