We stopped in and they did not have an appointment available so we made an appointment and gave them all of our information to come back at 2pm. We go back arriving exactly in time and they gave our slots away… probably because we booked 30 minutes instead of an hour. I DO NOT recommend, not only because of what they did but it did not have a nice or clean atmosphere

They do amazing DEEP TISSUE massages here, not a soft cute massage some might be used at expensive resorts; you share a large room with other people instead of a small private room; very relaxing atmosphere.Really affordable price. I thought there must be a catch but it was an amazing massage. I got the full body 1hr massage for $45 And 90 minutes is $70. Mike did a great job with my neck, back and hamstrings. The staff was friendly. 10/10 would recommend but do know it is deep tissue massages in case you are used to soft gentle massages lol

This place is the best. If you like a rough/deep tissue massage like me this is the place to go! I’ve gotten many massages here over the years and all of them were really good and affordable. I like to go here after I’m feeling sore from working out and need a quick fix up.Set your expectations when you go though: You’re in a room with other people but fully clothed so it’s not a typical spa experience. More like a traditional Thai massage that I’ve had in Thailand. They put a lot of focus on pressure points, and stretch you out.Fantastic!!

Worst experience and massage of my life as I am now in a chiropractor office 2 days later and cannot walk because I have a pinched nerve due to the massage I received on Saturday night from this place. Came today for my first time and the massage was great. The big dark blue room they put you in had a relaxing atmosphere and Is decorated nicely. Customer service at front was a pleasure. Will definitely be coming again!Edit: woke up with back pains that I didn’t even previously had. Heaven Foot Massage is family owned and operated business that I have been going to for about 7 years. I have seen the business grow from one store front to two. There is a good reason for their growth, the excellent customer service and awesome massages for a great value.I typically come once a week and have received outstanding foot and body massages for $35 for an hour. I prefer deep tissue and that’s what Heaven Foot Massage provides. I have lower back and shoulder issues and my therapists are able to alleviate the pain I experience.The massages are done with clothes on and in open bay with 5 stations at each side. There is ambient lighting and New Age music playing in the background which facilitates a relaxing environment. The therapist are all gentlemen and are very professional. You can ask for more of light massage if that is your wish but I come here for deep tissue. I recommend that you wear comfortable clothes and sandals for the session.I am extremely satisfied with Heaven Foot Massage and highly recommended them!

What a relaxing experience! This place was recommended by a good friend. We went here to get the reflexology foot massage and full body massage package. Well worth the time and price. Michael took great care of me that day. It was a much harder pressured massage than I am used to, I felt so refreshed after. Guess my body needed it and I was totally unaware. Very relaxing atmosphere and you get to keep your clothes on during the massage, which was very comforting for me. I immediately bought a gift card for my sister to try it, will definitely be going back.

I went to this place for the first time last night. The staff were friendly and catered to my every request. I thought they would only be massaging my feet but it ends up being a whole body experience. They ask you in advance if you want a soft, relaxing massage or a strong massage. If this is your first time- I suggest to go for a soft massage and ask them to massage harder if it’s not up to par. Extremely relaxing and well worth the money! I would highly recommend!

Today was our first time. Went with two coworkers at lunchtime for 30 minute reflexology and it was fabulous! I don’t understand some of the reviews here that “they don’t know what they’re doing,” “it’s not reflexology”... it absolutely is reflexology. The massage was firm but relaxing and released a lot of tension in the ankles. Relaxing and clean environment and will absolutely go back again. Want to have a combo ( foot and back) next time. Prices are very reasonable.

My new favorite local foot spa. Being on my feet for work 12 hrs a days means I need foot rubs to relieve the pain and stress on my muscles and joints. They treated me so well and helped me with the pain I had in my calves and lower back from the hurricane prep that was so hard on my body. The ladies were very nurturing and sweet. A great place to relax.

I have been going to Foot Heaven for well over a year! The owners are very pleasant and professional. They always know remember us. The massages are wonderful- when I leave I can’t even walk straight I feel so good! The massages are consistent and if you go to the same person all the time they learn what works for you and where muscles need extra attention. I will never go anywhere else!

Have to say this place disappointed me. The massage was decent not great I have had better massages. Now the atmosphere is not relaxing at all music is loud lights are way too blue. Its a big open space and they pack it with 8 or 10 people at a time. Had a guy next to me snoring for 45 min and instead of them putting him next to his wife they put him next to me. He snored and until I asked that they so something they didnt care. I told the owner I was dissatisfied and it just seemed to shrug it off like it didnt really bother him. He was more concerned if I had cash for the tip. He should have offered a discount for their lack of effort or even a chance to return at a discounted rate. Not returning here. I recommend you seek other places like Zuyu on Sunrise and Federal which actually keep the place quiet and relaxing.

A great place to spend an hour. The studio itself is beautiful and peaceful. An hour foot massage starts with a really nice and relaxing face, neck, arm and hand massage while your feet soak. The foot massage itself is fabulous. It all ends with a generous back massage. I didnt want to leave! Very professional--ask for Wan!

The receptionist is just so rude. We have an appointment at 2 for me and my mom on Mother’s Day. We got there 1:50. She asked my mom to go first. I told her that I want to go together with my mom as the appointment. She talked to me rudely. I told her i would wait to go together, but she kept coming and ask my Mom to go first. They don’t respect the customers at all. Still waiting for 20minutes but they are not ready yet. I would not recommend

This was a wild massage but actually a good value and alleviated some Achilles heal issues I had been having. I had Achilles tendinitis as a side effect of a stubborn calf knot. The massage here was unique and the extra pressure they use helped break the knot up and a couple days later my calf and Achilles felt the best they had in a couple months. Not at all a calm relaxing massage, so if that is what you are looking for I would look elsewhere. Scheduling an appointment seems to be necessary later in the day.

Terrible experience. The massages were way to rough and upon checking out the owner didn’t approve of my 20% gratuity and said “most people tip 10 dollars, 20% is only like 7”. This tip money I assume goes directly into in my opinion the slave drivers coffers. I have been here a few times but will stick with Sakura Foot spa around the corner from here where the music is more relaxing and the lights more dim. The massages are better as well. I have never had a soothing massage at this dump. I fall asleep at Sakura almost everyone. If I warned a sports therapy massage I would go to a sports therapist.

I am not the sort of person to write a negative review but this was the worst back massage I have ever received, and felt compelled to inform potential future patronsA few key points:1) the pressure on my back was far far too hard. It was painful but I decided to bear it out on the assumption that the guy knew what he was doing and it would benefit me. It didnt and now I have a back with over 10 bruises2) there were at least three times when I considered what they were doing to be dangerous, and want to offer some advice to the staff2a) never stick your fingers in someones ears2b) never apply significant pressure to someones temples2c) dont apply significant pressure to the lower back2d) seriously, its a back massage, never stick your fingers down someones ear canals!3) it was a dry massage for 90% of the time with the guy just rubbing me through a towel. Weird and not what I consider to be a massage4) the masseurs didnt seem to understand any English and the receptionist pretty much demanded a 20% tip but in such an incoherent way it took us 5 mins to work out what she was sayingAs I didnt receive a foot massage, I cant comment on the reflexology offered by this establishment, but I definitely wont be returning for a back massage

Simply rubbing the feet is not reflexology. Ive been a few times and there is no consistency. There are many other places in the area with trained people. Stay away from here. I was really excited to try this place out because of all the positive reviews and the good things I heard about it relieving anxiety but the man who took care of me was extremely rough. I have bruises on my calves and the bottom of my foot is swollen. He was clearly not a trained massage therapist. After I handed him his tip he stood there while I was paying in hopes I would give him more. I will never return to this place and will never recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed.

I have been going to foot heaven on and off for two years and I have always loved their services. Tonight Im completely at a loss for words, I am 7 months pregnant and my boyfriend called ahead to see if I could go there. I was very disappointed by the poor quality of massage. I spent an hour in an upright position, the gentleman did not apply any pressure or massage. It appeared he had no experience with giving a pregnant woman a massage. He did not do my back at all. So I basically left in pain from sitting in one position for an hour with no relief and paid $35 for a foot rub. I was so upset I walked out while my boyfriend paid because I was in tears. They did not tell me they couldnt do a real massage and took my money and wasted my time. I wont go back even after I have the baby.

I have been going to this place for over a year and every time I go I take someone new, even though I live far away... I had been very happy with their service but I am at a loss for words when I got 10 min late to my appointment because I drove 1.5 hours from South FL in the middle of a rain storm and when I got there they said there was a walk-in and they gave away my appointment; without even the courtesy of a phone call!! Needless to say they just lost a customer!!
