My 2 daughters have been going here for 6 years now. They never have any complaints and usually tell me how nice the dentist and the assistant are We always get called back within 10 minutes of our appointment time. All the employees are very nice and very helpful. The employees at the front desk are the best. Overall it’s an awesome place to take your kids to even if it’s their first time.

First time visit today. Took my five kids and the staff was GREAT!!! The ladies up front were awesome! And after the visit they explained everything, set up future appointments and referrals all right then. Highly recommend!

I brought my 2 year old here for his first dentist appointment and the staff was soooo great to him, he did so good and they did amazing with him, I would recommend them to anyone. My 10 yr old has bad anxiety at the dentist. They always work with her good in trying to get cleanings and check ups done. She had to have fillings done so she had to be sedated and she sure put them earn there money today she went to sleep with a fight and woke up with a fight but they treated her so loving and caring even with her throwing fits so Thankyou for always treating my uncooperative child so good. She likes going to the dentist she just doesnt like the dentist tools.

Crystal, Christy and Kelsey are the best dental hygienist. Always very friendly and pleasant and put the comfort of patients first. They have been my hygienists since I was a little kid and I wouldn’t want anyone else to do it but these ladies.

First time back to the dentist since Covid, our former one disappeared, we chose leap and it did not disappoint, I was very nervous for my little to go back without me and she did so great! The staff was so friendly and upbeat, they really took time to make my daughter feel comfortable.

I LOVE this dentist. All three of my kids love coming here. My four year old daughter HATES doctors and she asks me if we can come back every time. They always get us back quickly and their office is always super clean! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

My son, who is 2 almost 3, gets a little anxious when we’re at the dentist. We started coming to Leap Kids last year & just recently had our 2nd appointment! My son of course being 2, was a little scared and screamed while getting his cleaning (moms worst nightmare) but Leap Kids was so patient with him & let me know that at any point if i wanted them to stop, they would, they talked to him to let him know what they were doing & made sure he was comfortable before starting. I would 100% recommend them to anyone! :)

Paige! Paige! Paige!All of the staff has been accommodating and professional but Paige is amazing. Kidz choice should feel blessed to have her. We certainly do!!! She is so sweet and kind. She is assertive, explanatory, playful and kind and my daughter picks up on that energy. It makes the world of difference. I don’t think she has kids but she treats my daughter the way I want and hope she’s treated everywhere. It’s just not the case. We’ve been to other “well loved” dentist in town and it didn’t work. It’s the staff I love here. From check in to being in the back.I seriously wish everyone could be like Paige, meet Paige, have their child treated by her... I aspire to be Paige. I just moved to this area and had a problem finding a dentist for the kids. I’m happy I ran across leap kids. I love it they work fast but I was informed every step of the way. The kids loved them. It was supposed to be 30mins per kid it didn’t take that long. I have 3 kids and it literally took us 30mins in and out. The dr was very gental as well as the dental assistants. They were super polite. See you guys in February 😁

I’ve been three times and the dentist is rude has no patience at all and we come in early every time everyone always goes ahead of us and today my son told me he told him that if he didn’t stop crying he was going to have to stay there all day that’s no way to talk to a child and I’m very upset I’m calling tomorrow and complains I will not go back that’s messed up they wouldn’t like it if I told there children that

Staff is horrible and rude called for ask to talk to the manager and she hung up on me and refused to give me corporates number when I finally got it by calling Little Rock the area manager listened to the phone call and apologized. She was extremely nice, unfortunately is terrible.

If you dont question the dentist you will be fine. The ladies said he just wanted to be aggressive by putting a crown on a tooth that he originally said didnt need even a filling. When I questioned it he threw his hands up and walked out. Was okay with them doing everything else but that, they said I as a parent didnt have a say in it and asked me to leave.

My 18 year old son has been with Dr Lee and his staff since he after he cut his first teeth. He was born with a heart defect which requires him to use antibiotics before any dental work. Dr Lee doesnt over use the antibiotics for his check-ups. His staff as well as the other dentist are very friendly and helpful for anything you need. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Today’s experience was so pleasant at Kidz Choice Dental-Fort Smith. The staff were so wonderful with all three of my kids. Ages: 4, 3, and 1.... They made them feel so comfortable. Our first experience with Kidz Choice was AMAZING to say the least. Friendly and professional staff. Quickly got the kids in for their visit. Paperwork was done before arrival due to the advanced electronic forms that were sent right to my email. I Made copies of insurance ahead of time to provide to the staff. Payment options were so easy. They gave me feedback on my childrens teeth and provided me ALL options! I have zero complaints!

Dr downing did in office sedation for my son. He did his cleaning, x-rays and dental work all while my kiddo was comfortable and out of it.After waking up and the swelling going down a few hours later my child didnt take or even need Tylenol. The only pain he expressed was the hand where his IV was placed. The dental work done by Dr Downing was so precise that my sons gums werent even hurting. When I asked how his mouth felt he jumped up and down with a huge smile, screamed yaaaaay and clapped his hands.I am so thankful for Dr Downing and his staff. The girls were amazing too btw. I had a hard time seeing my child wake up from anesthesia and they didnt judge me,they were actually very compassionate towards me even though I know I didnt come across very well.If you are reading reviews because you are looking for a dentist I can tell you that this office is a very good choice.If you have a disabled child like I do, I would encourage you to just set an appointment, I found that this office is an amazing with disabled children. I actually found Kids Choice Dental after having a bad experience with another local pediatric dentist.Thank you Kids Choice! My son is happy and out of pain

It was very fast they didnt care to help I have 2 small children and by myself a 1 and 2 year old can be difficult sometimes they watched my 2 yr old and held my 1 yr old when I had to hold the other in the chair they were very helpful and nice they were gentle and very good with my children we will deff continue going here

My kid was an absolute terror. But all of the ladies that helped us, kept their cool. They were amazing. And Dr. Downing was so patient with my toddler. We will 100% be returning.

Couldnt be more impressed with the staff or Dentists here. They work together as a well trained team to assure your child has a great experience. My children all go to this office. My 3 yr old sits through exams with them on his own and was even willing to go back for a procedure alone with them. If that doesnt tell you how well trained they are at treating children I dont know what else will. I live an hour from this facility and make the drive to assure they wont be traumatized anywhere else. I owe a big thank you to them and their staff for always working hard to make them comfortable and provide the best care ❤️

Personally, I have had an awesome experience at Kids Choice Dental. Some of the staff is still the same from when I was a teen and going here but now with my daughter they are still awesome! They are always patient with my screaming toddler and make sure to answer all my questions! I would definitely recommend!

Always polite, informative and never a long wait. They make my teen feel cool by taking him back by himself. If they have questions they ask me and let me know how it went after. They put my two littles in a room together. Honestly so happy they do that as we parents know toddlers are hard to get still. They are so sweet and gentle with them. Not long of a wait with them either. My kids love coming here and ask when they can go back all the time.

I was called to the back my grandson wouldn’t cooperate, with a borrowed blanket and a story or two from Dr.Lee he proceeded with a cap.My child never saw the needle, never felt any pain at all. I’m proud to say all fears of a dentist are in the past.Also sense the covid scare, everyone is being super safe. Our son is always very nervous to go to the dentist, due to him having a lot of work done. But I always assure him it’s not a big deal. Every nurse at this clinic is very patient with him even on his bad days. They always have conversations with him no matter what crazy stories he’s telling them. He leaves with a smile on his face, with the nurses telling me all the crazy stories he’s told them. I’m sure once he leaves they have some great stories to tell from him.

Another great visit at KCD for our family. The entire staff is so kind and professional, and even during this time of added stress, they take the extra steps to make us feel safe and valued. We appreciate them all so much!
