I love this studio! I start practicing there in 2018 & now I take their zoom classes. The staff is great. Many of them do yoga competitively & they are committed to being a teaching studio. Ive practiced many places but I always come back to Prana Yoga 💕🕊️🙏

I have been going to Ben for the past ten years for deep tissue massage to help my sciatica. It has been nothing short of a miracle with how much it helps and keeps me out of surgery and medications. I highly recommend Ben as a massage therapist. He is a massage God.

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The studio offers an assortment of classes which are available for those who prefer to practice early in the morning or in the evening. Additionally, the studio is clean and well maintained.

Ive been going to Prana for several years because this studio has so much to offer! The Prana community, first of all, is incredible, everyone is welcoming and kind and friendly and it makes students really feel comfortable and at home no matter their prior yoga experience. I love how they offer a diversity of classes - 26&2 (Bikram), Vinyasa, Yin, and HIIT. They also have 2 studios which means they have double the options for times, plus the studios are a reasonable size, in other words, they arent gigantic rooms packed full of 50+ people. I really appreciate how they keeps the class sizes small bc it means the teachers can give students feedback during class.

Being new to Yoga, I was looking forward to learning about Yoga and benefits of the alignment of energy. What I received was a judgmental introduction, because of my appearance being less than yoga like. The intro was along the lines of (you gorilla you no know yoga LOL I can laugh because I’m kind of used to that LABLES) , no help, no spirituality and no direction. The reason I didn’t give it one star, I believe had I continued coming at about week 5 they may have been able to start to looking past the bodybuilder appearance, the stigma that comes along with it, and seen the introverted shy guy that has dedicated his search to spirituality. That all being said and an honest observation, the teachers definitely know the movements and the respective Sanskrit names, and are able to guid advanced participants well. Therefore if your looking for a good sweat and exercise, and are not afraid of the consequences of poorly executed Yoga or already have a solid foundation, Prana will definitely do the trick.

One of my favorite yoga studios, they know how to do Hot Yoga!! It is geared for everybody whether you are a beginner or advanced students. All the teachers and students are so welcoming to new people. I just love this community! The owner has done a fantastic job!!

Ive been practicing here for 3 years now and have honestly never had a bad experience. The facility is awesome, and the teachers are friendly, professional and genuinely care about their students. The owner takes great pride in running an amazing studio and it shows in every way. The second I walk through the door my day gets better. Highly recommend, obviously!

Every time I leave Prana after a massage I’m healed. All of the massage therapists there are amazing. Ben is my personal favorite and really has found his calling as a healer through massage. They offer great deals and a membership that makes it possible to go regularly and truly see the benefits. I highly recommend them.

I rarely leave reviews, but I do rely on others that leave reviews. This time I felt it was important to review. I am a massage therapist/owner of my own business for 15 years. I just had a one hour reflexology massage by John and then a one hour deep tissue massage by Ben. Both were excellent and I am very picky about my massages. It was a very nice place and professional. I wish I lived in the area or I would definitely become a regular here. I was just visiting here from Kansas on vacation. Way to go Prana! I would highly recommend!!!!

Ive been going to this studio for 11 years and it keeps getting better. The instructors are excellent! They are very knowledgeable and encouraging. The owner also brings in guest instructors for special seminars. The facility is exceptionally clean, particularly for a hot yoga studio. They massage studio next door is also excellent and very convenient to have both side by side.

I was visiting town and saw the great reviews for this studio, so I tried it out. I would love to be able to practice here every morning. There are a lot of windows in the room, and they face the sun rise so the room gradually brightens the room as the class goes on. It was a really lovely experience. I wish I could remember the instructors name; the way she lead us through class was refreshing, challenging, and inspiring. It would be really helpful if the hours were updated on this listing, which note the studio opens at 6:30 a.m. The class I went to on Friday, March 10, 2017 began at 6:00 a.m.

The Best!

Ive been a patient at Prana for years and theyve been with me through training for an ironman, recovering from an ironman and all kinds of other activities that tax my body. I also appreciate that among their therapists, each of them has specialities, so you are covered for whatever you need. This is by far one of the most professional massage therapy businesses in Fort Lauderdale and I really appreciate their care.

Been practicing at this beautiful studio for well over two years now. Its an amazing space with even more amazing teachers! Comes with a really great community of yogis to boot. One of my favorite, if not my most favorite, studio Ive practiced at. Whether youre just starting out or been practicing for decades, this is the spot!

Very clean. Includes everything needed to provide an atmosphere conducive to yoga. The whole place has a great energy. Most importantly, the teachers whose classes I’ve had the pleasure of taking were knowledgeable, experienced and energetic.

Husband and wife owners, share this new location massage/yoga studio and it has 3 womens showers and two bathrooms in the womens changing area. Large high ceiling hot room! Clean, modern facility. Some yoga gear offered as well as Kangen water, coconut water, Smart water. Easy payment options and helpful friendly instructions. Also, you can use the babysitting they offer if you need. Great sweaty yoga community!

This Bikram Yoga studio is the best one in Florida. The place is very beautiful, clean, huge yoga room; gorgeous changing rooms, reception is very modern. The experience of practicing there is fantastic.The teachers are very, very nice.Come and check it out by far the best hot yoga studio in South Florida.

From start to finish my wife Jasmine and I had an amazing experience! Checkin easy, class sizes and studios perfect, yoga community very friendly with lots of regulars. Instructors Penelope, Lizzie and David all top notch. We took Lizzies Flow class and she led us through a very challenging set of Asanas at pace. Great tempo and delivery and her demeanor was light, funny and chill!We took Davids Bikram class and again another homerun! Davids verbal cuing was so exact that he could get you into the best pose available to you. He was also very light and humorous in his approach which is a gift of energy in such a hot and challenging class! Penelope is a an amazing instructor as well and her presence is so genuine and calming as she delivers a very challenging class! Simply the best place for Yoga in South Florida and perhaps the US, professional teachers and a professionally run place, clean and modern and tons of classes available. Sadly its too far away for me to go daily, but Its worth the drive when I can.

I’ve benefitted tremendously from massage therapy sessions with Stephanie Miller and her arsenal of specialized techniques like neurostim, cupping, lymphstar & fascia tools - it was absolute magic for my neck, shoulders, and back.

The business as a whole is inspiring. The staff, the spa, the maintenance of it....I am very grateful I have found a place I Love. The have worked with me when needed as a customer and pushed me when needed at class very tactfully. I so very highly recommend it.

I have to start this off by saying that my LMT is absolutely amazing and this review is no way reflective of her!Now for the issue...Absolutely terrible Front Office Staff. I have rarely encountered anyone with less elegance and grace, to put it nicely. While trying to simply pay for my massage the woman working the front desk made me wait for over 10 minutes while she was working on the computer and complaining about items unrelated to me. She then proceeds to tell me they canceled my membership although I was paying it for the last several months. When I asked why they would cancel someones membership without contacting them, the lady replied they were doing it for my best interest. At one point she was calling me a liar saying that I was contacted by the owner. She even mentioned an email I had written to them asking about my membership over two weeks ago, which I never received a response from. From the beginning, for some reason, this woman was extremely nasty and defensive as soon as walked to the counter. Seems like it is usually the people who are disorganized and incompetent who try and push the blame instead of working together to correct the problem. Hope the owner takes this type of issue serious as I will destroy their business.

Prana body work has great teachers, relaxing environment, soul and very effective classes. Highly recommend you give them a try.

One of the best experiences

Im pretty new to yoga. I began on my own, doing it at my house with p90x and some other videos. Bikram is the first time I practiced in a studio setting. I felt welcome right when I got there. I did the beginner bikram session which I would recommend for beginners. The poses are pretty mild and easy, but the heat is something that will make the workout more difficult. The people in the class are friendly and there are plenty of beginners there, so dont feel Intimidated! If you feel light headed, dizzy, or tired you can just rest and work on your breathing. This is something youll see lots of ppl doing and it doesnt disrupt the class at all.I purchased 3 sessions to get a feel for it and Im considering doing the unlimited membership now.

They need to take a class in customer service. When I tried to schedule a massage, I was told the massage therapist on duty would not accept the groupon. The woman who answered the phone made me feel like my discount business was not welcome. Bait and switch/scam! Definitely lost my business, as well as everyone I told about the experience. Shame on them!

A relatively new member to the Bikram community, my new found passion and confidence developed up north at BYMV found me looking for a place to practice while on vacation for two weeks. PACHI and the other great teachers at BHY, Ft. Lauderdale provided great instruction and a wonderful experience for my time away. GREAT Studio!!My home studio is Ann Arbor Bikram yoga in MI. I have a second home in Lauderdale by the sea. I found this Fort Lauderdale Bikram studio it is clean friendly and great teachers. I have been to a couple other studios in Fort Lauderdale and they were not as nice. I highly recommend this studio.

Ben is awesome! Ive given and recieved a lot of body work as a licensed massage therapist and chiropractor and this guy is the real deal! My regret is that I live in Boston and can only see him while visting, which I do every time Im there, sometimes more than once. :-) ! As Ive told him, if he lived in Boston Id steal him and have him work in my office and if I lived in Fort Lauderdale Id spend all my money on him! They have some sort of discount program as well for the locals but unfortunately Im not around enough to take advantage of it. Do yourself a favor and book the 90 minutes, youre worth it!
