Throughout several years I’ve been Aran’s patient without any important complain, but recently I had a disappointed experience. It turns out that due to the pandemic I was laid off and despite I’ve been applying to several jobs, I haven’t been successful in getting a new one; finally I got one but when went to the medical exam I couldn’t get the clearance due to I have a cataract in my left eye, so I asked for an appointment to schedule my surgery around the end of May and after I ran all the measures and pre-surgery appointments, my surgery was scheduled to November 30th! My new job was in jeopardize and I was at risk to lose it, so I call the surgery coordinator, left several voice mail but never she got back to me, even to give me an explanation. That’s why I switch to MedEye who despite so short notice, proceeded with all the tests and measurement and on September 28th I got my cataract surgery. So from now on I will recommend MedEye who is empathic with their patients.

I do not know the name of the doctor and assistants who took care of my case, last Friday, October 8th, 2021. The experience was extraordinary. Very professional and warm. I really felt that they knew what to do and how to treat my problem. Thank you.

Very professional and everyone was nice. They kept to the schedule and the appointment went smoothly. I have no problem recommending Aran Eye..My biggest problem tho was I need cataract surgery and they made my appointment 2 months away and it ended up being for an exam again! Unfortunately Im in the hospital and have to reschedule for the surgery.

I had cataract surgery 5 years ago with Dr. Aran and had my second eye done this year. The staff is very friendly and professional. My sister in law also went under my recommendation and is very pleased. Thank you so much.

Bad service... RUDE people.I took my grandmother to the doctors office and they were rushing us and telling us to fill paper work. My grandmother cant even speak well and shes over 85 years old and they were rushing her. Then I basically had to stop them and I told my grandmother to sit and I basically had to argue and fill the documents. Management sucks. Patients are treated really bad. I really dont know how they are still in business. This idots forget that they are getting paid by us..

The only reason I give a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because the air conditioning was not working and there was a 6 hour delay to get my cataract surgery. Otherwise, the care I got was outstanding. The staff apologized numerous times about the A/C problem but gave all patients the choice of rescheduling an appointment or staying till repairman fixed the issue. Everyone was friendly and professional and never got rude with the patients who thought they could “hurry things up”. The staff explained all the procedures to occur and even that the Operating Room needed to be a certain temperature per SOPs. Dr Panchal performed placement of a new lens in my eye using sterile procedures and in a timely manner after A/C fixed. Covid precautions were also being practiced. I recommend this eye center, and medical personnel to anyone requiring top notch care

This place should be closed! They treat elder people like garbage. They have diabetic patients without eating all day. They are rude and inconsiderate. Not an ounce of empathy. SHAME OF YOU. HOPEFULLY YOU WILL END UP AS A PATIENT AND GET TREATED THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR ELDERS!

My mother has a 10 amappointment and 1pm she still havent see the doctor 😐 went Im the front desk to complain. They cant do anything they have 50 patients only one doctor.

This is horrible they have elderly people waiting two hours before they even registered them don’t know who’s responsible for registration I would not recommend a dog to get their eye check here only do to waiting time. The doctors need to check the front the clerks at the front counter. They are rude.

The doctors themselves do a great job. The office is a different experience. You wait 3 hours, the staff are rude & unfriendly. No one answers calls. Good luck trying to schedule an appointment. You will always get a message that says they will call you back within 48 hours but they dont.

Terrible! I took my parent here for a procedure and we waited over 3 hours! In my opinion, patient care is NOT a priority here! Poor excuse for a medical practice, do NOT come here! Also, good luck getting anyone to answer the phone!

I have made several attempts to just confirm a surgery and no one is answering. Ive tried different extensions and even called corporate and NO ANSWER! If i had the option to leave no stars i would!! UNBELIEVABLE.

The Worst !

I BELIEVE THAT THE GROUPS OF DOCTOR ARAN ARE UNRESPONSIBLE, THEY MADE A MISTAKE THAT YET NOT THERE NEWS WE HAVE TAKEN MONTHS AND MONTHS ALMOST A YEAR AND NOTHING THAT THEY CALL AND NOTHING THAT THEY ANSWER THE PHONE SHOULD BE A LITTLE MORE PROFESSIONAL.

The operators do not know even with what credit cards can be paid. What a bad and inefficient service; and also very expensive.
