Avoid this place at all costs. The staff are the rudest people you will ever meet and they make you feel uncomfortable the entire time. It’s not just one bad apple, it’s the entire staff. All their 5 star reviews are clearly written by either the staff, or friends.

I had an appointment to do blood work for my son. Not one person ever answers the phone when calling to make an appointment. So I went online and made one. I tell the girl the lab order is in my email can I email it to you? She laughed and said that will be another 30 minutes please go back outside and wait……. I made an appointment for a reason and printing a document with one paper does not take 30 minutes. I have work to go to and he has school to go to. I don’t understand why this woman thought this was funny. I will never go here again. If you ladies would answer the phone you would be able to properly go over instructions for the clients appointment. You literally wasted my time and morning.

I made an appointment for my lab work and put it down on my calendar for a certain day. I showed up for my appointment and checked in. I was told that I did not have an appointment. It turned out that I had mistakenly written the wrong date and my appointment was one week later. She looked at me with this cold stare and told me I had to come back in a week at my appointment time. There was no one in the waiting room, but she was clear to point out that they closed in 30 minutes. I am a retired surgeon so I am familiar with the health care system. This place has the worst service I have ever seen in the health care world. Shame on them. This was my error...but try to show some can do attitude!@

The person that checks people in was polite, direct and clear. My visit was great, the flow of the lab was perfect and making an appointment was super easy.Many people that came in there did not follow instructions and many did not have an appointment. Most were rude to the check in person. Overall it was super.

I was in and out within 10 minutes of my arrival. I scheduled an appointment online, arrived on time, checked in with my confirmation code, and was warmly greeted by the staff. Within minutes the technician Lakeshia (apologies if I’m incorrect with the name) called me back and completed my bloodwork. She was professional, kind, and friendly. Made my experience very easy and pleasurable.

Have experienced lab workers. Martha was awesome! quick taking of blood and very little discomfort. better than cleveland clinic in weston! two nurses and a doctor at cleveland clinic were unable- yes-- unable to take my blood..they could not find my veins? totally over rated . quest is the place!

Front Desk staff displayed poor customer service skills in relaying new appointment requirement. Covid seems to be their cover for rudeness. If I didnt live so close Id never use this location again. Its so frustrating that labs like this dont have incentives to treat customers with respect.

Extremely rude front desk staff, my company decided to do random drug screen on everyone so I walked in into this location and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and seemed to be mad that she had another person that needed a test.Mind you there was only 2 people in the waiting room so not busy.Back of house staff the lady who did the drug test she was friendly and funny

I needed work for an annual exam that included an A1C test for average glucose levels. The receptionist asked if I had fasted, I said no and that nothing on the lab order said that I should.She then lectured me that I should have known that I need to fast for an A1C test. I responded it is not needed for the A1C test and that I get this done 4 times a year. Just google Mayo Clinic A1C. She then responded sarcastically OK Doctor Peter.Why should I have to be lectured by an argumentative front office receptionist about lab tests she knows nothing about. She is not a licensed - health professional and should not be allowed to give out her own incorrect medical opinions.

Not welcoming or pleasant at all. If I could give a zero, I would. Maybe because its 7am and they have not had their coffee. I asked them for water and they said they didnt have any. I asked to refill my water bottle with their faucet and they said their water was not working. Mind you, I had just washed my hands 5 minutes prior. I came here for a 10-panel drug screening. They had me sit in a room waiting. How will I void in a specimen cup if I do not have water?

I just left this place.. I arrived at 12:15 and there were only three people in the waiting area. Prior to leaving my home, I called three times. The first time I was hung up on and the other two I couldnt get anyone on the phone. When I get there the lady asks me if I have an appointment.. I responded with, Im not sure. I registered online; I dont know if thats the same. No its not, she said and then says, well, we close early today so you cant be seen today. I told her online it says 2:30. She says, we have a meeting and on days with meetings we close early. We have a sign on the door. With a perplexed look on my face I walk outside and notice there is no sign on the door indicating early closure. I walked back in and told her there was nothing and she says; well, you still wont be seen today!. Just rude and unprofessional all around!!!!

`If I could give this location a 0 i would but that wasnt an option!. the nurse Ms. Tyna that draw my blood was very professional and a great stick. The lady that took my temperature was very disrespectful each time a person would come up to asked a questions her response was not pleasant at all. her and the receptionist was mostly focus on gossiping about their team than actually doing what they suppose to do as there job! At this location some of the nurses that work inside need retrained on professionalism and great customers service.

Waste of time! They have the worst service. They are very very disorganized and they dont care about the patient only about money. This is the second worst experience in this Quest. The medical assistant totally lack good patient care and experience. She took off her mask while talking to me the 1st time I went there and then again today while she was talking to me, but they have the rules about wearing your mask all the time. I waited for my appointment for a month and when I went and checked in, as requested, waiting from the car, my name was not even in the system after they passed 3 patients that arrived after me with later appointments. The medical assistant took a long time to setup my information and charged my credit card to then tell me, after a long waiting time, that they could not do the test because my insurance/claim showed an outstanding balance, which is not true. I had to leave without the test. They have a Monopoly and that is why they dont care about the service. I recommend finding a different good laboratory. This laboratory should close.

Unprofessional and rude staff, completely oblivious on how to perform patient care and extremely basic medical procedures. As a RN myself I felt quite bad for how poor their clinical skills are and how rude they are to people in general. The person that drew my blood cussed and had earbuds in. That says enough.

I have to have an emergency MRA with dye but before I could get it I needed labs. This lab said they closed at 3. I got there way before then and they wouldnt take me because I didnt have an appointment. I explained it was an emergency test but that didnt matter. Plus they were very rude.. Thankfully I found a Quest in Hollywood.

I must say that I have ALWAYS had a great experience when receiving service from this particular location. I live out west and literally go out of my way whenever I have blood work ordered to come here. I enjoy the staff, I appreciate the hours of operation, and I have never waited over 30 minutes to receive service, even on a busy day. The staff here is pleasant from the beginning of the shift to the very end. Keep up the great job.

Was in and out within a half hour. I had an appointment but was more than 10 min late due to traffic so I was switched to walk in status. They have a great, easy to use electronic check in, and an awesome live feed board telling you your check in time & wait time. Very efficient. Nurse was pleasant, lab was extremely clean and quiet, did my tests quickly and I was on my way in 20 min. Great job ladies!

Staff greeting people at the door was extremely rude. I was asked if I had an appointment and when I said, No, I was dismissed and told to do it online. My question was about walk-ins. When I tried to ask again, I was told to make an appointment online. I understand that this is a difficult time to get an appointment and that testing is at an all time high, but there is no need to be rude. I tried twice to make an appointment at this location by phone, but when pressing the #3 to make an appointment, I was disconnected.

I dont understand how they let you make a walk in appointment and then when you get to the clinic they say oh the time on the website isnt updated and the wait time is now an hour and you have to keep going inside every 15 mins to check in with the attendant. Like please someone tell me how that makes sense? I rushed out of my house thinking that my walk-in appointment was going to be honored and now youre telling me this? Really unprofessional of them to even have that option. Might as well be like the other locations and not even accept walk-in appointments

This was honestly one of the best experiences I have had at any of these types of places. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Also, it is usually difficult to get my vein on the first or second try and she got it the first time and I barely felt it! I would definitely go back here again.

I just left this office location because the office staff lack professionalism and customer service. I had the worst customer experience that anyone could ever imagine.The person at the front desk ignored others and myself while standing at the window. There was no acknowledgment from her unless it came with a venomous tone and eye rolling.I was advised that the doctors orders where not in the system. When I proceeded to contact my doctors office while waiting in the lobby to have them fax it over, I was told by a staff member “You can’t use phones in here”. I asked her why not, I was advised “that it’s policy”.After contacting my doctors office I was told my order was sent electronically four days prior, but they would fax it. I then went back inside the office to the window and the office person ignored me for five minutes after making eye contact with me twice.It was only when I called out to her two times to gain her attention, she responded after rolling her eyes. She advised me “I have multiple things I am trying to do. I will help you when I call your name”.I then went outside to call Quest Diagnostic Customer Service line to lodge a complaint. They told me that the lab order was received four days prior and again today. I was also advised, that you can use your phone in the lobby.Please be aware that every negative review that has been written about this location is true and correct.

It is a horrible and rude customer service professionals. 😞 I also am huge disappointed at the quest diagnostics location in Fort Lauderdale that I did inform that I am a hearing impaired client. I do not understand why they ignored me and skipped me take my turn to check in after I did check in kiosk today. This location need to be improve less waiting times, respectful, and friendly professional customer service staff. I don’t think ever come back here again due bad experience for me. 😞

Unprofessional. Waiting room without air-condition. I would recommend that quest traines their stuff basic manors....but it seems that this company has no criteria for employment. Its a business! Quest is a profit oriented company..so spend some money on your employers training.

Probably obvious from the other reviews that the staff is rude and unprofessional. However, the bigger issue in my opinion is that they do not follow proper lab testing procedures. Its frustrating that the staff are not competent or properly trained. Sadly now, Im going to have to go back to my doctor for another script to take somewhere else. Its not easy to find a good lab testing office. Usually the only issue is only long wait times and rude staff, which Ill take over incompetence and unreliable test results. Its just a shame, because youd think anyone could learn to do their jobs pretty easily. Think it boils down to they just dont about patients, and view us an an inconvenience and interruption to their socializing. When I left the were like six women all just hanging out in the back gossiping, and they acted offended when I interrupted their play time to ask a question. Really horrible staff.

I was very disappointed from the first technician, she did not know what she was doing look at the pictures. Inexperienced and inconsiderate she tried even though she couldnt find the vein and look at the result.The other lady was able to find my vein right away and I dont even have a mark on the other arm.Please make sure to train properly before they deal with real patients. At least have the decency to ask for help instead of trying without knowing what you are doing.

I had a great experience here, I needed to have blood drawn 3 times in the pastc2 months, and I hate needles, but they made it a very pleasant experience. The first 2 times I had Bettina, then I had Haka the last time, both girls were truly amazing, if having blood drawn makes you squeamish, ask for either of them and itll be all good.Eric Newman

Good Morning it calls to my attention that in this Lab the person that check u in have no training on how to understand Drs. prescriptions so u have to waste your time and come back for do the rest of the blood drown. Tiffany have a bad start day because she came to work I want to believe in a good mood but a 1% of the roof was leaking which I think already change her mood going r bad. Ive been here a few times and each time its been okay. This office is a lot cleaners and more organized than previous offices Ive been to. The staff, however, could use some manners. I didnt hear one thank you or please the entire time I was there. The folks that take your blood are hit or miss. One guy distracted me with questions while I didnt feel a thing and today the lady was silent and was pretty rough! But like I said before, this office is so much better than the some of the others.

Ive used this office four times in the last year because my insurance required it. Each and every time the tests were incomplete or wrong and the insurance was filed incorrectly. My insurance provider finally approved other options for me.
