This massage was THE BEST deep tissue massage I have ever had, and Ive had many. I have been a practicing massage therapist for 18 years. Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, TriggerPoint Therapy, and Reflexology are my fortes. I was taught by a Chinese couple Im Philadelphia, and what I experienced at Acupoint Massage with David was the ultimate experience of what my teachers tried to teach me.I was greeted by Emily, the owner, who was very sweet and welcoming. We chatted a bit about the business which shes had for over 10 years, the first seven in Pompano, and the last three being in Fort Lauderdale. She walked me upstairs to their beautifully laid out massage space which was very bright, clean, and comfortable. She introduced me to David, and he took me into another world from there. He found all of my trouble spots without me even telling him, and showed me some I didnt realize I had. It was an intense massage just the way I wanted. He checked in making sure I was comfortable. By the end my formerly tight body felt like a wet noodle.Afterwards, I rode my bike to the beach and let the ocean massage me the rest of the way for a few hours. Soaking in Epsom salt is very good to do after a massage. The ocean is the biggest tub of salt water there is. I also massaged my mind with a book. I woke up this morning and got out of bed and strolled to the bathroom and realized I wasnt stiff at all! I feel like my 20 year old body, and thats great for being 41 now.Acupoint Massage is in a perfect location for you to have a beautiful day of self care all around. Great massage, go here! David gave a very professional relaxing massage and also relieved a lot of my upper back pain due to over working in the service industry. I communicated my problem area before the massage and he did a wonderful job . $70 for an hour plus tip of course, I walked out very glad I tried a new small business that did a great job. This is the right spa for me came. I am glad came here for amazing massage by a massage therapist her is May.she has 30 years experience for all tapes the massage.I planed for one hour when I came.but her massage was different.I add another one hour more.my neck and my shoulders was so painful.my Lowe back too……after massage from may.my body doesn’t feeling any pain at all! Just went for a couples massage and our massages were decent but when I went to pay and entered $20 as the tip amount the old lady who gave me my massage started yelling saying that $20 was for just one massage and that I needed to tip more. This was for a 60 minute massage and the total charge before tip was $138 so $20 would have been 15% which I felt was reasonable and not worthy of a scolding. So after her and I going back and forth about it for several minutes I finally caved and told her Id give $30 which she said still wasnt enough but she at least typed it in for me and allowed me to leave. As soon as I left I seriously regretted letting her get away with that. I felt like she had stolen money right out of my pocket! So unless youre like getting yelled at for not tipping enough for a so so massage I recommend you go to a different place!

I had a 90 minute massage from Jack last night and he’s incredible! He knows exactly what he’s doing and worked out some major tightness in my back and feet. I’m looking forward to booking with Jack again. I’m sure Jack excels at different types of massage but if you like intense deep massages, he’s the man. Reasonable prices and the space is aesthetically pleasing.

Had a half hour massage from Jack. Was probably the best healing massage I ever had. After reading bad review about a really bad massage from Yo-yo, I made sure she didn’t do my massage. I told the boss that I didn’t want Yo-yo and she said she is already fired. Been there several times and only had one experience that was average. Rest were excellent.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! I was a little sketched out upon arrival but the staff quickly made me feel comfortable. Bill did an AMAZING job with my massage. He was thorough and took his time to make sure I didn’t have any knots left. Another bonus is the affordable price! Would highly recommend Acupoint Massage.

All that glitter isnt gold. This place is amazing yet a very simple massage studio with maybe 10 tables, was very clean, and massage was one of the best Ive had in awhile. The first 25 mins she never used any lotion and just massages through the towel with her elbow which felt awesome. I hate going to fancy spas where they cover you with lotion from head to toe. This place rocks. Cheap too 59 bucks for an hour and worth every penny.

Aggressive massage from Yuyu, I felt pain after the massage for couple of days she’s so bad. She do the back massage for 45 minutes then 10 minutes for the rest of the body, and she won’t touch the feet.

I needed a massage after traveling and hiking through Peru, and found Acupoint by chance. After being told of the price for an hour, the lady asked for tips in cash.Unfortunately not having any cash on me, she advised it will not be a problem and led me for my massage.I asked for a hard massage knowing I wanted something deep in order to relief some of the muscle pain I’ve been experiencing in my upper back, I was surprised when the massage did not move pass what I considered a medium massage.I knew that people’s perceptions of what is soft, medium or hard may different from my own, I was prepared to absorb it and leave it. However, after the massage, the topic of tips came up again, and I was asked how much I would like to tip. After a quick calculation, I worked out 15% of $55 was around $8, so I offered $10. The lady had the nerve to scoff at my offer and instead demanded $15.Not only was I left with an unsatisfactory massage, but the lady was pushy with asking for tips in cash, and was rude when offered a more then generous tip.Take caution when visiting this business!

They scheduled massage for 8pm, I came at 7:45, waited till 8:30pm, the massage therapist said that he does not want to do massage today, since it’s too late. Its first time I saw service like that.

My back was in terrible pain from a long driving trip into Ft. Lauderdale and I decided to try this place out. After one hour of deep massage with Amy I felt much better.
