If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago as a Christmas present for my wife. A day at the spa. She gets there and wrap not prepared and then tub is broken down. NOTHING WAS READY. My Christmas present to wife was a total disaster. I would highly recommend that you spend your money elsewhere.

The only place I trust with my hair or eyebrows. Also the best nail place. They’re very experienced and super sweet in addition to being bluntly honest so they won’t let you look bad!! Love them so much.

Horrible customer service via phone. Called the spa to inquiry about the number of employees available as well as prices on a few services for a bridal party of five. The spa day is more than two months from the time I called so it would give the spa staff plenty of time to make arrangements. I was told by the man who answered the phone, No, honey, you dont want that. Itll be six hours for the As Tea Party. I understand how a spa is operated. I also understand these services take time, especially since the time frame is listed on the website. The point of going to the spa was to enjoy a full day with the bridal party! The man never answered my questions. He was not helpful. He then went on to say, Im a guy. I dont handle these things. Ill have my wife call you. She sets up the spa. Helpful advice: Let your wife take the customer service calls for this business if you do not handle these situations.

Mr. Johns Salon accommodated my wedding party with only a couple of hours notice (it was an emergency), and did an excellent job on my makeup and my bridesmaids. We were all very pleased with the results and the service. They did airbrush and eyelashes. Props to our makeup artist Michelle!

I loved it. My mother and I went in to get massages and it was actually soothing and relaxing. One of the oy places that doesnt leave my muscles aching, and I was able to relax.

I have known Mr. John and his wife for a long time. They always have done EXCELLENT work and I haven ever been unhappy with anything theyve done for me. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Always top rated style,color but the customer service, kindness ALWAYS ALWAYS such a pleasure just to be around them. Merlyn and John are the sweetest people!!

Love this Salon! Merlyn was able to save my job since a prior salon destroyed my hair and instead of making it grey and blonde, dyed it purple. I cannot have unnatural colors, so she was the only one open on a weekend and worked me in at the last minute. She has my eternal gratitude for helping me out!
