My visit today was for a dental cleaning Dee was the Hygienist. She is exceptional & the very best at what she does. Her experience & detail clearly was demonstrated throughout the process. I highly recommend Dee & look forward to my next visit.

I met the staff and they were all prepared and had the latest technical equipment. They quickly diagnosed my dental requirements and approved me for treatment and financing for Invisalign bite correction. I cant wait for my next appointement, never thought i would like going to the dentists office, its been 20 years.

From the very first I was happily impressed with the entire Shapiro Family Dentistry team. I have had lots of work done in the past several months such as simple fillings, a crown, a pulpotomy and a root canal. I am also using the Invisalign - Clear Aligner System, which is a far better choice for older adults like myself.Dr. Novak was very responsive to my various needs, especially when I was going through the pain of a tooth infection. Everyone was quick to get me in to resolve the problem with a minimum of fuss. The office team is wonderful to work with (thank you Shaq!) and communicates quite well. Dr. Hartman, who did my root canal, made me feel comfortable and checked in on me often. It was totally pain free.Going to the dentist is not always easy, but the Fort Pierce Shapiro Family Dentistry Team definitely makes it a more pleasant and less stressful experience. They sent me a text welcoming me. They text you prior to and the day of your appointment. I had a deep cleaning done and the office took the time to call me the next day to see how I was feeling. I so appreciate that they practice customer service with excellence.

Shapiro Family Dentist office in fort Pierce Florida is one of the best Dentist office I being to. All the staffs are very perfessional and really care about people. I had a pain with one of my teeth and I just went to the office without an appointment and they saw me within 20 minutes. I really must say if you are looking for a great dentist that care, please go there you will be happy.

They took my son in as an emergency because my son had a bad experience at previous dental office which told me my son was to hard to handle and referred me to a specialist who would sedate my son to do his 4 cavities... Long story short they did amazing with my son they were able to take proper x-rays of my sons mouth and also was able to do his 1 cavity without sedating him.

If you need to have a root canal that you absolutely need to come here and have Dr. Hartman do that for you. He and his coworker Liz are absolutely terrific kind patient and talented!

Drove from Vero Beach to here for an 11am appt just to get X-rays then be told the dr was busy and to come back around 3. Also tried to charge me for services I didnt need. Ended up walking out disappointed!

They called as soon as they reopened after Covid. They got me in and took great care of me. I went in to fix one tooth and they went ahead and did all three. It was so appreciated and they were wonderful. This dentist was awesome. Very satisfied. Always have been!

Finally a dentist office I feel comfortable at. I have such a phobia of going to the dentist but the Dr and Staff made it tolerable and a great experience. I won’t be putting off my next visit! Thank you again for putting my worries of going to the dentist behind me.

My husband is a retired NYC Fire Officer and we head a dental plan in NY. Now we are living here and our dental plan gave us a few options where to go. I read the reviews on Google and decided to try your office. I called the office and asked what we needed to do. I spoke to Yami who was awesome in explaining every step of the process. Last week we came to our first appointment. We were totally impressed with the office, the staff and the dentist. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable; we are glad we chose Shapiro of Ft. Pierce.

Very lucky to come across this office and the very cool and talented Dr. Novak. Originally sent by another dentist for a likely root canal turned out to be a very minor issue with root canal symptoms. Thrilled to be getting better day by day without surgery. Great office and staff!

My hygienist was pleasant but not consistent. She didnt have a system as she attended to each tooth, she kept jumping from side to side and front to back in my mouth and shud tend to each tooth in succession from one end to the other to the other and either the front side or the back side all together in a row. This leaves room for error and skipping a tooth which needs attention. She had no system.

Shapiro Family Dentistry has been by far most a great dental office. I’ve lost count on visits to different dental offices. Shapiro Family treats you like family and that I love. They are very detailed in the work that they do. I had lose cement in my bridge and the hygienist was determined to get every bit out and did.I always wanted to have my teeth straighten. After seeing images on there system which impressed me, of what my teeth looks like now and how they would look after using the invisalign, I went for it. Thanks to Shapiro I look forward to having an awesome smile.

Yall were very informative when I called to see about getting ,my procedure done and when I came in there yall did exactly what I wanted done and what you told me you were going to do. My day started 6am to get my elderly mother who is in wheel chair and has dementia to appt. Okeechobee to Ft. Pierce. Appt time 9am at 10:25 told hes running late.be 25 min the 10 50 he about 25 min then again..mom is already in chair and I had already paid. Noon told he will need to reschedule wow dont think so...no way to run a business

First I would like to say Thank you SOO much for getting me out of pain!, Then a big THANK YOU to the Managers/Staffs, who helped me with understanding my insurance and my CoPays. The Office was so clean and COVID-19/CDC Compliance. I am always so nervous in the Chair, But they made me feel at ease. *PATIENTS BEWARE* I retract my previous rating of 5 stars to negative 100 stars! This POS dental office is currently trying to charge my credit card $1000.00 for a $93.00 office visit covered by my dental insurance however they will not submit the claim to my insurance. The visit was in 10/2019 and my husband and I have been going back and forth with false promises from their POS office manager that she will file the claim...to date, no claim filed. My next steps: reaching out to the Federal Trade Commission, consumer protection agency and the state attorney general. I have nothing but time! Also, in order to post this, I had to click on a star and 1 star is still far too good for this backstabbing office.

I have been dealing with a bad tooth for about 6 months when I called Shapiro it was right before the hurricane was supposed to hit mrs. Shapiro was so kind and so sweet and nice and when I went in they knew exactly who I was. They were so kind they try to help me with my financing and because I didnt get approved they also helped with a really good discounted price I cant wait to be able to go in and have this family-owned business help me with my teeth.

Only go there if you want implants. Made me go there twice to tell me they will find out how much my inplants would cost and if I didnt want implants to keep what I have. Then they told me they would call me to let me know how much it would cost. What a waste of my time.

I waited 40 minutes in the lobby after my appointment time. I paid $81 for xrays when I’ve never had to pay before. They have a robotic full mouth xray thing that the dentist doesn’t even look at. I later had to do traditional bite wings xrays. For some reason the receptionist was pushing me to write a five star google review despite their poor service.

From the initial point of entry, Roberth, Yami, Dr. Stepen Novak, Jamie and Ann were simply wonderful. Excellent customer service with the highest quality of professionalism. Please stop in to see them should you require any dental assistance in the future!

Great staff they explained all procedures and are flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments.

Scammers just like all the dental chains in Florida. Told me I had periodontal disease (which I dont) and refused to do a general cleaning (which is covered by medicare). Also wanted me to pay $25 to get back x-rays I sent to them! Beware!

Not recommended. I visited the Fort Pierce location last week, I specifically asked if there was a charge for the initial consultation, the lady said no, when I got the paper work and bill, I noticed they billed my dental insurance for $114, I am paying for my dental insurance, they should have been clear and BE UPFRONT about it. The equipment was not working properly and the staff seemed to be inexperienced. PS: The owner of the other location mentioned that I wrote the review on the wrong place, so here it is again - #NotHappySmiles to me.
