I can tell you as a loyal customer that hear care provides the most accurate diagnostics and programming. As I found out age 18 when enlisted in the Marine Corps I could not get past the hearing exam, they said I had the hearing of a 50 year old gunnery sergeant. I missed a lot of education from loss of ability to just hear. Reading lips not knowingly when someone has a coffee cup blocking there lips I couldn’t understand a single word. Wearing hearing aides since 18 now 57 wearing ever type and style finding just the best combination ever. Thanks to all of the hear Care people especially Pat and his tweaking have my hearing dialed in. Everyone definitely should be able to hear. When I drove a wrecker on call 24hrs sleeping with my aides on didn’t even bother me not missing a single call. Also working at a plant for 25+ years the ear damaging sounds were Attenuated muted to a safe level that could have ruined what little hearing left thanks to technology of filtering out unsafe levels of noise. Hear Care make certain that the molds fit comfortably and no feedback passing looping creating unwanted squealing. Just this week a wire broken on left ear, I called Hear Care they said how soon can you get here telling them I’m on my way 20 minutes later every thing was back to normal and happier than ever. Wearing hearing aides is no different than a pair of glasses going on in the morning and off at bedtime placing them in a sanitizing dryer nice and warm the next morning. Tip: when taking a shower letting hot water jet out earwax is very soothing. After drying off getting ready for a long day glasses on and aides are on. People often ask how can I stand to wearing hearing aides for so many hours, They are so comfortable it’s easy to forget they are on. Hopefully everyone will get a chance to enjoy hearing at it’s best with comfort and a team of kind professionals at Hear Care Audiology.

I have been going to Hearcare for 16 years. I was fitted with my first pair at the age of 35 and I needed hearing aids that would perform at a high level as I worked in a professional atmosphere. Initially my family doctor referred me to Hear Care Audiology. The staff is very friendly and professional. After my hearing test I was told I would be a candidate for hearing aids. At first I was skeptical but after being told I could try them out for 2-3 weeks at a very minimal cost I decided Id give it a try. Ken Stewart the Audiologist told me that he would almost guarantee that after wearing them a few weeks I wouldnt want to give them back. He was so right!! I can hear sounds that I hadnt heard in years. I would recommend anyone with hearing loss to give them a try; Im a 100% satisfied customer!!!

All of the staff of Hear Care are indeed caring...I recently experienced a sudden loss of a significant amount of hearing in my only hearing ear. Ken spent more time explaining my problem than most of the medical staff that I subsequently saw. Ken even called me personally to check on my progress after he returned from one of his mission trips. Ken and his staff put the Care into HearCare.

I tried 2 other auduilogist offices before ending up at HearCare. The audiologist at HearCare was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to explain any and all questions in a way I could understand. Unlike the other audiologists, paying for the hearing aid was only discussed when I brought it up. They were far more interested in making sure i was getting what was right for me, then, we would find a way to make it happen. Going above and beyond anything, I expected. The office staff was just as warm and helpful with fresh cookies and cocoa. So grateful, i found them.
