Justine is a professional stretching person with lots of techniques and knowledge on specific body parts that need worked on. I highly recommend her for your body tightness, stiffness and pain.

Justine is a wonderful stretch therapist. I found her on my third try after visiting places like Massage Envy and Stretch Zone, who try but just dont get it like Justine. She is professionally trained in Active Isolation Stretch, which is different since it is a whole protocol designed by expert, Aaron Mattes. When I walk out of her office, I feel limber and having suffered from chronic lower back pain this has made a world of difference. She really knows her stuff!!
