The whole experience with Dr. Park at her office was beyond exceptional! This was by far the best dentist or doctor experience for me. I have to take a moment here and mention how incredibly friendly and nice everyone was, from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to Dr. Park. They were incredibly kind and pleasant in everything they did. Talking with them was just a joy. I hope more people were like them in life in general.The office is exceptionally clean, modern, great to look at. There was, and I mean literally, no wait time at all. They used my pre-filled information from Zocdoc, and I signed some medical documents on an iPad, and I was seen right away!Both the hygienist and Dr. Park were amazing. The hygienist was super friendly. She took my x-rays quickly, then she began the dental cleaning. She was thorough and took her time cleaning my teeth properly, which I greatly appreciated. You can tell she did her job well. Then, I was seen by Dr. Park. She examined my x-rays and was very communicative and knowledgeable with the diagnosis. She told me about the plan and what needs to be done, but never upselled any extra services, even when I specifically mentioned perhaps I needed this or that. She was very professional, comforting, and supportive.The whole appointment and experience from start to finish was world-class. Some offices might lack somethings here or there, but really, at Dr. Park’s office, everything was superb!

Wow, good things come to those who wait. I have been looking for a dentist for my family for 6 months. I stumbled onto Dr. Park on the web. Did I hit the jackpot. Harumi the assistant/receptionist is excellent. Dr. Park was very professional yet pleasant. She did the cleaning herself which was a big plus for me. Also, she was sensitive to the insurance coverage too. J. Park dentistry will be our family dentist.
