Dr. Williams, will be greatly missed! I literally shed tears, when I received the letter in the mail that she was leaving. I agree with another reviewer on here...it sucks, that the office won’t accept any of her patients. However, I guess it’s a blessing in disguise, because the customer service at that front desk “Sheesh”!! Good luck with them answering the phone! I’ve been looking for another Doc as good as Dr. Williams. No luck yet. Dr. Lauren, if you happen to ever read this...Thanks, for being so AMAZING and you will be greatly missed! I love Dr. Williams. When my son told me she left I was sadden. The practice sent a letter regarding her leaving however I dont like how the other physicans there will not take her patients. Instead theyre referring us to another physician outside of the practice. Its unfortunate that shes gone. She was the best despite the no answer when calling and long wait. Well I was told shes out of state. 😔

Dr Williams is one of the best Doctors I have ever had. She is patient, understanding, and caring. She helps you work through any issues you may have. I am however totally disappointed with the staff at the Fort Washington location. My only way of getting an appointment was to go to the office. The phone is not answered and the service that is given is poor and unprofessional. Her scheduling person(s) are less that adequate. It takes months to get in and forget it if you are sick. You will not be seen.

It is hard to give a 5 star review because Dr. Lauren Williams is the best doctor when you can get to her, her staff is the worst in town, they are very rude and unprofessional. The office manager is the worse, the 5 star is for the doctor not her staff.I really love Dr. Williams, but she needs a brand new caring, professional staff, people who are not there for the paycheck, but are there because they care.I was informed by the receptionist Kim that they are an appointment only office they do not take walk ins I asked her since when, she states that it has always been this way. She then asks if my son has gone to the ER or urgent care I simply stated no because he has a primary care doctor...smh.

Dr Lauren is a nice individual, however, during my 1st visit, I had to wait 3 hrs before my baby was seen. During my second visit, I was 30mins late and they refuse to see my baby. The ladies at the front working for her told me I could not talk to the doctor she would call me. I am yet to receive a call. Very disappointed and will not return.

I really like Dr. Williams, and I generally find Doctors frustrating. She brings curiosity and compassion to her work, when so many Doctors ask questions they think they know the answers to and then dont listen when you tell them whats going on. I know Im not a medical professional, and I know that Dr. Facebook has some really crazy ideas about sound medical practice, but I *am* the expert on being inside this body they are supposed to be helping me take care of, and she treats me like I might actually have some useful information about whats going on with my body. Sad that this is a rare trait in a doctor, but Dr. Williams has it.In my first visit, Dr. Williams also asked about my experience with her staff - the long wait times on the phone, difficulty getting through, and other customer service hiccups are a known challenge for the practice and she expressed her commitment to improving this aspect of the patient experience. Frankly, Ill wait on the phone for as long as I have to for a doctor that respects me, but others might not make the same choice.eta: the customer service really is awful. It is really difficult to get someone on the phone, you dont get call backs, they put you on hold with no acknowledgement. Im not sure what it is going to take to get this aspect of the practice on track, but it hasnt improved appreciably.

Dr Williams is the best doctor I ever had, even if nothing is wrong sometimes she just wants to talk to make sure everything else in life is going ok. I really love the way she cares about her job and her patients, I will refer anyone to her!!! as long as I can get my monthly appointments

Dr. Lauren R. Williams is the best hands down!!!! Dr. Williams is compassionate, she listens to your concerns, and will take the time to find the best solution, according to your medical needs. Honestly, she truly is the best!!😊💯

We refer our clients to her, she is a great doctor her staff on the other hand is horrible, they seem to switch out too often, the staff seem to be lost and dont know what to do, the 5 star is for the doctor her self not her staff. She had a great staff at one time, i mean they were the best, now the staff she has lacks customer service skills.

I have been w/ Dr Lauren since 2011 and I moved to korea and I am now back...I kept her as my PCM and I flew back to see her for my annuals.....I am not leaving her!! She is definitely 1 of the best!!
