I cannot express enough how wonderful preferred private care staff has been since we started up with them. We have used so many other companies for my mom who has Alzheimer’s and needs special care. NO OTHER company can compare to Preferred private care. None of the other companies were able to find a good match for my mom. Some of the other companies were so rude and just didn’t care. Preferred private care staff have been so helpful, kind and professional. The companion we currently have Diana is such a perfect match for my mom.. really the whole family we all love her so much. Diana goes above and beyond to make sure my mom is happy and taken care of and I am truly thankful for that. I am so grateful for everyone with Preferred private care who work so hard to make sure everything is going well for us. I love the fact that every couple of days someone with preferred private care reach out to see how things are going and if we need anything to let them know. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I have used both intermittent (4 hours a week) and 24 hour live-in services. All caregivers are prompt, caring, and professional. Administrative staff provides personal attention — including follow-up calls to make sure service is good and that we like the caregiver. Importantly, they provide immediate attention to requests for service. Couldn’t be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Hi, I have hired Preferred Private Care to help me take care of my husband with significant dementia. They show up on time, send very kind aides, help me with light house work as needed and best of all, treat my husband with kindness and respect. The management staff is always available and try very hard to supply aides to us on an irregular schedule. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help.

Preferred Private Care has done an outstanding job of caregiver placement with my father. My father is reaching 90 years old, and like many people in the senior population, has gone through many challenges in life. That being said, it can be difficult at times to get the right caregiver fit. Especially with the physical mental, and emotional changes that present themselves. Preferred Private Care has gone above and beyond to make the situation a positive one for my father. It can be a very difficult adjustment for both client and caregiver, but they are the first agency that I’ve had the pleasure of working with that will adjust and persevere in times of issue. It is difficult to be in another state when your parents require daily care especially so during the Covid crisis. Preferred Private Care never wavered in their commitment. The caregivers are exceptionally patient and kind. The office personnel are understanding and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company.

I have used Preferred Private care on and off for my parents and theyre the greatest asset in care giving. As a caregiver myself, it was hard to transfer over the care to someone else who was a stranger for me, but they made the process very doable and brought a level of compassion that was amazing. The staff & management at Preferred Private Care seem to genuinely care about the residents and the relatives. The nursing & area management staff are quite competent & friendly. The management has a good understanding of each of the members of their staff & keep the ship on course. My grandpa was quite happy when we are out of the town for family holiday.
