Although my husband was only in the facility for 3 days the staff treated us like family. Kathy, Rafael, Marie and Patti were true angels. They comforted not just my husband but me and they were with me every painful step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They will always be my Angels.

Although my dad was at this facility for less than 48 hours, it felt as if the staff were old friends of ours. Natalia and Raphael are true angels of mercy. They knew when to provide comfort and when to stay away, without the need for words. It was my dads desire to have a soft landing and this facility and its staff helped to make that a reality. I can not thank them enough for providing the dignity and peace we were searching for.

The nurses here are absolutely amazing. They truly care about making people as comfortable as possible and go above and beyond to help their patients as well as family members. Our doctor was also one of the most caring and concerned people I have ever met, and I am so glad she was the one to help us during this tough time.Unfortunately the cafeteria staff at this location are quite crass. They display no customer service skills whatsoever. It is very sad that such a nice facility has cafeteria staff that does not seem to realize or care that the people they are helping are going through a hard time.

Our Mother was admitted to Hope on Aug 20, 2018, after time spent in the hospital for medical problems related to her later stages of dementia. She was at Hope until Aug 28, 2018 and then transferred to ManorCare Nursing Facility in Ft Myers and then passed away there on Sept 25, 2018.Her care at Hope Hospice Healthpark and her continued Hope Hospice Team care she continued to receive while at HCR ManorCare was unbelievable. Our Mothers care with Hope Hospice Team was exceptional, 5 Star Rated and above.
