My wife likes this place but from what I seen this place is a scam and a kick back between drs they will lie for each other and take your insurance for everything its worth

The Staff is horrible. We ended up finding a different neurologist as we couldnt even get them to return a phone call after my husbands records were transferred from his Neurosurgeon in Little Rock. They obviously do not think brain tumors and post surgical care is of much importance. If youre trying to even get an appointment good luck.

Dr Keating was very nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable and compassionate to my issues. She listened while I talked and in no rush just to push me through a system.I will continue to see her as long as needed.

She was very understanding and very thorough with my exam and did not rush me out the door. her and her staff was great they treated me with nothing but respect and I didn’t have to wait very long they got me in very quickly when I arrived.

I have found Dr. Keating to be nothing but compassionate and understanding. I understand she is a very busy doctor, but she always answers my questions, and also asks a lot of questions. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a neurologist.

Why am I on hold for 20 mins yall dont have a huge line of people. Yall dont get that many people like that. Im upset still sitting here on hold and idk why . This is horrible what if I was having issues my medicine and need to talk to nurse or something. This is unreal! Last time I was in there the front desk the ladies were on their phones and talking to each other. You need to either line your workers up or get new front desk workers.

Literally made fun of me as I was walking out of the office. Awful experience. 😭

Horrible and rude, wrote a letter to my work that cost me my job then made me stand in the lobby, shared by the whole floor, crying and trying to get them to write another letter so I wouldnt lose the promotion I was up for. Having to explain my awful situation in public like that was a violation of my right to privacy and forcing a single mom to tell you why she cant afford to support her family in public like that with zero compassion or respect is beyond unacceptable.
