I woke up with a swollen eyelid and couldnt open my eye. I called the office and the receptionist took me in the same day. Dr. Kim examined my eye and prescribed two medications. I took the prescribed medications and got better within days.

I have been going to Dr. Kim for 20 years and I find him professional, reliably, efficient and trust worthy. He is holding off glasses on my 12 daughter and I agree.

I have been going to Dr. Kim for over 20 years and have only had positive experiences. I first went to him as an emergency------on a Saturday------and was treated with professionalism and courtesy. No matter when I call if I have a problem, the office always manages to squeeze me in to get treated. Dr. Kim has even contacted me at home once when I called the office after hours on a weekend and needed medication for conjunctivitis.

Perfect combination of rude receptionist and incompetent doctor. If you are lucky, you will only experience condescending receptionist, if you are not, your eyes will be sprayed with mysterious liquid that doctor wouldnt tell you why it is done.

Try with every muscle in your body to avoid this place. The doctor is very nice, cant say the same about the receptionist in the front however. Also the place isnt hygienic, the doctor wears no gloves and his tools dont seem disinfected. Even if other doctors office do not have time and this one does, avoid it! Theres extra time here for a reason. Its better to go somewhere hygienic even if it costs more or you have to wait more than go here and come out with a pink eye or an infection (both in my case).

I dont even want to give them one star. They gave me expired contacts and my eyes were sore for a couple days. Didnt even say sorry. The receptionist told me Its fine to wear expired contacts Never going back again..

Recently I visited this eye doctor for the first time. I got a prescription for my glasses. At that time, I brought a copy of the prescription of my glasses and showed him for his reference.I was unable to do my daily work with these new glasses. When I compared the two prescriptions(the new and old one), I realized that the doctor raised the figures both add and sphere. When I told the problem of my new glasses based on his new prescription, his response was irresponsible and unprofessional. He was insisting that its the exactly same prescription while the figures were different (sphere 2.25 to 3.0, add from 1.5 to 2.0 ). Besides, he blamed my opticians lousy job. But that was not true. It took me weeks and clarified the root cause of the problem, which was his new prescription.Eventually, he gave me a new prescription. However, he refused to refund the cost of wrong glasses that I had to pay.In essence, this is the eye doctor youd better avoid. LESSONS LEARNT!

I visited Dr. Kim’s office twice and won’t return again. The Doctor is uncaring and his staff are rude and disrespectful. Especially the older lady is so nasty.

Optometry is the level of skill, but cataract surgery or retinal surgery has a high risk. The doctor himself is presbyopic and has poor eyesight, so its too dangerous to entrust your eyes. After cataract surgery, the operation went wrong and I am in great pain.Optometry is the level of skill, but cataract surgery or retinal surgery has a high risk. Everyone is careful and careful with the coronavirus, but doctors do not change disposable gloves in ophthalmologists, where there is a high possibility of contagion, and whenever the patient changes, just wash the gloves with water while wearing gloves.I was stunned by the appearance, and I doubted whether he was a doctor with basic common sense.
