Today, I went into get my hair cut after looking up their prices. Said $25 bucks for womens hair cut, shampoo, & blow dry on website & plus posted price sign when you walk in. I arrived at 4:30 pm sat down in chair to get cut around 5:00. At 6:09, I am done (extremely choppy, uneven cut) and I go to pay for my $25 hair cut, when I get to the register the lady said that will be $75.00, I said wait what? It says $25, she said Im sorry but its $50.00. I said the price changed again? She said I dont know, let me get my manager. Manager comes over says its $50.00.. I pointed to the sign & pulled up their website both say $25.. Keep in mind I only got a trim!!! (Not even 4 inches taken off)...The manager responded with it was because the length of your hair. I responded with that doesnt make any sense for a hair cut, (I understand for highlights or dye because the more hair you have the more product you have to use) but for a hair cut? I told her Im not paying $50.00 when the prices are clearly listed and it says $25.00, I will pay $25.00. She refused to take my money at this point and told me if I didnt pay the full $50.00 she would call Security and the Cops. I said CALL THEM!! She calls them and tells them Im refusing to pay for my services (lie).Well.. 2 hours later cop shows up, agrees the price listed for a cut is $25, makes me pay $25.00, and bans me from the Salon property & sends me on my way. .. After all this I decided, to read the reviews for this place and found out this is a common occurrence!!! DO NOT LET THEM STEAL FROM YOU LIKE THEY HAVE SUCCEEDED WITH OTHERS & TRIED TO WITH ME. I have photos to prove all this in case they try to take me to civil court (Manager threatened me with it)

I got my hair colored cut and style and received a wonderful experience they were very professional on time, and great price Kristy Did my work and I am very impressed with the color as well as the quality I will return time and time again this is now the place to go for all my hair needs

We set an appointment for 3:40. we arrived at 3:30 and were asked to leave because nobody could fit me in. we had set an appointment hours prior.

If busy they would prefer appointments but they have took me in as a walk in and they did great on what I need done and the stylist was very nice and professional.

My daughter went in for a highlight and a trim. She specifically told the person doing the job what she wanted. The lady quoted a price of $100 to do the color and cut she wanted. After the job was finished, my daughter went to pay the bill and was charged $212 for the service. When asked why the price was doubled from the quote, she was told that other products were needed and conditioners were used. My daughter was not asked if she wanted any of these extra additions to the service.This was a totally unprofessional thing to do to a young person or anyone for that matter. If you quote a price for a service and then need to use additional products, the customer should have the right to decline the extra that was not quoted for. My daughter is not from that area and was looking for a place she could go when she needed her hair done, and I can promise she will never recommend or set foot in this salon again. Absolutely unethical and unprofessional.

Charged me for a service they did not actually do. Block my last review! Theft is unprofessional! Leaving cruelty in someones hair is insane. Its past Halloween and their still tricking ppl. $115 in the hole. Only reason I wanted it done is because of the silver strands. Your giving the entire salon a bad reference when you lie and act hateful. If someone actually passed the message on I would have received a immediate response. No this review does not fix the problem and yes I have proof. You decrease my overall look as well as value.

Did a great job on both my daughters hair for back to school

Went on 3/29/19 at 12:20 pm. I’m pretty laid back and I understand that on most days it’s too busy to reasonably expect a haircut to be performed during your lunch break.But when I came in, there was no greeting. Both barbers were working with someone, but the signup sheet had no one else listed. I signed up believing I was next. I waited for 15 minutes until one stylist finished and then was surprised to find out someone else was ahead me.The stylists still didn’t say a word to me. After 40 minutes, I decided to leave. Spoiler: they didn’t say goodbye.What I’m saying is that I understand that they were busy. But I wasn’t told I had a wait. I wasn’t told how long. Pretty rude experience and I won’t be back.

I dont know where to start because Im so overwhelmed with joy because this Salon and the people working there and the owner did something that money cant pay. They made me and my mom in law, who hasnt had a haircut in 5 years, so happy and her hair looks absolutely stunning. All I can say is that this is probably the most amazing Salon ever and I highly recommend it. What these people did for us is unbelievable and so amazing. Thank you so much, you are the best!!

People are really nice friendly . had a decent Haircut here but when I got home wasnt really too thrilled. Noticed a choppy do but called the next day and got set up with Elizabeth ..to fix my do.. SHE WAS AWESOME. I AM SOOO PLEASED.....

I came here because theyre hours matched my work schedule. They did a great job on my mens haircut. I cant speak for women but I eas satisfied for the price and convenience.

I enjoy getting my hair cuts her on Sundays. Theyre only $10 per person. That price is for males only.

Decided I would make some life decisions at 9:00 at night, turns out that wasn’t a great idea. Kristy was quick to reply and got me in ASAP! My hair has been bleached previously and was already a little damaged but kristy was able to tone out unwanted colors and bring the orange to a beautiful ashy blonde, with out feeling like horse hair! Hair cut was on point and was out in a timely manner. This salon was amazing and the staff are super friendly. If you want a place that truly understands hair color this is the place.

The worst haircut I have ever gotten. I asked for a simple cut and thin. She did good on thinning my hair but the cut was horrible. One side is longer than the other and it’s so uneven. I will definitely not be going there ever again. Plus, I asked her to curl my hair and it wasn’t curled at all after she was done. All in all, if u want a good haircut don’t come here.

Hair was choppy, had them fix it 3 times. After every time she had to fix it, she got rougher and rougher and it seemed like she was just there to get it done fast and onto the next person. Worst experiance I have had so far and would not recommend it.

LIZ IS FANTASTIC..she listens and does what I want but she isnt afraid to share her expertise and opinions in a respectful way. She is so kind and patient with me. And Im super picky and obsessive about my hair.3rd. Tuesdays its 10 for men cuts. Sundays also!!!!!
