First time at this facility, and pleasantly surprised on the excellence in customer service I was provided. While I normally visit MD Now, I decided to give this location a chance. What I liked the most was A) The ease of patient registration B) The speed in service C) Honest and genuine care and interest for their patients. Dr. Game was honest and she is not in the business of treating people as numbers or Dollar signs, which is rare to encounter nowadays. Overall, I would come back again. I like the family feel of the establishment and their professionalism. Keep it up guys you are doing a great job in serving your community with reliable and compassionate care!

Must say I don’t typically leave reviews of medical facilities as I’m mainly just a food guy but I wanted to ensure others have the opportunity to go to Pronto instead of the commercially known urgent cares. I’m not going to go into detail on the medical issue and reason for going but suffice it to say; I considered going to a nearby ER, then considered MD Now and a few others but after reading all the bad reviews of those places I gave Pronto a tryThe staff was courteous and efficient, the nurses were helpful and caring and the main physician Dr. Game was excellent. While of course there were wait times, they were much less than any other medical facility I’ve been to, and for less cost as well. If I were the owner, I would put some money into sprucing up the overall look of the place so it’ll be more inviting; some nicer modern furniture and a fresh coat of paint in each room would go a long way. But the medical care was perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pronto to others when non emergency services are needed

I came in for a walk in visit and Dr Game is very kind and intelligent! She takes her time to answer questions throughly to make sure you understand. The staff is also very friendly. The pricing of the visit and testing is very fair compared to other places around. Very happy with my visit!

After a stupid accident on a Sunday while on a trip down to the Fort Lauderdale area, I needed to get stitches on my face. I am glad that I came to Pronto as, Dr. Maria stitched me right up with a level of care and professionalism that was second to none. Dr. Maria Game is an outstanding doctor complemented by her Medical Assistants Isabella Castillo and Remi Delva. They are not only pleasant and accommodating, but also highly efficient. If you find yourself in need of urgent care this is the place to go. They accept Medicare and other insurance I never heard of before. I highly recommend dr Game and all the nurses at Pronto Urgent care. She is knowledgeable and very caring. After my visit she was texting and calling me every other day to check how I was feeling. Not to mention that drawing blood was always a nightmare for me. I used to leave the labs with several pinches on both arms and huge bruises. Not the case with Dr Game, she was able to find my vein from the first time and I didn’t even feel anything.

The doctor was kind and professional. I sort of wish they could have come faster. I was in a lot of pain but she did a good job with cleaning my wound and stitches. It is a good urgent care in Fort Lauderdale.

I have worked with Pronto Urgent Care on two occasions. Both times there was a sense of urgency in getting test results prior to a surgery and an international trip. On both occasions, the staff and physicians were extremely helpful and caring. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Victoria. She was kind, caring, personable and went far beyond to help me get the results that I needed for travel. I have never received such professional and caring service from a medical facility. Of course, I have told many people about Pronto Urgent Care, and I will continue to do so. I hope that others will have the opportunity to work with medical professionals like Victoria, Maria and Barbara. I will continue to go back and highly recommend them.

Doctor Game is Quite possibly the best doctor experience I have ever had! Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly and professional. They do everything they can to make your visit as easy as possible.And last but not least, Victoria whos working at the front desk was super courteous, respectful and helpful!!

I took a friend to Pronto on a Saturday morning. He was going on an unexpected trip on Tuesday morning and need a virus test. We called Friday evening but they were already closed, but we took a chance and went before they opened on Saturday. When they did open the doors they took him right away. I believe it was the women whos photo is on the website.She could not have been be more helpful and kind. Since he had no medical insurance he paid by credit card....it was a fair price.....On Monday morning we had the results, and he was negative and was able to travel on Tuesday. I have recommended Pronto to two other friends and they were most pleased with the service.

If I could leave negative stars, I would! Dr. Game is very rude and does not have good bedside manner. She has no patience, and she is not a good doctor. That place is a joke. They attempted to draw blood and after 5 veni-punctures!!! Yes 5! They still couldnt get a vein. I am a nurse and have never seen an office this disorganized and unprofessional in my career. They kept telling me my results would be ready and when I came in for the next appointment. Nothing was ready and I had to wait another 2-4 days. They do not reach out to tell you anything, you have to be the one to call and be diligent to get results. They want you to fill out the same paperwork over and over again. It does not make any sense! GO TO ANOTHER DR. PLEASE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!

Every single person including the Dr. we’re so knowledgeable and helpful. Omar made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was so compassionate and knew exactly what she was doing. Just an overall good visit.

Contacted the office to take a PCR test for travel the nurse stated the results take 24hrs. Booked our appointment and return the next day to be turned around saying the doctor was not in. We returned again later that evening on the promise the same 24hr turn around. Returned...... took the test and waited. 24hrs passed NO RESULTS 48HOURS NO RESULTS just lies and promises!!!! Got a call from Stephanie stated shes from the Lab with a bunch of lies and promises MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Missed our flight because the results didnt come back until almost 4days later. They promised to compensate us for travel back to the Bahamas as flights were not daily due to covid. She answered the calls until the results were returned and blocked us after. I would not recommend them EVER again! Inconsiderate and unprofessional!

Dr. Game is a most exceptional doctor. She is extremely empathetic, smart, intuitive, and spends a lot of time to listen to patient symptoms. Then, she does the exam and quickly figures out what to do. Her treatment plans work. The breath of her skills, her compassion, and her innate nature to do good are so rare in this world of doctors, many of whom just want to hurry up and get to the next patient. Dr. Game has lots of treatment rooms and her offices are super clean. I had an appointment, and she was right on time. The doctor and her staff are exceptional...they really care. Even though they are very busy at the moment testing for Covid, they take the time to relate to each patient. Made an appt for my family and I. Was told our insurance was accepted. Upon arrival, we were then told that our insurance was not accepted, and ‘the person you spoke with/made appt with gave you the wrong information.’We were subsequently offered ‘discounted pricing’ because we were out of network.I believe this is a shady business practice at best, and I would think of other options available locally in the area.

On Monday went for a Covid test, they were very understaffed. They assured me they would contact me within 48 hours with my results. I called Wednesday they said they didn’t have the result yet, I call Thursday and I get no answer on the phone. Here I am Friday morning and I still have not been contacted by the office, at this point I doubt I ever will.

No place is better than this one hands down.1 clean2 professionals3 all-around very nice people working there warm and welcoming .If you happen to go there please ask for VICTORIA she’s the best five stars

I have been here two times. The staff is always friendly, professional and welcoming. I have white coat syndrome and on my second visit my blood pressure was normal it’s usually through the roof I hate going to drs. That’s how comfortable I felt after my first visit. I drive several miles when my insurance is accepted at a facility a mile away? Why? The doctor listens to you and asks questions in detail to diagnose and decide the best treatment. I went at 2:00 today diagnosed with bronchitis and at 9:30pm I’m feeling SO much better already. Back to work tomorrow!I own a medical massage practice and constantly refer people who see me including all my friends and neighbors. Wherever you live in Broward it’s worth the drive. And if you don’t have insurance it’s reasonable. I love this place 5 star service.

I cannot say enough of how wonderful Dr. Maria is. She is professional, gentle and has a great bedside manner. Her place is spotless, and she immidiately put me at ease with her care and attention. I can only imagine what our Drs are experiencing right now with the pandemic, but Dr Maria is handling with grace, and skill. Would highly recommend if needing a COVID test, and will be back for anything else I may need in the future.

WORST service ever. Both the doctor and assistant are SUPER RUDE and disorganized. Doctor Game keeps rising the price and complains about the work she has to get done. Even if you make an appointment for a certain time you have to wait hours to get tested/attended. This place is just a mess. HORRIBLE experience, I would never come back.

My opinion of this office has changed a couple times but I think I was right initially. I was tested a week ago today for STDs and STI‘s and those tests should take no longer than a few days to get results back. It’s ban a a week today and they still don’t have the results. You can blame a lot of things on Covid but this is a tough one because LabCorp is the company that does the actual testing and if pronto urgent care was taking their time to get the samples to the lab then not only can bad and I get a false reading, but I could also end up getting the wrong treatment. So I’m gonna stick with my original review and say that you should probably look into other places if you can. There are are several fake reviews on here because it brings them in more business (like me) and that’s what they told me. Lots of companies are doing that now, just be careful what you sign up for.One more thing - they do not call when the results are in. I had to call them. So keep that in mind, and stay on top of it if you want your results back ASAP.

I needed some test done and she followed up to get answers for me right away because she was concerned about my health and wanted to ease my mind . She is so bright and humble. This location is a Chinese fire drill with long waits and LOTS OF DRAMA with people across the hall yelling and crying. I spent 1.5 hours in the waiting room yesterday then to be told they could not take my blood test because I only ate some grapes in the last 24 hours???? So I returned early today and sat in the office for 80 minutes until I was told it was another 75 dollars for the blood work on top of the 90 dollars I paid the day before so after sending 3 hours waiting I can away with NOTHING BUT LOST TIME

I went to Pronto for blood pressure and blood screen testing.I am an x ray tech and have seen my share of hospitals, doctors offices and other urgent care clinics and right away I was impressed on how clean and hygienic the facility was.I was greeted by a kind , nice gentleman named Dave the part owner who handed me the paper work. As soon as I was finished Dr.Maria Game introduced herself as I was glancing at her medical school degrees and other certifications which made me feel my daughter gave me a terrific choice of recommending Pronto. After talking to Dr.Game for 5 minutes it is was obvious she is very knowledgeable , sweet and truly cares for people. She took my pressure a few times and went over each line on the blood screen with me as we discussed options to improve my health. If you want a clean facility with no or little wait time with a terrific and knowledgeable staff that truly cares I strongly recommend this group.

If its your First time using urgent care go here. My 90 year old Mom had not been herself for the last 2 months.We went to our regular primary dr. but got no satisfaction. We told Dr. Maria our whole story going back a few months. She is an excellent listener. She did labs and 3 days later she had the results. We are very satisfied with Pronto Urgent Care. Staff and Dr. A+. We now have a much clearer pic of my mothers health and now know the direction we need to move forward.

If you want to come here for covid testing and are willing to wait for hours, be treated poorly, and be in room packed with people who have covid... then this is the place. Making an appointment was tedious with Ms. Game. Took me 2 days to make an appointment for 3 people. Then when we came to get tested it was packed with people inside and outside. As well as there was somebody laying on the ground outside the main entrance. We waited for hours to get tested and when we called go see when we were going to get tested doctor told us that she has too many patients and that she has patients with covid waiting as well. After getting tested and coming back a couple of days to get the results the doctor made us wait for 4 hours before giving us the results. I live 1:30 min away which is why i had to wait. That office is a chaos. Everybody in there works with such a bad attitude and the mood in there is just not that great and its because nobody there is organized. They overflow the place with patients by giving out appointments to several people at the same time. There is no social distancing inside the complex aside from waiting in your car for you to get tested. I recommend you find another place other than this one. There are more options so dont waste your time like i did.

Of all the doctors I’ve been to for countless reasons over the years, the doctor and staff here were AMAZING. The professionalism, tact, kindness, and bedside manner cannot be touched anywhere else. If you haven’t stopped in here, please do. They will take excellent care of you. They definitely put the care into urgent care.

I can’t say enough nice things about Pronto and my experience there. I came in about 30 minutes before their scheduled closing and felt bad about keeping the staff there, however it was a bit of an emergency. Krystal at the front was kind and patient and I waited no more than 10 minutes for the doctor. The doctor was so friendly and made me feel calm, she wasn’t in a hurry and I felt as though she was very thorough. In addition, the pricing is very clear as it listed on a board and costs much less than other bigger urgent care chains. I will recommend Pronto urgent care to any and all.

Absolutely 5 stars! I was greeted friendly on phone when I called and asked if I could do my annual with short notice and when I arrived I was welcomed by the same polite and friendly note.Very clean and modern inside and did not have to wait many minutes until I was taken to a room for my vitals. Once again, only a few minutes wait until Dr Maria Game came in and did the most complete checkup I ever had on a annual!Dr Game made me feel calm and she seemed like she actually cared and listened and asked questions and took her time, not like the usual and fast visits where it seems like the doctors always are in a hurry. I became deaf in my right ear. In the past on a few occasions I visited Helix urgent care. Before going to Helix I called them to get an approximate price to clean my ears, they quoted including the doctors visit $225. My wife suggested I call Pronto urgent care and got a price of $99 including the doctors visit, the gentleman that answered the phone sounded friendly and professional and said come in anytime, the following day I went to Pronto urgent care the morden building was easy to find and immaculate inside and out. Maria Game, MD took my blood pressure etc. and proceeded to check my ears which were full of wax, because the wax got so hard she suggested that I come back in three days after taking drops each day to help loosen the wax, it became a little bit painful the next day, I called and went back to see her she couldn’t find anything wrong but as a safety precaution, suggested I take antibiotics which she was able to supply. About three days later I went back to see Dr. Game and she was able to remove all the wax from both ears. I was astonished at how much was removed and it was so nice to be able to hear clearly again. I also asked for a flu shot which they were able to perform. Because I had now made 3 visits to Pronto urgent care I presumed I would have to pay more than the $99. I offered to pay more which they wouldn’t except. Dr. Game is a genuinely warm hearted and professional ,Obviously enjoys her work and helping people get well.

I visited another nearby Urgent Care Center first, but the smell of air freshener were so overwhelming that I began choking. The admissions staff was also very uncaring. So I left and drove over to Pronto Urgent Care. The place was very clean, the staff were very courteous and caring. I was seen in a short amount of time and the doctor spent a lot of time with me to understand and explain what was wrong with me.I initially chose the other Urgent Care Center because I saw online that this was a new facility. However the new facility didn’t mean the I was going to receive good care. I’m very glad I left the other facility and came to Pronto Urgent Care.

Exceptional customer service and care. I came in due to a knee injury. I was seen within 10-15mins to include filling out paperwork. Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the back office. While we were vacationing in Fort Lauderdale, my son needed stitches on his eyebrow area after being hit in the eye with a squirt gun. The doctor took her time with him, explained everything she was doing, told him what to expect as far as pain. She made a somewhat scary situation more of a learning experience for him. I was very impressed and very relieved to find such a great doctor so close to our hotel!

Dr. Game was attentive, patient with our questions and concerns, and treated us all with kindness during our visit. Her diagnosis and treatment was spot on, and she remembered details during our follow up. She also promptly returned a phone call before we left the area for home.

Thank you DR Game !i had a bad cough , trouble breathing figured it was a bad cold .getting worse a friend recommended Pronto .The receptionist took my pulse , and within minutes i was greeted by Dr Game .she administered oxygen , took x rays , and various other proceedures .over an hour of intense scrutiny , she decided i should go directley to the hospital .DR Game clearly explained my situation however i decided i would handlethis at home .Even though there were other patients in the waiting room , taking my hand , a slight squeeze , and over the next few minutes convinced me with her official note to go immediately to the ER .I was entered within minutes .two hours later , the hospital doctors confirmed Dr. Games prognosis was correct .I was released two days later , having avoided a stroke !!First , Dr. Game knows her stuff .Second , her charges were more than reasonable , beyond fair .She was more concerned with my condition than my credit rating .Highly highly recomended .

Went here with a sprained ankle and the desk receptionist was reluctant to treat someone who was out of state or asked to upcharge non-florida residents for $150 just to get in the doors and then additional charges for any extra services needed, she also wouldn’t take medical insurance

Doctor is very responsible.

This doctor is super rude, treats her employees like garbage, yells at them and their fights can be heard from the clinic lobby.  The place is dirty, the walls without paint, disorganized, the coffee machine dirty and without sugar or sweetener.  Low lighting and the attention of the pessimistic doctor, she only cares about your money.  The truth is that it is not recommended that someone who feels bad visit a place with such bad energy and treatment.

They are supposed to charge $ 100 per patient to me, they charged me $ 150 per patient and apart from the fact that the doctor has no patience with the elderly !!!!
