I was so anxious to get blood drawn from my 3 year old daughter, but we chose the Fort Lee location, which has experience dealing with young ones.The young gentleman who worked on her was incredible. I am really grateful, and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Surprisingly quick. I made an appointment for Wednesday at 11:15am and was seen by the staff at roughly 11:45am. I’m still shocked as I was expecting to be there for a while especially once I saw the waiting room was filled with people sitting.

Staff pleasant and professional with my daughter for her first blood draw. We did wait a bit for our appointment as the office was busy.My only suggestion is the facility is too small for such a busy operation. Especially with the pandemic, it felt like people were too close together.LabCorp is such a large company with strong financial resources they should invest in expanding this office and keeping it in better condition (paint peeling, automatic doors, ventilation etc. )

Great Experience!Janelle, the phlebotomist was excellent! She was professional, friendly, and put me at ease. She found my sometimes troublesome vein with ease!!!!! No pain!!!She is definitely a Keeper!Thank you, Janelle!

If I could give this place no stars I would. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. They will leave you on hold for a long time and send incomplete blood work to the doctors. Try a different place

I had very poor experience with the receptionist today. I waited for about 30 minutes outside, finally went in, self checked in, then receptionist is asking me to get out, since some one came in who has online booking- She has a smirk in her face and is purposely misbehaving- I hope you replace with well behaved staff.

I had a VERY poor experience here, I scheduled an appointment to receive a glucose test as I am 7 months pregnant, and the receptionist/staff was extremely rude, unhelpful and rushing me for an appointment that was SCHEDULED. I was not a walk in nor am I uneducated and rude. On top of having a yelling match with the receptionist, the other staff member rushed me to drink the glucose liquid didn’t even offer me a cup. When it was time to draw my blood work they did not even cover the incision with a bandaid and used tape. Bringing me a lot of unnecessary stress.

Walked in early morning to get some lab-work done with my son. We were out within 15 minutes despite not having an appointment. The technician lady was very nice and pleasant to my son. Parking is easy. Good job!

This labcorp makes geting blood drawn a piece of cake. Diana and Wendy are always so kind and considerate and they always get the vein on their first try! Make sure you make an appointment on labcorp.com beforehand so you dont have to wait.

Whenever Ive come to this LabCorp, its always been a smooth ride. They know what theyre doing here, and even if your veins have proved difficult in the past, youre not someones pin cushion here.Sometimes its busy and you have to wait, but they have a smooth procedure (sign-in, urine sample, wait until you can get your blood drawn).They dont make you wait around if you need to submit a sample that you can do at home (feces, for example). They give you what you need and send you packing (in a good way!) and youre out in 10 minutes, given its a good day.The best advice is try to go at a good time. Early afternoon is usually when I go, and theres only a few people waiting and the time goes by quickly.

1. Although the waiting room sign stated only 3 persons in the waiting room there were six.2. Temperture was not taken nor offered.3. There was no structure nor real order.NOT HAPPY OF THIS PERCEIVED DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT.

Second time I came to this location...Excellent service by Yanelkis, Cindy and Diana...I only like having my bloodwork done at this location because the office and patient area are Extremely Clean and I feel very safe with that high standard. I suggest you implement your hygienic standards from your other locations by having the Staff from Fort Lee providing them with suggestions and logistic procedures. Usually its packed so your best bet is an appointment. The girls doing the withdrawal are nice however today the front desk girl seemed bothered and when I left I had to wish her a nice day and she didnt even look up from her cell phone

Unbelievable!!! This place is a joke. The receptionist (Yanelkis) who also happened to draw my blood, was beyond RUDE!!!!! HOW DOES LABCORP KEEP PEOPLE LIKE THIS IN THEIR FACILITY ???? She has no people skills, no professionalism what so ever. She did not even greet me when I got in, which is common courtesy, but proceeded to tell me in a heavy tone of voice yes, what do you need? do you have appointment ? I said no I dont. Then she went and told me GO SIT in a bossy tone of voice. The way she asked me for my prescription, insurance card & ID was totally UNACCEPTABLE in an professional environment. I will never go back there ever again but thats beyond the point. I left feeling horrible from this place. Please dont go there!!

He is really nice, kind man. While taking blood out, he tried to made us being comfortble for that. He was, especially, good at taking out blood. Even though our blood lines were hard to find, he finished everything quickly and excellentely. Anything else was fine, too. I highly recommend here. Thank you.

I was hesitant to go to this location based on the reviews but I needed bloodwork done ASAP and this was the closest. I’m happy I did.As soon as I waked in, front desk staff was friendly and very funny! The wait was minimal but I was there as early as possible just in case. When I went in for the actual bloodwork, staff was courteous, smiling and engaging. Very kind and also humorous. All in all, a great experience.

I have, never in my life, seen a personnel that is as rude as these people. My appointment was at 8:15 am, and when I went there they told me that I cannot go in because I have to wait at least 40 mins. I told them that I cant wait I need to go back to work, thats why I scheduled an appointment, she said: If you want to wait you can wait, if not you can leave. How rude! why do you set appointments then? This was my second time here, and looks like it will be the last. First time when I went, and they withdrew my blood, they were very very very careless. Just to get the job done. I had a bruise for weeks. People, we dont come there for pleasure. Nobody enjoys being poked and injected just for fun. That means that we need to get that job done, and we want it done properly. Please, control your manners!!!

I had an excellent experience my first time here--Ive never had blood drawn so efficiently and painlessly. Technician was cheery, conversational, and clearly skilled. He made it feel more like a nice conversation with a friend (with a little bit of blood work on the side), rather than a slow, cold, nerve-wracking moment in a lab.Stopped by as a walk-in around 1 pm. on a Thursday and waited maybe 10 minutes, during which time someone came around and let me know that theyll be right with me--points for not ignoring their clients like some other places do! While I do agree with other reviewers in that their front-end service is sparse (there was nobody there when I came in), I waited for no more than 5 minutes to be helped. No complaints about the quality of the labor.

My 5 year old son was there to draw his blood today and the lady at the desk came to draw. She seemed so pissed off at everything and was treating my son with a MAJOR attitude. Cannot find any enthusiasm for her work, no kindness whatsoever or at least have some manner or customer service skills. If you dont want to work, just go home please. She shouldnt be working with kids especially with the needles. Never going to this place again. highly NOT RECOMMEND.

We used to just sign and sit. Now they brought in “technology” and you wait a looong line to enter the same info, name/address/DOB, that they already have into a check in computer.Terrible!!There are people who can’t see well, don’t speak English well, elderly etc. Really bad idea.I guess they want to speed up registration only to make it slower!

I’ve been coming here for years the place is always packed and understaffed. I arrived st 8:20 this morning and it was so busy that the patients were waiting in the hallway. I patiently waited 40 minutes before I went up to ask how much longer it would be. I mentioned that the prescription said “9 am before fasting” to make sure it was ok that it was a few minutes after nine and she immediately told me I wouldn’t make it and took my name off the list. She didn’t even acknowledge that I had waited and only cared that it meant one less patient for her. I went home and called my doctor and he said that as long as it was within two hours of waking up and on an empty stomach that there is wiggle room, and she should know that. I’m very annoyed at how dismissive she was and now i can’t get important blood work until May because I’m going back to school

The phlebotomist didn’t draw blood from me correctly. She left the tourniquet on for too long, which causes hemoconcentration. She cleaned the site, retouched it and didn’t clean it again. She didn’t invert the tubes. She didn’t write my information in front of me on the tube or made me verify. AND she didn’t do the 2-point check. Unprofessional.

The receptionist was rude, dismissive and inconsiderate. She truly needs customer service skills training. Although the location of the facility is convenient, it is somewhat shabby. On a positive note, the lab technicians were amicable and competent.

Both the Phlebotomists at this location are pathetic and extremely unskilled. I’ve had badly bruised arm with clots (which took 2-3 weeks to heal) on three separate occasions for a simple venipuncture. I’ve never had such an issue at other locations. Never going back to this Labcorp location.

Did not like this place at all. I agree that they are unprofessional and that they have no idea what they are doing. I went there for a blood test and they kept on trying to get blood out for five minutes! Finally I told them to stop and we booked another appointment. This has happened several times and I dont recommend this facility at all.

Very bad experience! I went there for my 5 years olds blood test, they put niddle in her arm but could not draw any blood, they keep trying and trying for almost one minute and my little one start crying. Finally I ask them to stop.This is so unprofessional!

This place is very cheap! The company only hired 1 employee to deal with all the customers! You have to wait for a few hours until you can go in. Very careless employees. DO NOT COME HERE. Please go somewhere else!

Stay Away from this facility! Here is my story. I for blood work on 2/20/2015. Apparently, they were too busy and disorganized so the doctor never received anything. I contacted Labcorp 1800 # and they couldnt find anything in their system. I have to waste time in March,2015 going back to Fort Lee and find the person who drew blood from me. She says she will contact Labcorp and fax over the results. It is now almost middle of march, and Labcorp still needs to research this issue. It seems that this is not an isolated case. NOT ALL Labcorp FACILITIES ARE EQUAL!

Today August 17 is the second time this month that I take my 5-year-old to have blood drawn, and I can tell you that the ladies who work there are very kind and my child felt very good about the treatment, they are Very professional and they have a good hand since my child is not complaining for the second time, and he does not turn purple where they draw the blood, I highly recommend this place if you have small children, if you ask for help they will give it to them with great pleasure . It is difficult and frustrating wherever patients go. In particular, a place where patients with disabilities must go to have their blood examined. But the receptionist will always be in trouble because they deal with difficult patients. Please, please be kind to the patient. Already a while ago, I moved to this place because it was too unkind and work was slow. Very good to move. The receptionist also kindly smiled and received the application. He also took charge of the body blood and smiled promptly and guided him to the entrance. Anyone in the medical business should have this attitude at least. If you cant do this, I want to ask you why you want to live in a medical relationship
