Excellent customer service! Dr. Springer and staff we very professional and genuinely cared about my health.

Had a horrible experience with a hip replacement. Had to always deal with a different Doctor than the surgeon that did the work. Each doctor had a different opinion of treatment and it always conflicted with each other. It is impossible to get these people on the phone. I constantly had issues with prescriptions. They never return calls and left me several times over weekends to fend for myself for treatment and pain from surgery. Would never recommend to anyone.

My appointment was set for 1:30 I arrived at 1:05 was checked in. X-ray at 1:15 and then seen by 1:25. Excellent conversation with PA. We decided on further treatment to include MRI, given exercises to do. Out by 1:45. Had a great experience with everyone involved, Could not be more pleased with everyones professionalism and courtesy.

Dr. Springer was very professional & explained my problem to my understanding. I would highly recommend him.

From a new patient perspective it was a bit disorganized. Had to fill out lots of paperwork when they had all the information on their computer already. Springer was pretty full of himself, but many are, nothing out of the ordinary. Was very put off by Doctor not wearing a mask even when doing an injection. Hand sanitizer should have been more accessible especially in the exam room- they had soap but not basic hand sanitizer. Still 4 out of 5 is not bad.

Dr. Springer is a good Orthopedic MD. He has explained to me in terms which I understand fully. He will also be doing a scope of my found issue, I have complete confidence that his line of treatment will be successful

I have seen many ugly knee surgery scars. My husband Dennis has healed quickly, had no complications and when his hair grows back in you will barely see the scar. He is back to playing tennis after 8 weeks!

I had a total hip replacement on 1/7/2020. After six weeks I am very satisfied with the results. In my case I retained fluid after surgery which caused swelling of the affected leg and foot. Not all patients experience this condition but in my case diuretics soon helped return my leg to normal size. There is still some minor discomfort with the ankle and foot but is slowly returning to normal size. The home physical therapy by Doctors Choice was excellent. I am able to walk without a cane and drive without any problem.Dr. Springer did an outstanding surgical procedure by restoring my hip back to a normal functioning joint pain free.. He an his staff have made this experience as pleasant as possible considering that it is major surgery.

Personally, I ignored the previous ratings online about wait time in the office. That is because if he gets behind it has to be for a good reason such as today he was late getting out of surgery. Good for him!!! Take care of your surgery patients first! I found him to be VERY straight forward, honest and to the point. Just the kind of specialist I want. As a patient, I dont want things glossed over or sugar coated. Tell me the facts and lets decide what to do. We did that and came up with a plan. Thank you!

I recently had Dr Springer and his P.A., Valerie,perform a total right hip replacement. First, I want to qualify that I am a registered nurse in Collier County and, yet, chose to come to Lee County for my hip to be replaced by Dr. Springer and at Lee Memorial Hospital on 41 in Ft Myers. I share with you that the procedure was perfect and my incision and healing was as excellent. Orthopedic care was superb at Lee Memorial, as well as, a 13 day rehab stay at Life Care of Estero. I was so satisfied that I have scheduled for my left hip to be replaced in early February 2020!

Very few times have I come across people that make a profound difference in my life. But Dr. Springer is on the top of my list. His surgical abilities have improved my quality of life, for the rest of my life, more than I could have imagined. Thank you so much.

From the scheduling to my appointment, everything was a well oiled machine. The people at the front desk checking in were extremely welcoming. The facility is clean and welcoming. The tech doing my x-rays communicated expectations and direction very clearly. Every single person I came into contact with was kind and professional. And last but not least, Dr. Springer was succinct and knowledgeable in walking me through my current situation and potential needs moving forward. They have since followed up as they said they would and have set clear expectations on what to expect when I go in for my MRI. In an age where customer service is lagging, its refreshing to have had this experience...at a doctors office no less.

Dr. Springer is candid when explaining procedures and possible outcomes. Results are what matters and I could not be more pleased with the results I my hip replacement. I was back cycling 15 miles within 10 days of surgery. Six weeks now with no pain or restrictions.

I had a long 1 1/2 hour wait. However, it worked out very well as Dr. Springer was very pleasant and cordial in my cortisone procedure. Also, his PA, Valerie, was too. He is a great surgeon who clearly loves his profession and had superb bedside manner. I was warned that this would be the most painful surgery ever and a hard recovery. My wife had two knee surgeries in the past in Maryland. She cant believe that i didnt have pain after opioid drugs and that Im suffering and can bend my knee. Two months out now. No change. I had more pain out of a tooth extraction. Awesome surgeon.

Dr. Springer is very personable and professional. Unlike other Orthopedic specialists he does not advocate surgery until it is absolutely necessary. First visit in a LONG TIME. Staff was great, wait time minimal (they asked me to come early to update paperwork). Called me back right on time. X-ray Techs, PA and Dr. Springer were all friendly and answered all my questions.

My experience at Orthopedic Specilaists was a very positive one. I felt that Dr Springer cared about me and would do his best to improve my knee problem. By far the best experience ever. I am so terrified of needles. He handled me with care every visit. I have never experienced a shot that didnt hurt until I met Dr. Springer. He even makes sure I never see the actual needle. Staff always pleasant. And most of all I dont have to wait hours in the waiting room to be seen!

Dr. Springer helped my husband two years ago when he suffered from bursitis so when I had trouble with my knee he was the first person to call. My appointment was on time and I was surprised by the efficient manner the office was run. I was X-Rayed, interviewed by a nurse and then a PA about my knee problem. The doctor came in last and told me what he recommended for treatment. I was very impressed by the staff and the whole process from beginning through to the payment.

The staff is friendly and very polite. The only issue I have is it took an hour past my appointment time to be seen.

My husband Dennis has had surgery not once but twice with Dr .Springer and his incredible staff. Hands down great experiences both times. Staff is bright and engaged, communicate well, surgery center care is excellent. The quality of the anesthesia staff in controlling post operative pain allowed us to come home from a total hip replacement and have pain control!! Undivided attention from both Dr. Springer and his PA and their expertise is just unbelievable. Dont get me wrong this office is really busy, you can see it but you do NOT feel it. As a medical professional I have the utmost respect for Dr. Springer, and his team, they are second to NONE!! Dont look any further, this is the place to be taken care of.

I visited Dr. Springer for increasing knee pain. Interacted with a number of individuals during my visit from reception to x-ray to Dr.s assistant and, of course, the doctor himself. All were professional, knowledgeable and, as a bonus, friendly. I received a cortisone injection in my right knee and am happy to report that the pain is almost completely gone today.
