I have been looking for CBCT for 5 years and I came across Nick from Vatech America. I made the decision to incorporate CBCT in my office 3 years ago and it was a great decision. He has tremendous experience and knowledge on identifying pathology and being able to case plan implant cases with their software.During this pandemic, Nick has reached out and went out of his way to extend my warranty since offices have been closed. The support call back can be long but the techs are good

Im in the market for a cone beam. I called several times and was not able to leave a message because the messages were full. I tried to call another department with no success of reaching anyone from the company. This was very concerning to me when dropping so much money on this type of investment.

Terrible customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PANUnfortunately I purchased Vatech digital Panoramic x-ray device when I was setting up my practice about 5 years ago. After only 4.5 years x-rays got more and more distorted till one day they became completely distorted. The company put the blame on the clinic for having some one hanging of the pan to bend the arm, when they realized how idiotic their argument sounded they changed it to A big tall guy backing into it very hard. For that reason the arm was out of alignment and the pan could not be fixed, I only had the option of purchasing a new one for, oh, half the price . To me if a $50000 device can not be fixed no matter what, unless you run over it with a bulldozer, it is a piece of junk with a high price tag attached to it.

Loved my Vatech Pan and changed to Pax I 3D for 3 years agolove it and working great
