Kept saying doing fine. He wasn’t. Remission treatments should have stopped. He was in remission but the continued treatments destroyed his muscles starting with his legs until end. No one took note of that and just looked at blood tests only.

It is difficult to start with a new doctor when you are on a chemotherapy regiment that has allowed you to continue living a full life. I was immediately reassured by Dr. Lessen and his dedicated friendly staff and I have been monitored closely since moving to Florida. The practice has long since outgrown the rabbit warren space and waits are inevitable. However, it is worth it for the wonderful care.

Dr.Lessen is a kind caring man. He gave a great gift to mankind to care for people in their worst times. He has a positive attitude and a willingness to heal and help. I know this from personal experience and l recommend him highly. Thank you

I am writing this review as i have much frustration over the incompetency of this office.My husband has been seen by Dr Lessen for over a year due to his blood that is too thick, saying his body produces too much blood too fast, hundreds of blood tests done and he still cant find the cause. Last April he suffered a heart attack, and a lung embolism.Been seeing Dr Lessen since and still no answer.Last visit we waited to be seen at his appt. He was supposed to give us the result on, yes more blood tests costing us over 500.00 out of pocket! 2 hours later we had to walk out.Now last Friday we go to blood one with prescription in hand to get his blood drawn and the script was missing a code so Blood One requested to them to fax over the code, guess what 1 hr later nothing, we rescheduled for 5 days later, called to confirm they got the fax and we are all still waiting. Numerous amounts of calles to Lessens office and still nothing, now all i get are voice mails. We will never return there.

The office needs to follow up when messages are left! Would be very helpful and save lots of time for some patients if email was available.

I recently wrote a negative review about this office, I am retracting my comments, Later I found out the girl I was talking to was new in the office, It had absolutely nothing to do with Dr Lessen, He has been nothing but caring and very professional during my husbands ordeal with some seriouse health issues.Once he heard about the incident that upset us to the point of me writing the past review he took care of the problem in a very respectful and professional manner, as well as making sure his staff would get us back in the office with his appologies, were are so glad we listened and went back to him.He has also found what may have been causing my husbands health problem, as we found out later, it is a very rare condition, and Dr Lessens persistance and through many tests and unwillingness to give up has found the cause of the problem.I truly feel I owe him and the rest of his staff an appology.We are very happy we came back, and very grateful to him and his staff in been so loving and caring.I will go out of my way to recomend Dr Lessen from now on!Name on my past review,Dolly Cabrera

Thorough and caring doctor he runs tests that are necessary to properly assess and diagnose you . He is also very personable and takes the time to answer your questions !!
