Weve been boarding our dogs here for almost a decade. Lenny and the team has been great to our Damian(RIP), Theo, Wendy, and Chewie. Theyve done so much to rehabilitate them and help with anxiety. We cannot recommend this place enough.

I went for my puppies first nail clipping. From the time I walked in the staff was real professional. They did a good job. Cant wait to use their other services.

This place is the best. I have incredibly high standards when it comes to my dogs care and this place truly exceeds my expectations. The staff is fantastic and true dog lovers. My puppy LOVES it here and cannot wait to go. She comes home exhausted and happy. Best money I could spend on my puppy while Im at work.

They are so great with my dog. My dog has had a lot of bad experiences in the past with groomers to the point that he used to take sedatives to get groomed. Thank God we found this place. He hasn’t taken one sedative since the day we started bringing him here.The only thing that is unfortunate about this place is the waiting list. It can get long, so make sure to make your appointments ahead of time!

This place is amazing - the staff here is very knowledgeable - the owner is an absolute pleasure to work with. The place is clean - dogs are assessed on their behavior so there are no surprises and you get to see everything and observe if you want. Prices are reasonable and your pet leaves happy. Love it here.

Just picked up my Husky Duke and my Shepard Olive. They were at primp and play from Aug1st-18th and me and my wife were so worried about them since it was a last minute decision. They were so happy to see me and I just want to thank you guys for the last minute reservation! Would highly recommend! Future customers when it comes to your pups the money is well worth their care. They also have that webcam where you can check in on them so that was a PLUS!

I have been bringing my Maltese, Prince, here for the last 4 and a half years. He had a horrible experience with a previous groomer, and I was nervous in the beginning. He has seen the same groomer, Masaku, since we started going there. She puts me at so much ease every time we drop him off. To begin, she takes time out to make each and every dog comfortable before grooming. Prince actually gets excited to go to see her every 8 weeks, and my wife and I do as well. I cannot thank you enough for being so amazing to our fur baby, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone else go find out how amazing she is for yourself! Also, the entire staff at Hotel Primp & Play, are incredible. Lenny is always so kind when he calls to let us know hes ready, and when we drop him off and pick him up. Thank you so much!

Whenever Ive had the need to have my Rhodesian Ridgeback sat day or overnight, she has always been welcomed with open arms at Hotel Primp & Play. Lenny and his team are constantly engaging with the dogs to make them feel calm and comfortable, including ambient music. My dog prefers human interaction to dogs, and they seem very sensitive to to that.

This was our first time taking our new puppy to a groomer. Although we had to make a reservation quite far in advance due to the fact that they said they only had one groomer right now, we were happy with their work and price. Our dog didnt look like he minded it either!

I use to bring my Sheepadoodle to this place for almost a year straight and even got her groomed at primp.I called a few weeks ago and asked if I can bring my dog in for day care since she was going there since she was a puppy.The owner Lenny was very rude and said to me I can no longer bring my dog in because of a missed grooming appointment, that I even insisted on paying!!!This place use to be much nicer when this rude owner told me not to bring my dog in his place ever again !I know many people that use to bring there dogs here but I will not recommend them to anyone ,because a dog should not be punished or banned for something that can easily be resolved.Lenny(owner)you are going to Loose all your business once people start noticing how much of an angry person you are and your true colors!How you acted towards me and my dog was unacceptable !!!Good luck to you going forward and treating Clients and there dogs like a(Nothing)...Stay away !! Lenny needs to be closed down for the way he treats his clients and dogs.Very upset and I don’t usually write (Negative )posts .... but Dog owners need to stay away from this place because your word Means nothing here!!!
