I had my micro needling session done here about a month and a half ago. Honestly, I could not be happier with the results. I still have ways to go with further treatments, but this has been a big step in the right direction. The staff and doctor are great; they are very caring and have great personalities and actually look like they have a great time doing their jobs. As soon as one walks in, the ladies working the desk greet you with a warm smile and makes you feel welcome. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and quality.

Today was my very first time at dermatology and laser. I arrived ten minutes early as asked by the receptionist. I was finally called into the room 45 minutes later, where not one person apologized for having to waiting so long, especially as a new costumer. The receptionist were both not friendly, to say the least. After waiting 45 minutes, I was told I had acne, thank you I know that. I was not treated and was presented with photos of customers, bragging about her work. Still not told what I could do, except that I should do her procedures such as microneeling, an out of pocket expense. It wasn’t until I said my insurance covers this visit, to help with my adult acne, I didn’t ask for a consultation about out of pocket procedures. Don’t waste your time and money!

Let me just say the doctor just doesn’t seem to care at all. I don’t mind paying up front for consultation but at least show interest about what I need. She didn’t take a good look at me, she just assumed it was eczema. I told her that what if it’s scabies because I’m allergic to dust mites, she told me “Just in case we will prescribe a medicine for that” It showed me she didn’t seem confident, I felt as if she wanted to leave the room as if I’m wasting her time. The medicine was super expensive. Only a cream and an ointment that’s it. I finished the cream in 4 days and I was still itchy while putting the.cream. She never prescribed me nothing to stop the itch. The cream alone was $250 like I said I don’t mind paying but I want the results of paying. Waste of money. I would not recommend if you are a patient with a minor problem that doesn’t put too much $$$$ in her pocket. If you have a bigger sickness then go. I understand people want more money in their pockets but jeez at least let people know.

My dog bite scars look so much better since Ive been under your care. Thank You from the bottom of my heart. You have a great eye and put much thought into making me look my best! Believe me, I dont travel to ANOTHER state for just anyone! Your office is clean, stunning and your staff couldnt be nicer. Im sorry you are not closer to where I live, but I will continue to be your patient for another 15 years (if I live that long!!)
