Staff very friendly and helpful the anesthesiologist didn’t turn me into a zombie. Shots did nothing wouldn’t have minded a follow up call from the doc. To discuss what I should do next. 😎

There are not enough stars to adequately praise this facility and the staff. I had knee surgery on Monday and everyone I came in contact with was very professional and diligent concerning keeping me safe from COVID. The facility itself is immaculate and I observed staff on three different occasions wiping down the chairs, tables and even counters with disinfectant wipes. My nurse, Alan, was a true gem and I was so impressed that the OR nurse came to introduce herself in addition to the other doctors. Special thanks to my surgeon, Dr. Alan Miller -- explained everything, entertained questions and spoke directly with my husband when the procedure was done. I highly, highly recommend this facility!

Everyone at this facility is wonderful. I have been going here for over 10 years for various procedures and have yet to have a less than perfect experience. The nurses all have a smile on your face and you are never a bother to them. The two front desk people are also wonderful people that make you feel Confident. Everything is easy, very clean, and very routine. Absolutely love nurses Josephine and Elmer!

I wanted to again extend my gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Ho, Anita my nurse, Kristin my post op attending nurse, Will at the front door and all other staff who cared, supported and assisted me after my first ever surgery today. Dr. Ho personally went out into the waiting room after my surgery to make sure my mom knew everything went well and I was doing okay. Thank you all again so much, it was pretty nerve racking it being my first surgery, but the positive energy and constant attendance to all patients and their families was so reassuring and made it all a breeze. Highly recommend!!

My experience was perfect. Very friendly and professional staff. The surgeon, Dr. Miller, was very nice and answered all my questions. Walter, the male nurse, was very helpful when it came to things like assisting me with getting my pants on (I was using crutches). This facility made my surgery as smooth and worry free as possible

Excellent Surgical FacilityI recently underwent a 6 hour surgery at Hudson Crossing. It is a first rate mini- hospital. They took me on time and as scheduled. The staff and the nurses were extremely courteous and professional. The facility is very clean and there are heated blankets on the beds. The operating rooms are state of the art, very impressive. I would definitely go back there and recommend it to my friends.

EXTREMELY DISTURBING EXPERIENCE. Surgery was scheduled for 4pm due to a cancelation my sister came in and the procedure was started an hour early. We thought this was GREAT! Two very nice male nurses tended to my sister once she was in the post op area. They walked with her and patiently giving her fluids and had offered her a muffin. The gentlemen went home and my sister had not yet been able to pee. The remaining Staff made her drink 3 cups of tea, two cups of water , apple juice and who knows what else, even though she was very full and getting nauseous from so much fluids. She didn’t have to pee yet. They were impatient , obviously wanting to go home, I say this because they were obviously being inconvenienced by her being there by the comments being made under their breathe about how long it was taking and persistently calling her surgeon to see if she could just go home or have a catheter put in. We were uncomfortable to say the least. IT GETS WORSE. They take her into a room, where we hear her screaming in pain as one by one, the Two nurses exit the room multiple times coming back with different tools. At one point a flashlight that you would find in a tool shed was brought into the room???? Both nurses couldn’t find her urethra. So they brought in an anesthesiologist, who blatantly stated she had no idea what she was doing as she hasn’t done one since school but still she tried, and AGAIN we hear the screams and cries of my sister in this room. Did I mention that the cathereter kit that they had to use was one for a child? My sister was in this room completely exposed having to listen to these women say that they had no idea what they were doing, and still she was forced to let them try. One nurse used the tool shed flashlight to try to find her urethra. This was the THIRD ATTEMPT. Which lasted 45 minutes. AND DID NOT WORK. We were given no updates. Later we found at that she had asked multiple times for our mother to come into the room because she would feel more comfortable and compliant with this procedure, if she had someone she knew andTRUSTED by her side but she was denied this. They told her no. So she suffered being poked, prodded and feeling violated in a room of three women who were unable and Unequipped to do a simple routine. I’m heartbroken for my sister. I am so heartbroken. We trusted these people. My mother sat outside crying as she heard my sister screaming and begging them to stop because she was in so much pain, but we trusted them and thought they knew what they were doing. They were never successful. She peed on her own, naturally. All she needed was time.
