- Online appointments at pharmacy are useless, employee informed that online system never works...1. waited in queue for long time then filled the given forms (on computer & paper), then again they told me to wait.2. Called me back in to pay the price & again directed to waiting area to wait for good 15 minutes3. Finally called to inject the required medication. Just One injection 💉

The pharmacy reviews for this walgreens is a little harsh, Ive never had a problem picking up my prescriptions here, they always pick up the phone and work to get my script filled as quick as possible. I think people need a bit more patience as it is generally busy but the service is good.

I moved to the neighborhood recently and choose this pharmacy because is the only one nearby that has parking facility. I ask to my moms doctor to send her prescriptions there despite the bad reviews from others customers. Today I when by the first time to pickup an antibiotics prescribed to her and yes, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. The woman pharmacist asked so many personal information like address, phone number, etc just to told me that it is no my mothers information and she will not give me the prescription. She treat me like if I was buying narcotics or something like that. Then I called my mothers physician and asked to send the prescriptions to another pharmacy. Recommendation: Just go there if you want to rate them also with another 1 star.

This pharmacy is actually worse than DMV. Young female pharmacist was extremely arrogant and immature. She was very rude and did not look like she knew what she was doing. Her last name was Kim. My son and I waited 30 min and did not get the prescription. I decided to have my doctor send the prescription elsewhere and left this place. Will never go back to Walgreen again.

I’ve called and was on hold for over 4 minutes and then it seemed as though someone picked up and then hung up after I said hello. I called back three more times and although I was on hold between 2-3 minutes each time, someone again picked up each time and hung up - it’s as though they didn’t want to bother answering calls. I would give them zero stars if I could!

One of the slowest and worst pharmacy i’ve ever been to. put you on the phone for forever, whenever the call goes through someone just picks up and the put you back on hold for the rest of your life..Respect the reviews posted here, and save yourself a few precious hours in life.

Lately always a long line with 1 cashier.

I go there for all my pharmacy, basics, and occasionally a flu shot. There is always a wait and the pharmacy area is small and not very private. As for the rest of the store, the photo department is always hit and miss (in so far as online orders.) They carry the usual seasonal stuff. The card selection is okay. Usually only one staff member is left helping customers at the register. The store itself is dated. (The store has been there for a long time, however, it is in a convenient location off major roads.) The parking lot is always crowded and busy. The outside of the store and walkway area is old , making handicapped accessibility a bit challenging.

Its apparent to me that for Walgreens customer service is only a function that customers are meant to deliver to Walgreens.After waiting patiently for weeks for them to find a alternate manufacturer for a medication that is simply too large for me to swallow I was informed that they cant be bothered. They only deal with one distributor, apparently, and only this distributors complement of medications. It was seriously suggested to me by Walgreens that I contact my doctor and we investigate an alternate TYPE of medication, changing my treatment to accommodate Walgreens limitations.Tried another pharmacy and, miracle of miracles, they were able to find an appropriate alternative manufacturer. Switching pharmacies is like a divorce, though, especially when one is taking a large number of medications. Moreover, Walgreens has the benefit of its network of locations across the country. But a divorce is coming for me, and soon.

Literally the worst place EVER. This is the single worst pharmacy I have ever experienced in 37 years. They gave my daughter the WRONG antibiotic and then argued with the doctor and me about it. They blamed my nanny! They said, She asked for this one. I am not even kidding. The lack of professionalism and attention is DANGEROUS. This drug store should be shut down and every single person in the pharmacy should be stripped of his/her license. I have never been so angry in my life. Please do not go here. Ever. Stay far, far, far away.

Always a line and long wait at the pharmacy. Always a problem with my prescriptions and staff not friendly or helpful. Parking, another problem at that shopping center.

Pharmacy dept.is professional, however, understaffed. It is generally a zoo at all hours.When customers have personal issues of which there are many the wait times become ridiculous. There needs to be a speed line set up for problem free prescriptions. Or better staffing!

The pharmacy staff is very rude and not interested in doing their job. Literally didn’t want to get my prescription prepared for me and gave me an attitude because it had already been put back prior to me picking it up. Tried to say there were no prescriptions available for me. I had to show the confirmation email saying it was ready at that location then they confirmed they had a record of it. Only reason I went there this time was because doctor’s office sent to wrong pharmacy. Would never go there again.

I called about duplicating a disc of wedding photos around 4:30 pm. I was told the process takes about 20 minutes. At about 5 pm my wife dropped off the disc. As we began the process of putting our three-year-old to bed, over three hours later, I realized we hadnt heard anything about the photos. I immediately called and was told they are working on them and it will take about ten more minutes. Now its almost 9 pm and Im sitting in Walgreens on my day off while my family gets ready to go to sleep.

Very unprofessional pharmacy staff. They dont answer the phones, Im standing by the window and just called them, the guy picked up and put me on hold without saying anything, 3 minutes in no answer.They give you meds without verifying what they gave you. They dont notify you if your meds are ready and dont even bother calling dr. if prescription needs to be renewed.

Night shift mgmt locked me out of the bathroom and nobody has ever greeted me coming in or leaving. Everything is expensive and theres absolutely no customer service.

I just hope this pharmacy gets robbed

The male cashier that was there on Friday July 26, 2019 at 6:04pm made my 11 yr old African American son feel extremely uncomfortable and like a criminal. While at the register the cashier stared at my son as if he was stealing something (these are my sons words) with a dark and threatening look on his face. The cashier also decided to place my money on the counter for me to retrieve an never handed me my receipt. He proceeded to walk away as if I was beneath him and if he was completely through with me. I will not be returning to this Walgreen in Fort Lee, NJ EVER Again. And it will take sometime to get the nasty taste out of my mouth to decide to shop with Walgreen ever again in the future. I am more upset with the way my son left the store feeling, I had to give him a Major Pep Talk about people fealing with things in Life and not everyone is perfect. TGIF to Me, thanks Walgreens

The store is deceptive in that it looks clean and well kept, but most of the products and especially the drugs and prescription drugs are very low in quality. Never buy almost anything from this place except maybe batteries for use. You will regret it after it causes problems after you take it. Foods, supplements, anything you ingest is a risk with this place. The pharmacy is very bad and stock the cheapest, dangerous, ineffective medication there are and if you argue it with the staff or the pharmacists, they get very rude and just cut you off. I repeat never get anything that might effect your health from this store unless you are 100 sure it is ok. I recommend to never buy anything to consume from this store.. Most of the items are junk and cause problems.

Shift manager Jamie V. is unprofessional and very rude. She was checking out a customer next to me who was trying to return she drops which hurt her eyes and Jamie was arguing that she was not allowed to return them without the box despite the eye irritation they occurred. The whole exchange she was rolling her eyes and passive aggressive. When the customer left she looked to her co-worker, who was awaiting me with my own issue and she said customers are so exhausting. The fact she said it in front of me and other customers is not acceptable. I called her out on it and she said came back at me attacking me and them whispered about me when I walked out of the store. If this is how the management team acts in front of customers to their face and behind their backs then they dont deserve any business. I plan on filing a complaint directly with the owner as well as corporate. Unacceptable, Unprofessional and Jamie V does not deserve to be a manager dealing with customers if she cannot keep her composure in front of them. A poor example of staff.

I bought a toast at $15 the other day but the product was a returned one with bread crums on the bottom. I realized this after I came back to home. Thus I visited the Walgreens to argue about this matter. The sales clerk insisted she opened the box and confirmed the product was normal in front of me when I checked out. She and the manager treated me as if I was a liar. So I asked them to check surveillance video with me to clarify this argument. Then the manager exchanged the product without checking surveillance video. He did not say any word of sorry. Sometimes customers need to check out the surveillance camera not to be cheated in that Walgreen!

The worst !! Prescription dept horrible! Bought a item at local pharmacy!! 1.69 they charged me 3.99 for same over the counter item!! Crooks !! Store should be closed! Mad

I moved to Fort Lee and had my prescription, which had cost $45 and had 3 refills left, transferred over. I was informed that the same prescription was now $105. Attempts at explanation fell on deaf ears so I got my provider, AARP involved in a conference call. The Fort Lee clerk we eventually got, after a long on hold was incredibly rude. He refused to deal with our request to hold to the $45, and when questioned, told the insurance rep that your company is auditing us all the time and she should know that. My rep said that the increased price made no sense and would be difficult for a senior on fixed income and he then said, If your customer has complaint, tell her to buy our company and then proceeded to hang up on us.I hope this message reaches Stefano Pessina, president of Walgreens so he can know how the front line at Fort Lee is treating its customers. I will never go there again . By the way, the store itself is dirty and unkempt looking.. I plan to speak to the manager of the store but probably this is a storewide attitude of impatience and condemnation as well as cheating customers out of doctor prescribed prescription costs.

Awful heartless and relying on Bad information.Im a physician who needs a flu shot every year for the two hospitals Im on staff at. Waited patiently in line twice on the very slow pharmacy line when I have lots of work to do. Twice I was refused a lousy flu shot because they claim that my Oxford coverage was no longer in effect. I showed the pharmacy intern as well as the chief pharmacist my Oxford portal right on my phone that shows my whole familys benefits including that I am covered as of today through the end of the year with every type of coverage. Wouldnt give me a lousy flu shot told me that they would charge me and that I should go through a couple hours of telephone work to get reimbursed. Unreal!! Will file a complaint with Oxford as well
