Started taking classes this week and I love it. Great instructors. Convinient location

The owner is one of the sweetest and most giving people I have met on the Emerald Coast. This is the Yoga Studio for you. Incredible staff and teachers. Incredible events and opportunities. Join them on the mat for a wonderful time. Check them out and see what all they have to offer. Need access to Essential Oils or top-of-the-line CBD products? Theyve got that too! I encourage you to go walk through their doors and see what all the fuss is about.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The teachers are hands on and gentle. They also get to know you on a first name basis very quickly. My husband and I always leave there feeling relaxed yet energetic. Dragonfly also offers wonderful seminars, some of which at no cost to the customer. 5 stars!

When I stay in Destin, this and Hot Yoga Om (same owner) are my studios of choice for whatever kind of practice my body is asking for. They have great teachers and lots of props available to use. I just love this studio!!

All the classes I have taken there have been professional and very rewarding. Dragonfly Yoga is a peaceful, relaxing, wonderful place to spend an hour destressing from the day and healing. I would recommend it to anyone of any level.I only wish I could get there more often!

First time doing yoga was here and others just dont compare. From essential oils, to different class levels, this place gets it right. I recommend the free class on Tuesdays for military. They dont do hot yoga but there is a studio right next door that does. If you go a lot, check groupon for the sick deals! They have packages but groupon beat them by half.

Im so thankful we have this wonderful business in our area! They continue to amaze me each time I go in whether its reiki, message or the aqua chi detox! Just try it! You wont be sorry.
