Myself and my family have been patients at Park Medical for years until today. I see Dr. Lee in Fort Lee and he has been great. I am not sure if the problem is the staff or the Doctor. I called when I was on my way to advise the office, I may be late, at which time I was told no problem as long I was not more then 15 minutes late. I arrived at the office for my annual physical and was told that I was 9 minutes late and they will have to ask the Doctor if he can still see me, and the waiting area was empty.The receptionist tells me to have a seat as I wait 10-15 minutes for her to find out if Dr. Lee can see me, at which time she tells me I will have to reschedule. When I said you are rescheduling because of 9 minutes your office has made me wait 30 min to hour before in the parking lot or waiting room. She then begins to say the Doctors last appointment ran late. (Which was it being it because I was late or the Doctors last appointment ran late or was it because it was close to lunch?) All she keeps saying is I can reschedule you for next week.So you have a patient standing in front of you a long-time patient at that, and all you can care about is your lunch.Beyond unprofessional at the Fort Lee office I cannot speak for all their offices, Northvale and Harrington Park has been great never a problem.Unfortunately for me it’s time to find a new practice their Personalized approach that they claim on their website is nonexistent.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE!!! they charge you randomly and the staff is very rude.they told me to visit the office. But when I get there, the doctor said they made a mistake and tell me to leave. Then I received a bill from them. I call the billing office, they said as long as I have visited the office, I must pay.When I call the medical center and ask them about the bill, the staff HANG UP MY PHONE!!!. This is the worst medical center I have ever been.

Was on the phone with them last week, after waiting 45 minutes for them to answer. Tried to make an appointment (a very important one) and was hung up on. Never got a call back. Tried calling back today and have been on hold for 2 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. If you’re that busy, you should have more people answering phones.

I had an appointment for blood work , when arrived the person in the office told me to reschedule the appointment because she didn’t confirm with my primary doctor! Even she asked me if I know what is the type of the test ! I told her you should know from the system and confirm before my appointment but she responded that the doctor is in a vacation from a week and she couldn’t do the confirmation while my husband saw the doctor in the office before 2 days!I have been a patient for this medical group for more than 5 years, me and my husband love our primary doctor, she is the best MD doctor we ever had , but unfortunately the Fort Lee office is not proficient ,the front desk and the sub staff are rude, before a year and a half they were way better but now !We are comfortable with our primary doctor and one of the blood work stuff who worked there long time ago but all the new staff are rude and not professional, taking an appointment or get the results is another story, so sad for Fort Lee office.I hope the doctors read the reviews .....

There is something extremely shady happening with this office. It’s not a place to trust and there are financial motives behind every decision they make. They will not call you back even if you leave a million messages and the reception is disturbingly rude. I’m not sure this is even a real doctors office or just a front to steal money from people. Medical offices have an ethic responsibility to try and help people, this office does not give a damn. Avoid avoid avoid.

Great experience at this place. It’s very hard to find a physician who cares and is as calming as Dr. Jennifer Pagan. She took her time with me, asked a lot of important questions, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. The ladies that do the bloodwork for you are very nice, have that motherly feeling. In my 23 years of living, I haven’t had a doctor who is as good as she is. Most of these doctors nowadays are always nervous & in a rush to get things done. Highly recommend going to her!!!!!

I am a fairly new patient at this group. I had blood work performed and have been awaiting results. It has been 10 days. I called the office and was told a medical assistant could go over the results. Really. I am a Registered Nurse and do not feel a MA is qualified to explain results. The reception offered to mail them to me. Great idea, I will review them and make an appointment elsewhere. What good was a telehealth visit to collect money and not follow through.

Horrible experience. They never call back. Left 2 messages maybe 2 months ago for a prescription problem...never heard back. Same thing for leaving a message when sick, no call back. No one ever answers the phone! Now I need a physical and am looking for another doctors office. Just so disappointed, my husband and his family have been going there for 40+ years.

This the worst experience Ive had with a doctors office in my life. Never bothered to call me back with results of endoscopy/colonoscopy after I paid thousands of dollars for the procedure. When I came back for the same problem a year later Dr. Bae tells me oh wow good thing you came back so I can let you know about the results. A YEAR LATER. Never bothered to tell me from the beginning what he found. Then when I asked approximately how much a much a medication would cost the Dr. Bae exact answer was I dont know, Im not your daddy !!!! Absolutely outrageous. No doctor should say things like that, I am a grown woman. Now I have been calling for 4 days trying to get him to actually call in the prescription that should have been done the same day. It is impossible to get anybody on the phone no matter how many messages you leave. Please save yourself the time and stress and do not go here

Never answers phone calls

My docs name is Gerald. He is super personable. His korean language skills arent the best, he has a s@!t ton of compassion and empathy for his patients. Here at this practice, I feel like family. Two thumbs up to Dr Gerald Lee and his team of super polite, effective and efficient support staff.

I’m a fairly new patient to this office. I tried to get an appointment a week ago and they couldn’t see me so I went to an Emergi Med. They gave me meds and I still had a cough a week later so I called the answering service on Christmas Day. No one called me back. I called Thursday morning and asked to see a dr that day but they had no dr available the only spot was Friday at 2:45 with a nurse practitioner. Friday morning I get a call back from the office returning my call from Wednesday to the answering service. I explain I called Thursday and made an appointment at 2:45 today. She said ok we will see you then.Today I went to the Tenafly Office. I got there early and called from the car to see if I could come in earlier than my 2:45 appt. it was then when they told me I didn’t have an appointment today rather my appointment was for 11am yesterday. I said no it was not they told me they didn’t have any appointments Thursday. I asked why if my appointment was yesterday why didn’t anyone call me to find out if I was attending my appointment? She didn’t know why. I asked can they see me since I cancelled all my plans for the day so I could make the 2:45 appointment and they told me they were sorry but had no appointments. And that the nurse practitioner leaves at 2. Really so you don’t call me back for 2 days, you mess up the appointment and then you choose not to try to accommodate me.I was recommended to this practice by a good friend,and my experience with the dr was good but I will not tolerate not being able to get a sick visit with the practice and an office which is truly mismanaged.Guess it’s time to find a new dr. Anyone have any recommendations please send them my way.

Very bad service. After a month, I have not received my blood test result. My Chart system doesnt work. I attended in person but they did not give me a print!

I became a patient at Park Medical several years ago, and I have been quite pleased with the care I have received there until recently (I would guess over the last year or so). While I love my primary care physician (Dr. Fidal), I can NEVER and I mean NEVER get a sick appointment for the same day at the Fort Lee location even if I call first thing in the morning when they open. I also get the feeling that since theyve grown so quickly (MD Partners), staff is less and less about the patient and more about the business side of things. I have left messages for staff to check on lab results and never gotten return phone calls, I have called and left messages for refills on medications and have had to call back several times to get them filled. I also have emailed the Office Manager 3 times and as of right now, its been several days and I have not received a response. I guess I can only visit Park Medical at their Fort Lee location (most convenient to me) when Im well and for regularly scheduled appointments. If Im sick, I guess Ill have to go to an urgent care facility. Thinking of leaving this practice.

I was a patient here for many years and it’s so sad to see the quality of care goes down. I love my primary physician, but the medical staff there is extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately have to look for another place.

Such a waste of time. Why does it take over 30 minutes to place an appointment on the phone? If they are this busy, they are clearly understaffed.

Doctors and other staff are so nice here... I was surprisied when dr hwang actually tried to get to know me. You rarely see physicians who do that these days. I come here to get my check ups and other problems sorted out. Plenty of parking and nice facility.

Wach out for lab bills !! Ask everything they do, or you will be stuck with huge lab bills.
