Although I have only had 5 treatments, I am feeling better-hardly any pain! I went there for the diet, but ended up finding the top notch chiropractic care...the entire office staff is wonderful...everyone is friendly, professional, and caring! I highly recommend going and getting evaluated by Dr. Hoch...I am so grateful for the treatments I am getting...and the diet is working too! 😊

Doctor Hoch and her team are fantastic. Everyone is welcoming and super friendly. It’s a warm happy environment. Initially I went for back pain. On a scale it was a 9. I met with Doctor Hoch and she put me on a plan and within 3 weeks, my pain has been reduced to a 1-2 and that’s only because I garden. After being totally laid up and not able to move after several long days at work, I had no choice but to see a chiropractor...again. I knew that one adjustment would bring huge relief because Id been through this several times over the last few years. My experiences in the past had not been great, however, and therefore, I never continued with the adjustments with any one chiropractor. I just received the bare minimum to get the instant and much needed relief. Heck, I didnt have time for that...too much work to get done!Dr. Hoch is the first chiropractor Ive been to, after trying at least a handful over the last 15 years, who took into account my whole well being. She studied x-rays of my neck, and then thoroughly reviewed them with me, showing me exactly why I was having these bouts of pain that were becoming more and more debilitating and occurring more and more frequently. For the first time, a chiropractor spent time educating me about what had developed over the course of MY life with regards to MY entire spine. By showing me how everything is linked (muscles, nerves, bones, etc), she could understand why I was in such pain...she showed empathy during those first few visits, knowing I had also developed a slight fear of adjustments to my neck due to the excruciating pain and past experiences with chiropractors. Also by putting together a plan of action for correcting the problems, I understood how important it is to continue getting adjustments. My spine didnt become this messed up overnight, therefore, its going to take some time to get it back to where it needs to be. Im very lucky that I found Dr. Hoch when I did, before many of the issues became more permanent!

Went for a first appointment but discovered masks were not used by anyone so I walked out before anyone examined or adjusted me. Now I discover they charged me $100 for the appointment. What a dishonest way to run a practice.

The experience at Fort Myers Chiropractic Studio is amazing. The office is clean, neat and modern; taking things to a new level. Dr. Hoch is a skilled chiropractor, acupuncturist and more. For the skeptics, acupuncture has solved an issue that I had previously that medication had not. It also doesnt hurt like some may think. I am a 16 year old boy who initially came in to Dr. Hochs Chiropractic Studio with pain in my lower back that occurred when I ran and transitioned from sitting to standing and vice versa. It was so bad that I, literally, could not run, and considering I had basketball games in a few weeks, I knew I needed help. Upon my arrival to the studio, Dr. Hoch examined my back and its x-rays. Come to find out, I had more problems all over my back and neck that, in the end, was causing the pain. The first couple weeks consisted of electronic therapy (I dont know the name - something with electric volts on my back) as well as adjustments. She also corrected my stretching routine to ensure pain wont be involved in the future. Dr. Hoch also made sure to tell me that I needed to rest for a couple of weeks despite my coachs subtle disproval. In fact, I didnt listen to her, and tried to come back after one week. Ended up that the professional herself was right. Who wouldve known? Anyway, with the help of Dr. Hoch and her team, the pain stopped just in time for the games, and ever since, I have never struggled with pain or discomfort, and my back and neck remain beautifully aligned!

I was struggling with terrible lower back pain and was about to leave for a trip. Dr. Hoch saw me in a pinch and her adjustments plus electrical stimulation and laser treatments left me in great condition for my trip. My husband and I have been to 4 or 5 chiropractors at home, but none of them healed us or treated us like Dr Hoch and her staff. She is extremely knowledgeable and her treatments are very effective. I walked into Dr Hochs office with extreme shoulder pain which was diagnosed as a shoulder sprain by Convenient care even though I explained to them that my thumb and index finger were numb and I got sharp pains shooting through my shoulder if I bent my neck down. Even after just the first visit I was already noticing a reduction in my shoulder pain. Over the following treatments, the shoulder pain was minimal and only periodic and as I continue treatment I am confident all of my shoulder, neck and back pain will be resolved. She and her staff are extremely knowledgeable explain the mechanics of their processes as they go so I understand everything. I strongly recommend Dr Hoch to anyone who is looking for back and neck pain.

On the recommendation of our clubs tennis/pickleball pro, I saw Dr. Hoch for some back issues that had flared up that was severely limiting my activities. After my first visit, I was back on the courts pain free. I went for a second adjustment and she gave me stretches and exercises (some of which she actually demonstrated!). Dr. Hoch was so thorough and excellent at finding the source of my neck pain. Once my entire back was adjusted the eletrostem theory was great at relaxing my back. I have used the help of chiropractors for 50 years to help deal with migraines, and intense back pain for scoliosis and now osteoporosis. Also I attend a yoga studio regularly to help keep me moving. The entire staff is professional and very knowledgeable. I have even learned more from Dr. Hocks monthly newsletter about what things we do that may trigger our back issues. Best Chiropractor I have ever been too. I initially saw Dr Hoch for chronic low back pain from an old injury and over the course of two weeks my low back pain was %100 gone. I returned to see her for other physical issues always with great success, her approach at finding the root cause and focusing the treatment on the cause versus just making the symptoms disappear are spot on, shes very thorough in explaining her findings. She has also helped me with some nutritional issues and I love her private label vitamins because they have no gluten, dairy, corn, eggs or sugars, her Pro-biotic is the most effective I have ever taken. She is more than just a back doctor, she has helped me become a healthier person overall with all of her advice and guidance. I see her regularly for wellness care and wouldnt know what to do without her or the care she provides.

Dr. Hoch, is not only the best Chiropractor in town (and I have tried a few) she listens to your problems, find out where the pain is coming from and fixes the issues in no time. Most of the Chiropractors I have been to, make a simple adjustment and tell you to come back in a few days to get it done again, Dr. Hoch takes the time to adjust you but this is only a small part of the process, she has a whole team on site able to help you getting rid of the pain and taking care of you. I have had lower back pain for about 5 years, but more recently I had developed sciatica at a 5 out of 10 pain level. Which is what prompted my visit to the doctor. After an MRI, he told me that I have bulging discs and sciatica. He wanted me to go for rehab at a pain center, but I could not get in to see them timely. I decided that I wanted to give chiropractic a try, so I did a google search and found FMCS. I am so glad that I did.I have had a great experience! Not only did they get me in to see Dr. Hoch right away, but I love her approach to health care! She took her time and did a very thorough exam. I felt like she really wanted to take care of me. The atmosphere in the office is so welcoming, relaxing and non-clinical. There are a lot of smiles and laughter in the office. Not only are the doctors assistants nice, they are very knowledgeable about all of the physio therapies; and they were great at explaining them in a way that I could understand.My treatment plan included EMS, US, cold laser, deep tissue massage and spinal adjustments. In my short time coming here I have had great results. My pain is almost gone! Most of the time I don’t even notice any pain at all. Dr Hoch is great. When she was in practice in Illinois, I was regularly adjusted for back & neck issues that were related to car accidents. Poor posture did not help.Christine not only adjusted me, but instructed me on at home exercises to help get my spinal muscles stronger. It was about actual healing. Dr. Hoch is the best Chiropractor ever!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hoch’s for years! My spine has been problematic since middle school. Primarily from carrying book bags and poor posture over the years. I see her bi-weekly for treatment to help reverse the issue. I’m 43 and the issues I have, took years to develop, so I know it’s going to take years to partially correct. Some damage can not be undone. However the adjustments do help with my pain and I don’t require drugs. I recently gained a lot of weight due to stress, hormone imbalance and unknown food allergies. I made a choice to try Dr. Hoch’s weight loss program. This is a 30 day program followed by 30 day maintenance period. I learned more than I thought I would through the process. Such as portion control and clean eating. All the bad stuff leaves your body and it then can function properly! There’s more to this however it’s best to see Dr. Hoch for details. My first 30 days are complete. I lost 23lbs! I feel so much better, happier, and can fit into some clothing I had nearly given up because I didn’t think I could loose the weight to fit back into them. Food is fuel and our bodies require good quality nutrients to function properly. I have a different viewpoint only after 30 days. I’m excited to continue the next step and learn more. I was having issues with pelvic pressure for a year. After going to several specialist where I got no help I inadvertently found out I have a disc issue in my L spine. I want to let everyone know that Dr. Hoch is AMAZING!!. The month of May 2015 had to be one of the worst in my life starting in the ER with a bad diagnosis and a gall bladder being removed, only to find out my gall bladder was not the problem causing the pain I was feeling. I just didnt think the Doctors were listening to me, and just doing test after test only relying on the results of those tests. Dr. Hoch was the first one to actually listen to me explaining the pain and symptoms I was having. As it turns out, years of antibiotics at various times along with acid reflux and a daily prescription of omeprazole from my primary doctor, I believe caused this end result of major stomach pain after eating. Within a few minutes she diagnosed the issue, gave me Natural Supplements to help restore enzymes and good bacteria in my body to get my stomach working again. Within 1 day of starting her recommendations, I was already feeling better and the pain was not lasting as long after each meal, and now 10 days later I have no pain.
