Dr Payne and her nurse are so amazing! Felt very cared for! I have never been to a more attentive doc ever! Ive been having stomach problems for a long time and other docs would just say heartburn. But they immediately scheduled me for tests for bacteria!

Dr. Payne very thorough and friendly. I am new to the Ft Smith area, but I have seen several doctors. Dr Payne was the best overall doctor that I have seen in years. 5 stars for her and her staff.

The doctors are always switching clinics and then you have to wait months to see a new provider

Love the Eastside clinic and Dr Miller & Dr Nguyen. For once, I feel like a Dr actually cares about taking care of my health and my family and a very fast waiting time in the waiting room. I havent been pleased with any other RVPCS clinic before. But these guys are great and care. Thank you!

Dr Nguyen is the best Dr! Hes realistic and patient with me. Always gets me in as quick as he can, I never wait long for an appointment or to be seen in the waiting room. Highly recommend. Im trying to get the rest of my family to see him right now.

Such poor treatment from doctor Livingston!Taking an autistic child out of his normal routine to visit a new psychologist is already a difficult to have to get him through. Even after calling to confirm their address (I had never been here before) the address I had been given was to the WRONG LOCATION. After being given new directions from the present staff we arrived at the clinic, distressed child in tow.He is accustomed to waiting rooms and he immediately found a seat. I headed toward the reception desk. When I walked into the building I found the psychologist, leaning to the side with arms crossed, waiting behind the receptionist on the other side of the glass door.I dont know if hes got his own complexes to deal with, or hes just got too much ego, but the man wouldnt stop staring at me from the moment I walked in. When he failed at proving whatever it was he was trying to prove, I could already see that this man was not the type of man I would bring my child to for therapeutic help. The receptionist kindly explained (after being prompted by the doctor from behind that we are NOT going to be seen) that since we had arrived late, we would need to schedule another time. Understandably, this is where the childs mother flew off the handle.I asked her to take a seat and let me handle the situation. After getting the response I can only guess the psychologist was wanting out of us, he spoke again to the receptionist to indicate that he would still see us.Although I was upset about it at the time, I dont care about having to reschedule, if it were necessary. It wasnt necessary. I wouldnt treat some guy on the streets as badly as he treated me - a potential client.Sure, the quality of medical professionals in this area is not great to choose from, and beggars cant be choosers, but...IWILLNOTbring any child here to receive services from Mr. Jesse Livingston.I hope that if you or your loved ones need care and have no other choice, that he treats you better than he did us!

No problem with front desk or the doctor but trying to get records sent to another doctor or to get a pharmacy makes me think I may need to change primary care. Last time they kept saying records were sent now I know that person cant even send a fax correctly. Wrong info & was 2 big on the paper! The drug store actually went above their part & delivered correct forms to her & said they would drive back to pick them to help me out... That was Friday. I stopped in today (Wed) & she is on vacation !! & of course she never fixed her mess up before leaving. Its been about a month & I really need this but I guess nobody else in there can do the job she specializes in!. Incompetence
