Funny story, but a shout-out​ to Vero Beach attorney Gerald T. Roden, who just successfully resolved a traffic infraction, involving accident, for one of my credit repair clients.Client came to see me about 8 weeks ago to fix their credit. Less than a mile from my office, they rear end a 2005 clunker with 550k miles on it. $14k in damage to their vehicle and a citation for following too close. No injuries, but several witnesses.Client hires Jerry and he treats the citation like its a federal case. Investigation, interviews, review of records, etc. Client even gets a three page missive the night before on how to dress for court...Jerry says Bill - this isnt Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Things are different in Vero Beach. Im like - its a fricking ticket - who cares?Client challenges the citation and prevails on the merits.
