Good things come to an end. I like Dr Matthew and he was a great chiropractor.Now it took not just a month to get in but the receptionist was rude and thoroughly disinterested in providing proper customer service and compassion. I dont remember his name but he needs to find a job away from the public.I wouldnt have minded waiting a month for Dr Matthew if it werent for this guy. They just lost a client and Im bad Ill not the only one due to him.Shame on you.

I was assigned Dr. Matthew by the VA outpatient for acupuncture treatment. Im 100% disabled veteran dealing with daily pain. I usually get treated with respect and compassion from my pain management team. NOT THESE PEOPLE!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! His staff was VERY VERY rude!!! When I finally had enough and walked out of the office, the staff called me to pick a fight! She said Good for you like a mean teenager! They care more about office procedures and paperwork than getting you out of pain! I was asked to fill out the same new patient paperwork 3 times in 3 months! In that time i only received 3 treatments! My appointments where scheduled too far apart too be beneficial. Some as far as 5 weeks apart. I brought these concerns up directly to the doctor himself, but he was very dismissive. I cant believe these people are acting like this and this business is still standing!!!!

My first visit to a chiropractor and Dr. Matthews totally impressed me. He is outstanding in his field, and very knowledgeable in the problems of the body. After seeing him the majority of my pain has gone away. He has helped me with pain where MDs have tried and failed. I highly recommend Dr. Matthews.

Dr Matthews does a great job. Very empathetic to my pain and helped it quite a bit after several visits.
