Dr. Kim and staff are just simply the IDEAL FIVE-STAR medical team YOU WANT invested and informed throughout your pets life. We brought one of our cats recently to the clinic on a Saturday (yes they are open for select hours on Saturday!) due to some concerning symptoms. I knew from the first contact we had with Dr. Kim that she was going to be his permanent vet. Not only are Dr. Kim and staff so genuinely caring, they are really clear with communication, and they are both good listeners and teachers (skills that I absolutely did not see with the old vet that we were taking our pets to). I truly value a veterinarian who can investigate, ask questions, listen closely, diagnose, and communicate very precisely with patients. We took our first cat due to an emergency to the Red Roof Clinic in June. It is now July and ALL FOUR OF MY CATS are now thankfully patients at Red Roof! In fact, when Dr. Kim saw the newest cat in the family, she caught infections that the previous veterinarian did not. I feel so much more assured that my cats will get the BEST QUALITY CARE with an impressive veterinarian and staff. Our pets lives and the peace of mind in really fully trusting and having faith in their medical care, is priceless. Much praise for the Red Roof Clinic. Even if you think youre getting good medical care from your current vet, making the move to this clinic is THE RIGHT MOVE, because you want THE BEST CARE, and honestly I didnt even know it until I stumbled upon them. This whole Vet needs education regarding patient care. I have been to numerous vets but this place is by far the worst. Not only they lack knowledge but shows unprofessionalism which is absolutely unacceptable claiming themselves a HOSPITAL. Don’t let your precious ones to the hands who only care about money and profit.

Very professional and friendly practice. I’ve been taking me two dogs here since 2015 and I’ve never had a problem with them. The doctor genuinely cares about my two babies and provides them the best care possible. She’s definitely a veterinarian that doesn’t only care about money. Red Roof Animal hospital is the best Vet hospital in the area. I have been going this place for 2 and 1/2 years since I adopted my toy Maltese baby and her baby was born here too. My 2 Maltese babies had spaying surgeries here and they recovered in short time without any problem. I think Dr. Kim is specialized in surgery. Dr. Kim and staffs are very professional/knowledgeable and always care for my babies health first and treat my babies as their own family. Treatment costs very reasonable too. I am blessed to have Dr. Kim in my town. I love Red Roof Animal Hospital. I highly recommend to everyone Red Roof Hospital if you live in North Jersey.

Dr.kim is not professional and cannot even explain why pets are sick.The price is ridiculously high, and the womans doctor is very rude. The staff are generally kind, but the doctor is not good at all.She never apologizes, and she tells me to talk about everything through a lawyer. I feel so dirty and unworthy of responding.If you want to experience all this, go to the this hospital. But if you truly love your dog or cat, dont go to the this hospital again.

I went to three vetinarians and only one got it right. It was Dr. Jacky Kim of Red Roof Fort Lee Animal Hospital. I have a senior small breed dog. For 10 months my dog suffered with a terrible cough. Dr. Kim was the only one who correctly diagnosed her condition and quickly prescribed the correct medication. My baby no longer coughs and is doing great. Thank you, thank you, Dr. Kim. First time cat owner & we were so worried about neutering our baby. We didn’t know what to expect but Dr. Kim took time to answer all questions and ensured us that she would take good care of him. While it was more expensive than if we were to have gone to another hospital, it was 100% all worth it!! Post-op day 1 and my boy is his normal, happy self with no pain (or cone)!!

I hope this would help people who go there after all infos whatever is on their website. Overall consultation with doctor was good and it was informative so I dont complain it. doctor Kim was pretty kind and professional about all of my questions but theres few things I didnt expect during the visit.I went there for my cats annual checkup/vaccine shot and it was 1st time visit. their website said thered be a complimentary physical exam for new patient and one person per a pet will be allowed to come in to see a doctor during COVID19.So I called them to make an appointment but they said only petd be allowed to come in. so OK I got it cause we all know that we gotta get used to this new norm.It was rainy day when I got there and had to wait outside for about an hour in the rain while my cat stayed there.I was worried about it cause my cats usually really sensitive and scared when with stranger but I didnt have any choice. again - I got that cause I was informed about it in the beginning when talking with them over the phone even though their website still says they allow one person to come in.I found other couple of people waiting in their car while their pet were in hospital so Yes absolutely no one will be allowed to be in hospital so NO wait area inside. - so people whoever plan to go here, dont expect to get into hospital.so while waiting outside, I found one more thing that whenever staff get outside to talk with patient, they lock up their door every single time they go in and out even in front of person no matter when they are in front of door. it was quiet interesting experience.after couple of phone calls for them to check something on my cat, finally I was able to meet with doctor over the phone. she explained my cats health condition and said they gave a vaccine shot to my cat but there was no way for me to check that cause I was actually outside and - again that was my 1st visit.staff brought my cat outside to me after all this process and took my credit card to swipe and came back out with receipt but I saw physical exam fee on it.so I asked her why cause it should be complimentary for new patient according to their website and she said sorry and NOT anymore during this pandemic.Im not blaming on this but feeling like at least they need to update this info on their website or take old info off so people dont feel being ripped off.it was a bit weird and not 100% pleasant experience but overall consultation was good so I might come back for next visit.

During the past five years we visited three different animal clinics around the area, but there was something that didnt feel quite right with all of them. Then when our dog had a skin infection a few weeks ago, a colleague referred us to Red Roof Animal Hospital. Dr. Jaclyn Kim not only diagnosed our dogs skin issues but also pointed out that the dog had an ear condition as well (when we showed the ear to our previous veterinarian, she cleaned the ear, charged for it and said no treatment was necessary). Both were cleared in two weeks. We do not think that this clinic charges more than the other places we have been to and feel like our search is finally over. We have finally found the one. Finding a good doctor you can trust (as a professional and as a person) is priceless and definitely worth the drive. Highly recommend.

I recently moved from Boston to Fort Lee and picked Red Roof Vet mainly due to emergency hours availability. I took my dog there for his annual check-up and had a great experience. The place was very clean, giving a great calming first impression. Dr. Kim was extremely helpful in explaining any observations during the check-up. I didnt price the services versus others in the neighborhood but it was below the price I was paying in center city Boston. Overall a great place with great employees...would recommend.

Our dog Haru is a very cute dog but he can be a very difficult patient when he sees vet. We have tried various vets for the past years and Dr. Kim is the only one knows how to handle him. She treats her patients like her own dog with passion, patience and love. Dr. Kim is not only knowledgeable medically but she knows how to manage anxious pets behaviorally, which we think is the most helpful. We recently moved to another state and Red Roof staff helped us with transition much easier. We really appreciate all the care and help for our dog for the past years! Dr.Kim is wonderful. My cat Sunshine needed extensive dental work. She took great care of him, explained everything to me so I would understand what work was done on him. I feel as though Dr.Kim really cares about Sunshine.

I’ve had pets all my life, so I have been to many different vets. I was never fully comfortable with any of them until now. Dr. Kim is great, she treated my baby Buffy as if she were her own. Every time I go there she and her staff are so kind, accommodating and knowledgeable . She answers all my questions no matter how small or “dumb” I think they are. We recently had an emergency with our pregnant cat who needed a caesarean section. Once we realized the severity of the situation we contacted a friend who recommended Dr. Kim. We were in her office within 30 minutes and she was ready to perform the surgery. Mother and kitten survived are now healthy and we are thrilled.After the surgery, Dr, Kim patiently explained, in great detail, the surgery and answered all our questions. Dr. Kim also called after the surgery to inquire about the patients.Dr. Kim is a warm and compassionate person and a skilled doctor. She also employs a kind and caring staff.We have since scheduled follow up appointments and neutering for our boy cat.I recommend Dr. Kim and Red Roof Fort Lee Animal Hospital without equivocation.

My boy Midnite has been treated by Dr Kim since 2012. Dr.kim greets us with love and attention every time we visit. She knows Midnite feelings as well as my own and patiently answers every question I have even when I become the annoying parent. Her surgical operations are excellent, fast, and accurate. My boy is a senior dog now and I worry a lot, but Dr.kim always provides strength and support. I fully believe that Midnite would not have made it this far if not for the attention of Dr. Kim and her excellent staff.

When our cat Jenna began to deteriorate at age 20 we decided to look for a new vet because we felt the current one was a little detached and didnt really understand what we were going through. Wow, did we make the right decision. Dr Kim is a true animal lover and when she told us about losing her own cat we knew we had found someone who could help guide us through this very difficult and emotional period. We will always remember her kindness. She and her staff exceeded every expectation. If we ever decide to adopt another pet I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else.

I do NOT recommend red roof animal hospital. They are SO EXPENSIVE, and through my personal experience, Dr. Kim is not someone I would trust. I have no trust on red roof animal hospital. I moved to Ridgefield Park Animal hospital, and they charged much lower on everything.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Everyone beware. Dr. Kim tried to tell me there was a health issue with my dog. After reading about what a liver shunt was, and researching different things I decided to seek another oppinion. My dog in fact did not have a liver shunt. This place is money hungry! I would not recommend to anyone.

This is the best place for your pet care and I will suggest every pet owner to keep your pets there. The clinic is spacious and most important prices are very reasonable.

All they care about is money. Brought my cat, Abby, after she had what appeared to be a stroke. They took her into back room for tests & insisted x-rays were neccessary.. Bill was $520.00. They called 2 to say she was fine. When i asked about blood pressure, they said the didnt take BP!! FOR A STROKE. I requested copy of blood tests. Tests Indicated prob with kidneys, which they never mentioned. I will never go back.

Our dog was throwing up and had diarrhea so we went to a vet that was recommended by a friend. She said she would run a few tests and bloodwork to figure out what was going on -- we asked how much this would cost and were told $500. When we returned, we were actually charged $679, significantly more than the amount we were told and expected to pay. X-rays alone were $220 -- were not sure why this was needed if there was a blood test. We were just looking for a check-up and some medication to help him through it.When we realized that we were charged more than we were originally told, we called the office to speak to someone about this and was abruptly hung up on. We are extremely disappointed by this poorly run establishment trying to take advantage of sick pets. Dr. Kim and everyone at red roof are amazing! My dog, Teru, got extremely sick with a skin infection on her entire body and an injured leg. During those rough months, Dr. Kim was always there making sure Teru was healing. She and her staff treated Teru like she was part of their family. There were nights Teru would be acting strange, but Dr. Kim would always pick up her phone at night whenever we called so we could come in the next morning. Everyone is so welcoming and sweet! Im happy to report that Terus skin is back to normal (no more of those nasty black scabs that once covered her body) and her coat is even better than before! My family and I are so grateful to the team at Red Roof and would recommend them to anyone!
