Fantastic with kids. We were seen by Dr.Hilbert. Kept all the kids engaged, even our nonverbal child, the whole appointment. Kids loved him and the front desk staff was easy to work with as well. Highly recommend Dr Hilbert for the whole family- even your kiddos who are scared of seeing the eye doctor.

Definitely do not recommend. Refused to refund me when my prescription was wrong. Dr made me feel like I was the issue instead of him being professional. Very rude and pushy. I ended up going to an other Dr in Greeley, and he gave me a free appointment as a walk-in and my prescription with him was way more accurate. Go anywhere but here.

Being honest I have been to this clinic only once and got ok service but didnt even try to get my glasses there, just the exam. I have had different family members that have gone & been told that they still owed for previous visits even all family members were told they owed nothing at the previous appointment. One family member had to wait almost 2 weeks for her glasses & they had put in the wrong prescription 10 days later the right prescription but the wrong frames. None of my family members nor myself will ever go back.

Super awesome experience here. Everyone was super respecting and nice. The doctor was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Im pregnant and super indecisive and when picking out my glasses for ages the woman helping me was very patient and extremely helpful in picking out my frame. Oh and when having confusion about my medicade the doctor helped us figure everything out. Now I was super sceptical of going here because of the reviews but I thought I should try it before not going and missing out, soooo glad I didnt judge them on the reviews and took a chance. Super awesome place, will always be going here.

Staff was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Dr. Hilbert was helpful and patient with a friendly demeanor. He was also the first to ever listen to and diagnose a condition Ive had for at over 6 years. Great place that Ill be back to again.

Fast, reasonably priced, but most of all .....everyone was sooo nice.The doctor was very professional and informative!

The staff was pleasant and they were all wonderful with my son. The doctor was very patient even when my son was frustrated and didnt want to cooperate. I plan to bring my entire family here.

Older front desk lady is absolutely awful. Messed up my appointment twice and then charged me a 30 dollar missed appointment fee because she gave me a reminder card for the wrong day. Not ever planning on going again which is a shame because the doctor is very thourough.

Went here about 2 years ago to get my eyes checked. Waited forever to see a doctor then felt like I was wasting the doctors time because he couldnt figure out my prescription. Hated the eye doctor since then and have never wanted to go back to one until I found a better doctor in Brush. Highly recommend Hertneky Vision over this.

The doctor was friendly.My issue is with their business practices. This place is expensive compared to Walmart but I was told I was buying the ability to have issues fixed locally by going here. Or so I was told.I bought my contacts here because I was told if I had any issues they would fix them. I was told they would replace contacts that were bad or didnt feel right from the package or whatever to make it right for me as their customer. I never got any replaced by them out of the 6 month supply I purchased until the very end.I went in to get a single set of contacts replaced while also ordering a full years supply. They refused to replace my final set I had issues with. They said they dont do that and its impossible for them to replace any without me buying them. They said they have no idea why someone would have told me different. Well, the doctor is the one that told me of your replacement policy when I was on the fence about buying locally....I hope you feel good about lying to me to get me to buy the first set from you. You do not offer any extra service here for your expensive prices, Im better off spending much less at Walmart. I will never be back to this place and will tell everyone I know to avoid it at all costs.

WORST experience EVER! The Dr was cold and would get frustrated when he couldn’t find the correct prescription. At check out the staff was awful! Explaining they couldn’t bill my insurance because I wrote I needed contacts on my form at registration and not headaches. Mind you headaches was listed below under medical condition where I thought it should be listed. During my examination the Dr clearly stated I was “legally blind” without corrective lenses! We talked about having dry eye but I never received a prescription for eye drops. Upon check out the receptionist said the total would be $180. I asked why it wasn’t billed to my insurance. She said she called and it wasn’t covered. I told her it always has been in the past! I paid the $180. Came home called the insurance they were at lost as to why the Drs office didn’t give them any of the information. Called the Drs office back Dr gets on the phone I get accused of going to privous Dr’s that fish tail for insurance money!!! I was appalled how this man spoke about the local other Optometrist!! The way he talk to and about me was boarderline abusive! I will never ever set foot in this place. NONE OF MY FAMILY WILL BE BACK! Going back to Hertnekey where your treated with dignity, respect and like family. This Dr is probably the WORST I’ve EVER come across! SMH!!!!
