I wanted to like this office since it is walking distance from my home. Unfortunately, it is worth driving to go elsewhere. I made an appointment specifically to have a blood test. After waiting two hours after my appointment time, I was not told until I saw the doctor that they don’t draw blood at this office, so I would have to make an appointment at a lab facility. So, it cost $367 to be told what I should have been told before making the appointment. Even if I chock that up to an honest misunderstanding, this office feels like an extremely disorganized revenue-maximization operation more than a healthcare operation.
Today I needed copies of my test results and other information regarding cost of medications. I was very lucky to have Christine at the front desk. She also assisted when I visited Dr. Acosta. I would like to give her 5 stars for her initiation representing the office. She has excellent personal skills. Today she could answer all of my questions, efficient and dedicated to her work. So that I wanted to write a review commending her - its not every day one encounters such proficiency and friendliness. Thank you Christine, this medical group is lucky to have you on board !
Shes been my doctor for 15 years, and she is wonderful. One of the few doctors Ive had who listens to you and doesnt rush through the exam.

The office staff is awfully rude, The staff never forwarded the prescription to the pharmacy and, when I called to get it - I was always put on hold, giving to voice mail and never was my prescription sent?? the doctor and assistant never called me back-will never go back to this place- this is the Holy Cross office on 4004 N ocean drive
