A week ago I had a right shoulder replacement reversal surgery. The hospital gave me a flimsy sling to go home with. 5 weeks before that I had had cervical spine fusion rebuilding. So when I gave me that sling in the hospital I said thats not going to work for me. I was not going to leave the hospital until I had a system I could work easy and comfortably with my left arm through this recovery of my right shoulder. The hospital Found Me This Global DME Solutions who came right to my hospital bed and fitted me to a very comfortable sling. I am so impressed with Bobby the owner and how he handled me and fitting me with this sling that I just had to write about his company and his product. His bedside manner is absolutely amazing dealing with me was just Im extremely positive experience and now its been a week out of the hospital and this sling has made me so much more comfortable and easy to take on and off for showers sleeping Exedra I have a masters in exercise and Sport Science and this sling was heaven sent to me as was Bobby and his company. I just hope that my orthopedic doctors rely on Bobby with his product and a service went way above and beyond to have me as comfortable as possible. Thank you Bobby

After 1.5 years and 2 visits a week to the doctor COVID prevented me from being able to continue my laser treatment in the clinical setting. My dermatologist recommended a hand held home device so my treatment could get back on track. After much delay because of staff issues at the dermatology office I received a call from Bobby at Global DME Solutions. They would be working with United Health Care to get authorization and make the DermaPal my doctor had prescribed. The device came a few weeks after being approved in the mail. Global DME and there staff are kind, courteous, professional and amazing to work with. It has been a few month since receiving the DermaPal and once again my care is on track. I am grateful Global DME Solution’s, Bobby and his staff all worked to get my insurance to cover the device and have provided outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate referring others to them.

My initial impression was very good. Turned out to be a bad experience and that’s putting it mildly. If you have insurance, they should not ask your for any money up front. I learned that the hard way. The owner asked me for $500.up front which I gave in good faith tho I thought it was a high amount. I received my EOB and my equipment was 100% covered by insurance but only a $100 of my up front money was refunded and the owner kept $400 of my deposit. I’m pursuing recouping the remainder.Happy to receive my full refund after my insurance intervened!

I take care of a a 88 young lady and she need a brace for her drop wrist I mean a great brace and Bobby was great made sure to show her how to work everything because she needed a special brace that you could make 10 degrees to 40 degrees and with medical supplie braces it was hard to find but Bobby was able to get it.
