Wasnt really impressed with the staff. I made appointments for my kids was told they would see them all at the same time. Receptionist made 3 appointments back to back instead and even though they had cancelations they made my other kids sit out front in the front office. So I got to watch staff talk, joke, Giggle and play on their phones instead of helping out any customers for an hour. They couldnt even be bothered to turn a TV on for my kids. I came out with my first son and my other 2 kids were asleep on the chairs in the front office. Worst experience ever with a dentist office.

Dr. Emily and Yulia are awesome. They are so sweet and have an amazing way of putting me at ease while they are working. Ive never before looked forward to going to the dentist until I started seeing Dr. Emily and Yulia. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I saw Dr. Friddle after I fell and knocked my front teeth out. He replaced them with the most beautiful crowns. They are perfect. While I had always been blessed with a pretty smile, since I have gotten the new front crowns, I get compliments on my beautiful smile all of the time. Thank you, Dr. Friddle.

They talk to you like a person. They inform you of what they’re doing, when, and why. They don’t hold personal conversations above you while they work. I’ve been coming here for about ten years, and I’m so glad Dr. Emily and Yuliya are here now!

The staff was really friendly and caring! They were willing to answer every question and addressed all of my concerns with kindness!

I would not recommend this office. My wife went there several years. They kept replacing the same two crowns after they broke. I finally questioned the strength of their materials, and told them we were not willing to pay for the same two crowns to be replaced repeatedly. They replied by saying the crowns were good but my wife clinched her teeth.Not one time prior to me questioning the previous procedures did they mention her clinching her teeth. When they placed the previous crowns, they never suggested she get a mouth guard to prevent clinching and save thousands on crowns in the future. Never suggested she get metal or a stronger material crown that wouldnt break so easy. Instead they just let them breaking and presented us with a bill to replace them each time. Who can afford that?
