I’ve always had great experiences here. Unfortunately, I had some not-so-satisfying results from some fillers that were very expensive (for me). The reason I left the 2 star rating is because of the way the situation was handled when I expressed my concern. When my injector came in the room it felt like she was angry. I felt intimidated to the point that i just wanted to get out of the room. She felt the results were great, recommended a different filler to try, and excused me. I called to speak to a supervisor after I thought about the situation, and because she agreed that my results were “great” my opinion was not valued.

Dr. Sandra was amazing. My son had chronic eczema. She was 100% emotionally supprtive and client focused. Her staff on the other had was not so friendly to us. When I call they cut me off and speak over me and give dissmisive attitude. Very unappealing. If I did not have such a great experience with Sandra I would not go back.

I’m very pleased with the results that I have seen from Johnson Dermatology. Also, I greatly appreciate that every appointment has been promptly on time and never once later than scheduled. The workers are very friendly and make you feel right at home.

Great staff, I feel like the staff really cares for me, not just my condition . Anytime I see someone that may suffer with my condition (psoriasis) I recommend Johnson Dermatology. Good people

I requested an appointment through the website for a rather urgent skin issue, but never heard back. Two days later, a phone call was answered by a machine, left a message, but my call was never returned. I sought medical help at another clinic. I had been going to Johnson Dermatology for my annual skin checks, but I guess I need to find another dermatologist.

Dr. Sandy and her crew is the very best! They make going to the dr. a pleasent experience; any thing from a pimple to skin cancer and everything in between, They can handle it! They are always so Kind, careing and compassionate about anything you are concerned about. If you dont like what you see in the mirror, by all means you need to visit Johnson Dermatology
