This place was great!It is easy to access, just off of Interstate 540, on a main road in Fort Smith.Make sure you have your payment and paperwork, and the process is simple and expeditious. If you do not have the paperwork they can help access records.The staff was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable.There are flexible payment plan options, which was immensely helpful.

Let me start with WOW! These people make you feel rite at home! So nice and compassionate and patient! Clean environment, cooking shows always on! But most importantly the staff here makes you feel beyond comfortable! Theyll go above and beyond to help in any way! The doctor herself is such a down to earth person and I felt no judgement, only happiness because I finally have the medicine I need!!!

Was nervous about applying and the evaluation. They were able to obtain my medical records for me and showed compassion during my exam/interview. Even gave me a next step print out and walked me through it. Received my card 3 days later! Very happy!
