On hold for over an hour. Tanisha, the woman who finally answered the phone, has a horrible attitude. The entire system they have is dysfunctional, chaotic, and archaic. They should look at what other states are doing successfully and implement those practices here. Nothing is getting done in a timely manner and the citizens are suffering from it!

I havent got my covid result from c.b. Smith in 3 days. No one is answering. I was told to call the broward department and been on hold for an hour still and nothing. They dont care about peoples health nor covid.

I’m so disappointed with the staff that come to service Gateway Terrace community, my information on the Covid vaccine records is done wrong: my DOB is wrong and neither of then wanted to corrected, either they are lazy or don’t know how to used the computer but the error is the department who hired this people without knowledge of the job. I have call several times to the Broward county health department and nope answer . Hope this get to the state governor, so I’m with him in not vaccine passport is need for Florida.

Open parking lot, beautiful trees, visitor parking space in the front, masks and hand sanitizer in the front office available for use. Snacks 2 for $1 and coffee available however they ran out of coffee when I was there.

Ive Been trying to get in contact with an actual person for 2 hours being on hold the first 45mins a lady answered the phone and once she couldnt hear me she hung up... I waited 45minutes to speak to someone and for her to just hang up on me after waiting so long I am very disappointed in this business Customer Service please Hire Professional Respectful Attentive persons that actually wants to Work. Customer Service is a -10 for me. Horrible Communication Skills. Im actually calling back and still experiencing 20mins long hold this is crazy. You should at least have a CALL BACK SYSTEM

The Broward Covid vaccine website was down all day today from early morning. I read an online article from channel 10, it’s stated there was a phone number for the Department of Health, but we could book the appointment instead of beingonline. I waited 50 minutes On hold and then finally I was able to speak to an agent. She basically told me that they should’ve never printed that phone number because you could not make an appointment by Phone. Even after stating to her that the site has been down all day when the news is saying that it’s up. No appointment could be made that way.

People are coming to Florida from other parts of the country and getting the Covid Vaccine. We are residents here, over 65 years of age and, of course, taxpayers. The message appears every day that all appointments have been filled and to check back. How are these out of the state people able to fly in and receive it?

I brought my daughter there twice for immunization and both of my experiences were excellent. Easily arranged appointments on the phone. Two nurses who performed the vaccinations were very professional, knowledgable and so kind. All staff with whom we communicated were nice and respectful. Thankful to those great people.

Tried to call to report a pool that has not been taken care for over 3 years and could not get through. Tried multiple times. It is right behind 4409 Jackson St in Hollywood. Thinking about canceling a trip to visit because of Zinka. Scary to think that the county or city has not done anything about that pool for years.

An employee came into my office when no employees but myself were here. I was here doing ins only . she gave me a nasty look when i did not stop immediately and address her at the window and it was down hill from there. She came in an was very rude. I tried to tell her that I no not work in the back and and I was not sure where anything was kept. Her answer wasif I do not see everything today that I need and I have to come back you will be billed for this visit, Maybe next time she will call first. I did not have to let her into the office in the first place.

August 4th 2016 amid the Zika virus out break Broward County Health dept., phone in reporting of Sanitary nuisance is not working. I have made calls to Florida dept of health. Does anyone know how long this phone system has been inoperative? what a disgrace to our citizens! where is the urgency to fix this. Zika is here and your not listening!

I frequent this location for its WIC services and find it to be clean pleasant and friendly. Ive never experienced any issues with the professionalism of its employees or its promptness of their services.

The service as accessibility for the people is great. However, like in any government organization, the attitude of some people is disgusting. The lady who schedule the appointments told me I would have to wait there the whole day because they were running late. I asked if it was ok for me to go out in the meantime to eat something. With an arrogant and demanding tone she replied and why you didnt eat before coming here. All these low class employees develop some sort of authority delirium once they start working for some government service or agency. Same that happens at the dmv, immigration, usps, etc. Hope more people point out these failures so we can improve our system for all of us.

The dentist office here is terrible I showed up to 2 appointments only to be told that there was no doctors in no call or nothing to save me from a blank trip the 3rd appointment was not even helpful when i did get to see a so called dentist
