I am from out of state and they were amazing!!! Very welcoming and clean!! Definitely my go to nail salon when I am in Ft Myers!!! Cristina did an phenomenal job on my dip nails. Hands down would recommend her👏 🙌 😁

TL,DR: Ultimately I Would recommend the nail shop across the shopping center for better service and if they are too busy they will let you know rather than sit you with someone that will try to rush you through.I arrived at the shop at 5:45pm and let Them know I needed a fill in. The front desk person said no problem, guided me to one of the tech’s stations then to the wall where I was viewing the colors to choose mine. The tech that would be doing my nails came Over to me at the wall and proceeded to hand me the color ring and say “come on take this because it’s already late”. At this point I should’ve left but against my better judgement I remained.As the tech started doing my nails she was doing the refill prep (removing polish and Buffing the nail) she was doing so in a hurried manner which was apparent because she had the power level too high and kept Rubbing too hard me with the buffing device. I had to ask her several times to turn it down and she appeared to take issue with that.When I asked about shortening the nails the reply was “I can’t do that it will take me even longer, like 15 more minutes”…again making it apparent she was trying to rush through the process.I needed two tips replaced. After removing the nail base, the tech attempted to begin placing the new tip on without filing or clipping my nail. I stopped her and had to ask Her to file the nail. Again she seemingly took issue with this. The new tips were placed, when She went to clip the new tips to match the length of my current nails, she clipped the tip of the nail used for length comparison without so much as an acknowledgment. After clipping the nail to length, she the determines more cutting was necessary and proceeded to cut the nails super haphazardly with a large pair of scissors to which I had to say be careful of my finger.After cutting, on to shaping - as she started to shape the new tips to match the shape (stiletto but were in need of sharpening), I informed her I wanted the nails stiletto and pointy and my current nails would need sharpening. Despite me saying that she was shaping the new tips rounded and I repeated twice they should be pointy. Upon saying the tips should be stiletto a third time, she abruptly stopped, threw down her equipment and stated the person at the end of the row would finish my nails. Then proceeded to disparage me to her co workers in a language they assumed I wasn’t fluent in.Finally after a 20 minute wait I was sat with another tech who ultimately finished my nails and did a nice job though she was visibly frustrated and profusely apologizing for the first person who didn’t want to do do my nails because she “couldn’t handle long nails”.At 6:45pm I was asked to cash out, so the front desk person could “go home”, then I was then Inexplicably charged for a full set and Not a fill in.As I wrapped up this unfortunate endeavor the Manager and front desk person had the audacity to keep asking me to please come back.Customer service wise I was very displeased with my experience here, the tech that finished my nails did a good job but I don’t appreciate feeling or being rushed during my service and transactions.

The salon was clean, but the massage for the pedicure was terrible. Maybe 5 minutes for both feet and it was like I was bothering her to have to give the pedicure. It was rushed and the nail tech kept leave my pedicure to go correct the receptionist (who knew what she was doing). I will not be returning.

Everyone there is always so welcoming and I can always count on Julie to take the pictures that I bring her and do my nails justice. I’ve tried other places but always come back to them and now I’m not going anywhere. Julie prides herself one what she does and has fun while she’s doing it which makes it 10x better. Their prices are fair and their work is amazing.

I have not been there since before pandemic. I have tried others and they don’t come close to the professionalism and cleanliness of Fantasia. I will be going back! You know the saying try the rest but come to the best!!

The staff is friendly, professional and educated.I was looking for a nail salon while visiting Ft. Myers, so of course I turned to Google. Fantasia Nail Lounge was close and easy to get to. I tried calling but there was no answer, so I decided to walk in. I was greeted right away by a very kind receptionist MJ, who apologetically told me that they were very busy and immediately began to look for anyone who would be able to get me in within a few minutes. Im sorry. Would you be able to come back at 2:30? Customer Service! Of course Ill come back. I arrived at 2:22 and they were ready for me. MJ walked me over to my nail techs station, there were at least 12 stations, half of them staffed with ladies being pampered. Nina helped me today and was not only friendly, but gave me a quick lesson on the importance of natural nail health. Customer Service! I also began to chat with the ladies around me to see how they felt about the salon. One saucy lady with a shimmering tangerine manicure said that she loved this salon. I came from a different place, my daughter first brought me here. ...Ive been coming six months. They are great! Another woman to my left had a radiant pink and white manicure that looked so natural. I complemented her and she said that it was dipped. Nina probably saw the confusion on my face, because without skipping a beat she told me that it was a strengthening process that includes vitamins to promote natural nail growth. NeGen was the brand, and I will be trying that next ;o)Overall, the staff made me feel welcomed even though my manicure was long over due. I was in and out in 37 minutes. Fantasia Nail Lounge was worth the wait.

I’ve been a customer of Fantasia for 9 years. The owners Yuong and Julie treat their customers with respect and professionalism. Even before Covid, they took measures to keep their salon clean and updated.

Ive been to a few salons in the Fort Myers area and havent really found my place... I recently got acrylics and one broke so I decided to try Fantasia Nail salon to fix my nails up and Hailey did just that!! I got dip since my nails were fragile and she did amazing and was so sweet! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! But make an appointment I was lucky they had an opening..

TERRIBLE service. I ordered the hot stone pedi and when I went to pay they charged me $17 more. I asked why and was told because they gave me the paraffin wax. Well, I didn’t ask for that. I chose not to argue with her (Julie), but vow to tell everyone about my experience and will never ever return.

My mom had her nails done here and 2 weeks later she has the worst case of fungus ive ever seen. (Having laser therapy to try and kill it) This place is disgusting. I went once and they were very unprofessional and made you feel like they wanted you in and out as fast as possible so I never went back.

Not a good experience for my wife. We were told, as walk-ins, there was a large group coming in and we couldnt have anything but the basic package (which I totally understand). The large group were 4 people. Any how, as a result of this large group, my wife didnt even receive the basic pedicure package. The pedicure was over in 10 minutes and not even all the items that come standard in their basic package were used/performed. Thankfully, we are only visiting. If we were residents, we would have to find somewhere else to go.

Its no wonder Fantasia Nails is always busy. Not only are the nail techs ALL good but the owners are awesome as well! Very accommodating and professional, always friendly and ny nails never look nothing short of beautiful ❤

I totally lucked out with this place when I moved to Fort Myers! I made an appointment for a pink and white fill, and asked if there was someone who specialized in that. My first appointment with Lee was great! She is very thorough and detail oriented and does a GREAT job! I never have bubbles or ragged edges, my nails last forever, dont break, and always look awesome.The salon is clean, cozy, I love that there is no TV blaring obnoxious shows. Its right between a Starbucks and a Menchies, and close to great shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly, its a lively and relaxing atmosphere. Prices are good and I never walk out feeling disappointed.Highly Recommended by a loyal regular!

Love this salon! Every year we visit family in Florida and Fantasia has become part of the tradition. Its always clean, friendly, professional, and the mani or pedi lasts and lasts. Theres a little frozen yogurt on one side, Starbucks on the other, and its in the middle of shopping all around.

I went here Valentine’s Day to get my acrylic nails done and a week later they all started falling off or breaking my nail in half making taking off my acrylics painful. The lady who did my nails her name started with a T (tiara, teyanna, Tatiana) I don’t remember her name. She rushed through my whole set just because she wanted to go home. And she complained the whole time about how I’m her last client and they better not send anyone else to her. And also I had an appointment at 4:30pm but I didn’t get my nails started until a hour later and they kept letting people Who didn’t have appts go before me.Worst service I ever experienced will NEVER RETURN TO THIS NAIL SALON.

Polite, fast service, but they dont take much care in keeping things sanitary. Nails are dipped directly into the Nextgen powder jar, no tub liners used... my nails look good, but beware.

Overall pretty ok. I was a walk in for a mani pedi. Pedicure went fine. Said I wanted to get acrylic nails but apperentally only 2 people out of the 8-10 nail tech there new how to do them so i had to opt for gel. Went fine until i looked at my nails this morning and the gels already peeled off on my one nail. All i did was scratch my arm :( Make an appointment if you want anything besides a normal mani pedi

Poor workmanship. Gel Pedi-Mani chipped on 2 nails after 3 days. Called and scheduled appt. for fix. Receptionist very courteous. Technician who repairs was very nasty and rude. She wasn’t the original technician, but ranted about not making any money on repairs.... Low class. Saved me $10 tip. Next.

Rude, rude, rude!! I walked in 50 minutes before closing time and two of the employees stared at me for a while, like I had two heads and then finally asked if they could help me. I told them I wanted a manicure and pedicure, while one of the employees asked another lady in the back if she had time to do it. She said, sorry we wont have time tonight, youll have to make an appointment. Mind you, this is 50 minutes before closing time. I said, no thanks and walked out. Surely, if they can turn away business almost an hour before closing, they dont need mine. Would NEVER go back to this place nor would I refer anyone.

I have been going to Fantasia for almost a year now and I can only say positive things. The place is always clean, everyone is really nice and they take the time to treat their clients the right way. Theyre usually very busy which I think speaks volumes in itself. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a really bad experience with the salon today. First, they had a problem with taking my nail polish off since they didn’t give my appointment enough time for that. Then I discovered that I contracted NAIL FUNGUS with them during the last visit. Please be aware of sanitary conditions there ! Can I add that the nail tech was very unpleasant stressing that the next client is waiting for her and totally ignored my fungal infection. Overall, what a PRODUCTION LINE as you have probably noticed with LOW SANITARY conditions as I discovered today. I’m not coming there anymore. Totally disappointed ☹️

I went into fantasia having acrylic’s on and wanted to get a full set. Jessica, took off my nails and then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t do a full set, she could only do powder. To do this she was going to charge me 50 dollars. I then told her i wasn’t interested and she went to the manager. The manager took sides with me and told her just to do the job. Jessica then refused and i was forced to walk out, with no nails. I don’t think it was professional or the correct way of doing business. I will not be back.

Very poor job at a manicure and pedicure. My advice is to pay the extra $$ and go to a proper spa. Polish lines are crooked and my manicure looks like it’s already a week old.

Didnt ask me what shape I wanted my nails. I told her that I hated square and thats what I got. At least I got a hand massage and cream on forearms...my friend beside me didnt get this service which is usually part of any manicure I have ever had. Wont go back.

I try to get a pedi twice a month. Always very relaxing with the awesome service and the massage chairs help with the stress of the week. I personally like how well kept and clean the facility.
