Erica was the stylist. She was rude, mean, and hateful. If we would have known that she has going to treat us so poorly we would have gone any where else, cutting my own hair would have been better. Rolled her eyes at everything said. Commented on the thinning hair. Was Down Right rude about it. Said she couldnt do anything. Embarrassing.Acted like she had no desire to work do a good job. Poor poor poor service. If you value your hair go anywhere else.

After having issues with the Regis and Mastercuts in the mall, I visited JcPenneys salon. I was in from out-of-town for a wedding and desperate to find a stylist who could get me in for a last minute, fairly simple, formal hairstyle that included volume on top, a simple braid, and curls in the back. After telling them my woes, the two ladies at the front couldnt believe the other stylists in the mall claimed they couldnt pull off the simple style. They worked me in immediately. Erica did my hair and styled it beautifully! It was better than the photo I provided. She was so personable and friendly, and engaged my husband and I in lots of fun coversation. I would absolutely recommend her!!! One of the other stylists (blonde hair w/ blue tips and glasses) even gave me a tiny can of hair spray on my way out on the house to keep my hair intact for the duration of the evening. The ladies here were so friendly and really went above and beyond to take care of me and help me get prepared for a big night. I would recommend them to anyone!
